My car was taken on time. In a reasonable time I was given an update and the car was returned.They always do extras such as checking the air in the tires and topping off fluids. I appreciate that very much. Being a woman I am grateful to have complete confidence in this station. I trust them completely.

Always took both my car and husbands here for most of the work to our vehicles. Mark was fantastic always honest and fair. Took car here for oil change recently and learned Mark is no longer there. I now understand why the two previous attempts to bring car there was so hard switching management of a business there is always a few kinks. My issue was not with the oil change or the fact that I had to make appointment was more surprised that they told me I need new brakes and rotors as I just had them all done less then three months by the dealership so I took for a second opinion to another place and was told they are perfectly fine. Very sad I have to find another place I can trust Mark will be missed for sure.

My battery light came on, turned out my belt was loose. They tightened the belt and checked the battery and alternator. After checking everything out they did not try to up sell me any thing. They helped me get back on the road.

I had my towed to this establishment 47 days ago when something in my front end was grinding when I turned. I talked to someone the day it was towed and said it sounded like a wheel bearing or axle joint. I heard back 3 days later and the mechanic said it looks like I need a new front differential and it had to be towed to a transmission shop. So I waited about 10 days to call back and when I did someone told me the mechanic wasnt available and he would call back... no one ever did. This continued for a couple more weeks with about 5 more calls. Finally after 36 days the mechanic got on the phone and said they got the car back from the transmission but they found nothing wrong with the differential or transfer case. He then said he would still have to diagnose the problem and I would hear back very soon. That was 10 days ago. So I went to the shop in person today and walked up to the mechanic on duty who told me he had no knowledge of my car. I then walked to the parking lot and my is buried behind other vehicles. With rusty brakes and a flat tire plus my doors were left unlocked. NOTHING HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED OR FIXED! 47 days! No one can answer my calls and talk to me! Completely unprofessional. I think Ive been pretty patient.

Abington Sunoco is the only place Ill take my car for oil changes, inspections, repairs and maintenance. I trust them to get the job done right and at reasonable cost, and explain things in a way that I understand. Illegally tows unregistered campers into state parks and vouches for the people he is towing for, then when they abandon the 36 camper in the park he refuses to remove it even though he confirmed that they would remove it. Has terrible communication skills and obviously runs a shady business.

I called to ask some questions before I got to the store and they hung up on me. Each time I called back, they would pick up the phone then hand up again. Dont know if this has happened to anyone else but its very unprofessional and I would not give them my business.

When they strapped my doors shut they caused scratches to both sides. I called them to see how they could fix this issue and they told me they wouldnt be doing anything and that I should contact my insurance company instead. The owner was pretty rude about this and denied any responsibility immediately. Unacceptable service.

Mark is the best! He’s so honest and helpful and they people know exactly what they are doing. I had to have new tires put on my car at a Honda dealership and when I brought it to this Sunoco for an oil change, Mark told me that the mechanics at Honda didn’t put my tires in the right places and he fixed put them where they were supposed to go for free! I recommend this place to anyone who needs car service!

I contacted my insurance company to help me remove my vehicle from the mud inside of my yard, they then reached out to Abington Sunoco as they sent James D. Got new tires and an alignment. The from tire came back tilted inward about 2.5 inches which would mean they most likely didnt use the machine to align my car. The machine wouldve 100% not let them align it with the way the tire is. Paying over 1,000 and not fixing the actual problem. Mark did not seem care much at all. I also had an iPad and a change cup in the car which was taken from the time it was towed to the time I got it back. Clearly the tow guy would have to stop get out and go through my car in order to get those things. Not likely. So idk who took those thing but I am Very upset and will never recommenced this place to anyone. Not professional at all when I addressed the problem.

Excellent mechanic, BUT PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU ARE PAYING DOUBLE FOR EVERY SINGLE PART THAT THEY SELL YOU. EVERY SINGLE ONE, if something is $100 they will sell it to you for $200 even thou they buy it with mechanic discount for about $60

This is a good place to come for car repairs. They are honest and reasonable with repair costs. They have a loner car that is sometimes available. They are my go to place now.

I find Abington Sunoco to be straightforward and helpful. Partly it is out of a motivation to get the business, but they are helpful in pointing out problems and potential future problems that an average person would probably miss, and let you know whether they think they can do anything about it. I do not recall them ever trying to represent that they could do something for the car that they could not do, or even overstating what they might be capable of doing.

I took my Camry in for scheduled maintenance and during the course of the work, Mark noticed that wear on my tires was getting down. He got me the information on a couple of tire options and explained the pros/ cons of all the choices. No pressure, just the information I needed for an informed choice. I had another great experience at Abington Sunoco recently when I needed to have rear braked pads replaced. I called to schedule a Saturday appointment and thought I may have to wait until the following week, but they got me in and made the process very smooth and easy. My husband and I have been customers for many years and have been extremely satisfied with the work they do and the customer service.

As usual I had a very good experience. The work was done promptly and well. While waiting I was offered water and a comfortable place to sit. I didnt have an appointment and yet they fit me in.

I really only go here to get my car inspected. They wont let you use the front pumps of you want to pump your own has which I find slightly annoying. Other than that, the service is excellent and they get the job done. Come to think of it, Ive had a few vehicles towed by then before, still a good experience outside of the dead vehicle.

Stopped for gas this time. Had service done on my car a while back. For me. It was just a very busy, to busy for my taste as far as getting my car serviced there. Maybe if you know someone who works there it might help. Gas was expensive to many other places to bring my car for gas or service where its not quiet so busy

I bought my husband a jeep through Jim @ Abington Sunoco and we love it! It came with a warranty also and didnt think we would need it but the back door became a little hard to open so Jim took the jeep in for repair, sent it out and we got it back in one day! Fixed & free covered under warranty. We both get our car maintenance done here regularly and they provide us with a loaner car which makes this more manageable for us! The prices are good and the best part is, its from honest people! Thanks guys for helping us out! We highly recommend using Abington Sunoco!

After a recent issue with my own mechanic telling me to Google it on what was wrong with my A/C (after 2 trips there and them failing to diagnose the problem), I went back to Abington Sunoco (I had great service prior, the only reason I left was convenience of the other shop to the proximity of my home). They diagnosed the problem that same day, and told me theres no way my mechanic couldve not seen it if he had done the steps he had said he did the 2 times I was there prior. They were able to fix it without costing me an entire fortune. They have a new (old) customer again for all of my repair needs, proximity doesnt mean anything if the work is done right and at a great price, so this is where Im going from now on. Mark was professional and awesome, and while I hope nothing else conks out on my car again anytime soon, this is where Ill be going. Thank you!

Whenever Ive had car problems or needed my annual inspection sticker Abington Sunoco provided quality services efficiently and at a fair price. Id recommend them to all of my friends and family. In addition, when I plan on buying a used car in the near future I will be taking it to them to inspect beforehand.

Although it was quite busy, I was able to get in and out quickly. A cleaner is not added to the gas like the Mobil across the street but its cheapness makes up for that.

Overall good mechanic work...but the mechanic (mark) tried to fraud my insurance when my vechicle was severely damaged on there lot and tried blaming it on a car accident it had. Really awful person i will probably never do business with them again. My insurance and myself couldnt believe how he treated myself and wasnt being honest.
