So the first time I brought my Audi to Addison auto repair my experience was fine. The second oil change I got, not the same result. This is the only place that has changed my oil since I’ve owned this car. I haven’t had a drop of oil on the driveway since I bought the car. After my oil change last week I notice a huge oil stain under my car. I brought the car back in and they said it was leaking from the drain bolt. They suggested I replace it. So I had them replace the bolt, it was still leaking so the tech said he put a rubber washer with the regular washer. Wasn’t leaking. Now a day later it’s back to leaking, they want me to change the oil pan for $340. They say that the oil pan is a wear and tear part and that it’s not something they caused. I talked to another mechanic who said they must have stripped the threads to make it leak that way. So now I have to have the oil pan replaced. I’m going to have the next mechanic check the oil pan to see if the threads were stripped. If they are I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureaus. Go in with no oil leak and leave with a massive one. So frustrating. Hope no one else has an experience like mine. If somehow they actually didn’t cause this, I will take this down or edit it. We had the best service at Addison Auto Repair. We were traveling from TN to MN and broke down just outside of Chicago. I was frantically calling repair shops to get in on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment and Neel from Addison Auto told me to come in and he would look at it. He looked soon after we arrived and had a plan for the repair shortly after that. The price was very reasonable and Neel and a coworker even stayed late to make sure we were on the road that day. They went above and beyond and my family is so grateful for their customer service! Neel and the team totally saved our trip! I highly recommend Addison Auto Repair!

Absolutely terrible! I waited over 30 monutes after being told there were no appointments for the car ahead of me. I stayed in the parking lot for half an hour waiting for the worker to come out. I then went into the lpbby, no one would speak to me as they worked on the same car. The people then proceeded to take older people who had walked in after me for very minimal worl after I asked about an oil change multiple times! I then waited thirty minutes INSIDE THE LOBBY! This was terrible service and very unprofessional! Also, no one wore masks!! Even the one or two people in the lobby wore it below their noses! Absolutely risiculous! I didnt even get to get my oil change!

Everyone there is very experienced and knowledgeable. Great customer service quick and fast service and best of all reasonable prices on repairs.

For a year and a half my car was making this screechy noise especially when taking side street as there are stop and go and many turns to get to my work. I took my car to my mechanic 3 times to no avail. After looking at the rating for addison auto repair (9 Minutes Oil Change) not only they fixed the problem but they were so nice to give me a ride to my work and take my car for repair. Guru and his team have been taking care of my cars for the last 2 1/2 years and will continue as long as we live within driving distance of Addison Auto Repair.They do a fine job, stand by their work and will give you an honest assessment of the repairs your auto needs.Ok, so heres my update. I recently had an issue with my car, turned key and nothing, complete blackout of all electric in dash. I mean no lights at all, but my headlights worked fine. Left car overnight and called Guru next morning, they had my car towed to shop.Well, once again, Gurus shop did me justice, turns out was just a fuse..Ignition fuse.. and THATS ALL I was billed for. well towing also. But I can imagine how many shops would have had a minimum diagnostic fee . Thanks again for the great customer service everyone at Addison Auto Repair.

I went today here for an oil change. I purchased oil and filter from outside they still charged me $25 for labor. That is ridiculous. They usually charge $26.99 for an oil change with there oil and labor. $25 was labor for 10 mins that is crazy. Plus they pour only 4 quart of oil my car takes around 4.6 quarts. When I said why they pour 4 quarts they said sorry its our mistake and poured some more. Very bad service and outrageous priced.

Excellent and timely service

Just changed oil here on two cars cost me over $100. I noticed that the guy is putting old filter back on one of the cars and I asked him to show it to me, he came up with some weird explanation why new filter is already full with oil and all bend up. I asked him to show me the old one and he COULDNT FIND IT. how you cant find a filter that you just changed. dont go here!!!!!
