I was going to buy Samsung tab 7lite, the sales representative said 9$ per month which actually cost 5$ per month. Anyway I agreed for 9 and was going to buy. He tried one to activate and said it didnt work and that is only tab in stock. Then he proposed another one for 18$ per month. I asked to check if other locations have in stock he checked and said other dont have too. I understand he was fooling me so I left the store and bought the same tab from nearby location for 5$ month. My gratitudes to employees at location 1155 golf road, rolling meadows, IL.

What a great experience! The staff at this store is amazing. So friendly & knowledgeable. Jon really knows his stuff. There wasn’t a question he didn’t answer. He was incredibly patient with my difficult account situation. Definitely going back to this store but also going to tell my friends & family

My Mom went to this store on Sunday (October 10th, 2021) to replace her phone because the screen began to malfunction and she couldnt use it. I found out that the people who helped her didnt do much of that at all! They tried to severely up-sell her on things she didnt want or need. Like upgrading to Direct TV from Uverse...she went in to change out her phone!!Either way, all this pressure from the employees at this location made my Mom cry. My Dad, who passed in 2015, always handled this kind of stuff for our family. They wanted to charge her for another line (for the replacement phone) and her bill would have been $120/month JUST FOR PHONE SERVICE.Upselling is one thing. But to make a person cry like that has me furious. My Mom switched to T Mobile, and she plans to get rid of At&T all together soon. You dont treat people that way. Avoid this place and this company like the plague. You owe my Mom an apology.

I was tended to by Asmir. I was only there to do research before finalizing any shopping but he was so knowledgeable and patient and informative! It was extremely difficult to pass up on his assistance. He made me feel sure of my switch to AT&T and was very clear of my bill breakdown. Im glad we came across him. He approached us almost immediately and was never pushy but listened very well and was extremely helpful. Anyone looking to leave the horrendous world of Sprint or T-Mobile I highly urge you to come by this store and look for Asmir. He is PHENOMENAL!

Sales rep wouldnt print out my changes in my plan and phone upgrade in the store.Quite a surprise when I opened the email with it the next morning. Additional services were added and I had a different unlimited plan as discussed!Now its my headache to resolve these charges!

Worst customer service. I was buying 3 phones. The girl ordered the incorrect phone because i asked for a different color not telling me that it didnt come in that model. She wouldnt change. I had to call customer service and spend another 2hrs fixing het problem. Customer service was great but had to do alot to refund taxes and cancel other phone from shipping.

Refused to help my grandma set up her new phone. I called the next day and asked if they were able to. Woman on the phone said that the store didn’t have internet access. Lol even though it’s a phone store. And she said “90 yr olds could figure it out. It’s just a phone”. Go to a different store there are others that are still close to that location but will actually assist their customers. Worst phone store ever.

Restaurant next door takes up all of their parking! There is zero handicap parking anywhere near the entrance. Had to drop my handicapped mother off and then park the car. If she went by herself, she would not have been able to make it.Once inside, staff was very helpful. Adrian and Alex helped get the right package to save us the most amount of money for our needs both on TV and cell service. Very satisfied once inside, but the parking situation, especially the lack of handicapped parking needs to be addressed.

Paul was very helpful and patience with me. I was going to leave AT&T, but after the great deal, service and price I decided to stay with AT&T. Courteous and respectful and very helpful. Paul took time to explain all the details that I needed to know. I definitely recommend this store.

I love AT&T period because to me this is the best internet and phone company. Their customer service is outstanding which is an amazing benefit. Joe and Alex at the Addison store are true professionals. They helped me so much that I was pleasantly surprised. They are like family to me because they are always willing to take the extra step to all their customers no matter the need. After calling the toll free number several times and getting conflicting info each time without reasoning, I had it after 2 hours literally on the phone. I called the local store in Addison and in a brief 6 minute conversation, Alex took the time to listen to me and then share a brief reason why I was having a challenge with a screen replacement. He was THE ONLY ONE that helped me to understand the conflicting information I had received which the led me to simply make the claim online. Alex is very knowledgable and is able to have an effective conversation with kindness and understanding while still being direct. Thanks Alex for being direct and simple! Its very valuable to have a great employee like you these days!

Im not very good when it comes to technology, especially phones. I finally worked up the courage to go to this store and look at new devices. I had the pleasure to meet the store manager Alex. He was very kind, attentive and very professional while he was helping me. Needless to say, he helped me through all my questions and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Ill definitely be coming back to this store, Im so happy Alex is here willing and able to help someone like me! Very clean (the store), [Alex was clean too], bright and well organized, the best part was that all the display phones actually worked! Ill be back, thanks again Alex and ATT!

