I have a lot of things to consider when mattress shopping due to my health and ended up coming to the store on three separate occasions. I finally walked out with my purchase. I worked with three different Associates and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised by their professionalism. Even the Rookie of the bunch was sharp. They listened to me they were not pushy and they were quite knowledgeable. Im not sure why Mattress Firm gets such a bad rap and perhaps it depends on the location. If thats the case, this particular spot is the place to be.

Ron was very nice, informative and patient. He took the time to answer all of the questions we had. And showed us many beds. We were happy with our choice. And thankful to Ron, great person.

Miriam was knowledgeable and very helpful in finding the perfect solution to my sleeping needs. This is my 2nd time purchasing from this location and although my first purchase was 18 years ago, the staff remains attentive and customer focused.

Shipping day was a huge problem here. I asked the guy to be honest about the shipping day and he told me confidently that if they had it in stock it would be here next day. If it wasn’t in stock the most it would be was a week. AFTER he ran my credit he said looks like it won’t be getting to you for 3 weeks. Well I got home and looked at the papers and it said it could take all the way til January for the mattress to come in. I am beyond upset with mattress firm!!!!

I walked in to look and Miriam and Ron were there. Ron greeted me instantly and showed me around. I couldnt buy right away because I had to get my boyfriend on board for a new bed. They were really nice and so honest. I later brought my boyfriend back and we ended up purchasing a new mattress!

Talk about not feeling any pressure when making a large purchase! The salesman was respectful of what I wanted, stirred me in the right direction and I got exactly what I wanted in record time. I was in a bit of a hurry and he moved me right along. Very friendly, fun, honest and knowledgeable staff there.

We ordered a Purple 4 from Mattress Firm on Addison. They were super accommodating and the price was great! They even did same day delivery. The delivery guys brought the mattress in and opened it for us on the bed frame. They wore masks and were super polite. They offered to take our old mattress but we didnt require that service, but it was great that it was offered. First night on the mattress was amazing! So glad we decided to go with this mattress and this company. No regrets.

I began my shopping experience at the Bloomingdale location. The store was pretty busy so they were going back and forth within the customers. I was shown only 1 bed (iSeries Hybrid 1000 12) but I didnt like the feel of it, so I asked to see a firmer bed. They did not have it on display (according to them). So, i was sent over to the Addison location and Im extremely happy they did! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Bryan and his associate. I was shown the firmer version of the (iSeries Hybrid 2000 12) but it still wasnt the perfect match. Then, he asked what exactly was I looking for, which included (budget, type of base, mattress comfort levels) and walked me through the entire process from the beginning to end. (Note that I was not asked this in the Bloomingdale location). Bryan gave us a demo of the different types of bases and the features it included. His associate also showed us the different features of the bases! Bryan showed us the different comfort levels of mattresses and the different technologies each brand had. Then he introduced us to choosen one (Tempur-Proadapt Medium Hybrid). They have phenomenal deals at the store. The Addison location made my shopping experience very pleasant considering I had no experience in mattress shopping. I will definitely recommend this location (Addison) to friends/family! If youre looking into getting great customer service, a great deal and a little education on mattresses, this is your spot!

I had a good time looking for a bed here. Got to try the purple bed which I ended up buying. The sales person was very pleasant and respectful. I did not feel pressured to buy anything and was given options to choose from for features that were not important to me. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a bed.

Sales person was helpful and accommodating without being overwhelming or in our face as we talked about what we liked/didn’t like. Allowed us space and time to try mattresses. Made sure to stay within our budget and didn’t push higher-priced items after we set a limit.

I appreciate when a salesperson does not stalk me in the store, but she was also busy with 2 other customers. We found a good mattress for a good price and a free base. Although Im on the fence about these remote bases because it will wear down my mattress.Miriam was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. 1 star down because our base appears to be damaged on a corner from being dropped but doesnt hurt the function.

I would highly recommend visiting this location! Chad was a stud, honestly both of them just made the whole mattress buying experience a lot better. Went in bought a mattress and girl was nice. Just should be transparent when advising customers about the satisfaction policy. She said 120 day policy to return. After I signed then she told me about the restocking fee if I do want to return the mattress. Shady, should have said that before I sign. The girl said she forgot about the restocking fee. Also assisted people ahead of me and gave them free pillows. She didnt know I speak Spanish and understood the conversation. No free pillows for this customer though. #mattressfirm

I love that this location had each type of purple mattress for my husband and me to try. The store was also very clean and had a lot of options. Chad was friendly and helped us narrow down our selection and test other mattress in assurance of our purchase. We are very pleased with our selection and cant wait to receive it!