Alex and Marco saved the day today! I have been a customer less than three months and tried to add my husband today. After being told I needed a down payment on equipment I didnt have we were about to go back to oue previous carrier when Marco brought in the store manager Alex to help. Both were so great while I was upset and helped to resolve everything! I will go back to this location for all my needs. Thanks again guys!

He thoroughly explained everything to me and had wonderful patience with me while getting use to my new device. He answered all my questions throughly. Horrible place and horrible employees that are lazy and try to make a quick commission. Once there is an issue they basically turn their back on you and tell you yo deal with it . Another thing is I have been having issues with my and my wifes phone and they havent done anything about it while we spent 3 Saturdays in a row for over 3 hours each time . They were actually upset and saying we are wasting their time with our issue when they can be making commission instead .Now we are stuck with two dysfunctional phones and theres nothing they will do about it. One thing they are good is taking new customers and taking your phone and posting fake good reviews about themselves from your personal account ! How is that even right. Daniel the worker their claims that his managers Mario does his own reviews on peoples phones all the time .Really why do t you acutely start helping people so they can give you their own reviews . You guys are joke and dont worry you will be hearing from corporate and hope they do something about you going I to people personal accounts that unlawfully . If you dont like what you then get a different job lazy people . Never want to deal with this place again !

Check your bill carefully, they added insurance and protection for both cells on my account without my permission, one cell isnt even worth the cost of the premium at the end of the year. Wound up paying an additional $24 a month (total for both phones) and Im currently working with AT&T Loyalty to get some of my money reimbursed. So for what Ive paid for the year Ive paid for my Sons cell twice. I only noticed now because I just purchased a new S10 and saw it on the bill so decided to look back and Ive been paying it all along. My mistake for trusting and not looking over my paperless bill more carefully. I never asked for insurance on this new cell either so I had it waived for next month on both phones. Extremely shady business practices and the rep who sold me this new cell had zero personality. Be a little more personable when Im spending $900. I wont come here again, Ill go to the corporate store in Schaumburg.

These people are just rude. I walked in at 6pm on a Friday evening and it looked really empty except for the employees having a conversation. As I entered, they all looked up at me, but no one spoke. They just went back to talking.Call me weird but that’s just a pet peeve of mine. It’s impolite not to greet customers as they come through the door. I stood there for a minute or so awkwardly and then turned around to leave. It wasn’t until I was headed for the door that someone finally said “hello sir, is there anything we can help you with?” to the back of my head.No way I’m giving those people a sale. Rude!

Everything about this place is horrible. Any people trying to get phones from this retail place.. please dont. Go to a corporate store. They sold me a defected phone and when I went to return it. They said sorry, nothing we can do. Called corporate on them and they still wouldnt take my phone back and replace. Corporate person tried talking to them and the manager said no. She refused to talk with them! Very rude and just work to get paid. no customer service. If your smart, go to a corporate store. They at least have the pride to say they screwed up and work with u to fix the problem. I wish I could give this place 0 stars!

Normally I do not write reviews on anything but going into the AT&T Addison store today made me realize this needs to be addressed.I called to check and see if they had the gold iPhone 8 plus available. I was told yes they had one left and that they would put my name on the phone for an hour. That it was “very unlikely someone will come in for the phone in the next hour” I arrive at the store 40 minutes later to them selling someone else the exact phone they told me they put my name on.All that was said to me was that there way “miscommunication”, which he repeated many times to me and tried to sell me a different iphone. I did not get an apology and he would barely look up from his computer when speaking to me.I will never return to this branch.

I walked in this morning and there where two employees. I stood for a minute and looked around gave them a chance to acknowledge me or at least say hello and the one male employee kept looking at his phone and sitting did not bother standing to greet me and the other employee just stared. I have many years in customer service but to not at least say hello and let me browse it’s like these people don’t want to make a commission check. Anyway I went to a corporate AT&T and upgraded my AT&T fiber to an even faster plan and Signed up for DirectTv. I can’t give my business to people who don’t want it. This isn’t even a real AT&T. I think it’s a Spring Mobile which is a Dealer. You want good customer service don’t go into an AT&T that says the words authorized retailer go to a location that’s owned by AT&T. I work in the area but decided to bring my business to the Corporate store on Milwaukee Avenue in Niles near my home. I know the smiles are fake but I’d rather see a fake smile eager for my business than a real frown.

One of the Worst companies for internet in the nation behind Comcast and Time Warner. They said since my package is a “fast internet” package they require a “technician” to come in an install a modem for which they’re charging me $100. That’s an addiontal $8/Mo for my plan all because plugging in a modem apparently takes some “technical expertise”.
