This is a really nice Ross location. Nice selection and arrangement of their clothing and other goods and products. I bought 3 summer blouses, a large deep brand name covered fry pan, a set of name brand kitchen knifes, and pet toys. Great variety of stock. Nice selection available. Prices that beat most anyplace!

Great new location. Very clean and organized place.

Why bother being open until midnight if your dressing room closes at 7:30pm?! People are leaving behind carts full of clothes. No signage. No warnings over the speaker. Just a rude lady trying to clean up back there and not answer any ones questions. Just shaking her head at me like Im the one wasting her time.

This store is one of my faves and love the people who work their. Everyone is very helpful especially Daniel one of the managers their . This store does great at keeping it clean and organized more than others I visited!

Loss prevention lady (short with dark hair) picks and chooses who she wants to speak to. She didn’t greet me but greeted the people right after me. Not a good look, especially if you’re the first and last person the customer sees. Maybe loss prevention should stick to loss prevention duties and leave the greetings to the front end associates if you can’t treat everyone equally.

One of the cleanest, well-kept Ross stores Ive been to! Im sure its because it just opened last month. Regardless, they have a nice selection of items available. I wish they had slightly more home items available but aside from that its good.

I got accused of stealing an old raggedy looking toy my toddler had brought inside the store from his own collection. The little cashier girl just laughed nervously when I corrected her. I never come here, it was just a one off due to convenience, I’ll just go back to the locations i usually go to.

The cashier Abby was extremely disrespectful during check out, I will never return to this Ross location. I advise others to save themselves the bad shopping experience by going to this location.

No greeting what so ever from anybody in the store. Store not in order, store associates not speaking or asking if anybody needs help. Store loss prevention just stands in front of the store sitting on his phone.

Went to get clothes for myself and my wife. Good selection, courteous cashiers, although there were only 2 on the registers and when I got in line to check out, there were about 6 in line ahead of me. Other than that, it was a good experience. Store was clean and arranged continuously by the staff.

They never have a variety of colors in towels ( always have white & grey ) They have a good selection of rugs & the prices are good!

This is the cleanest, most organized Ross I have ever shopped at. Staff was so friendly and the selection here was better than other stores.

I have been in the store several times since it opened. I must say - after reading about the other associates- I wasn’t going to visit. However, I needed a last minute gift. The young lady with pink hair (Whitney) was very informative, helpful, patience, and respectful. I also appreciate the fact that she waited for me to gather my items before starting with the next customer. I felt special and valued as a shopper.I’m giving her 4 stars because she needs to speak a little louder. Otherwise, 5 stars fir Whitney ! ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

The closing manager at this location is very impatient, he was literally making me leave 5 minutes before the closing time.

Loved that they decided to place a new Ross in my area. Not a bad store. Pretty organized and clean for the most part. Expected of a new store!However some of the employees are pretty rude. ( I guess they didnt have too much of a selection when it came to who they hired because it is a new store? ) Had an unpleasant experience upon checkout with the employee named Tam I believe.. and other employees working at the front who saw the interaction didnt seem to mind it either, I guess theyre just as bad.. hope the employee selection improves with time!

Great prices and awesome selection of clothes, underwear and luggage. Make sure you visit multiple stores few times per month to score best deals. The only downside is that not all sizes are available it is a matter of Trial and error.

I am so excited for a Ross to be in this area. I visited yesterday as I was done with breakfast at IHOP and noticed they have so many things that other Ross stores do not have. All their merchandise is real nice. From the security to the managers to the cashiers, they were all so nice and friendly, greeting everyone they saw. It is a very different set up than what I am used to for a Ross, but I really did like it.

I called to see if they have bathing suits, and the lady on the phone said I dont know, I dont work the floor. I said I didnt mind waiting to be transferred to someone who could answer my question, she refused to transfer me and said I dont have anyone who could do that right now. ..... ok? This is a retail store and theres not one person who can answer my question about bathing suits being in stock? Youre kidding me right? Ridiculously rude customer service.

Went to Ross first to shop for pillows. As usual, they had lots of options. I found the perfect set.

Decent store, staff and management are nice and receptive.

So I bought some stuff on the 17th of December and was given such a hard time returning EVERYTHING! The clerk Liz was so adamant about checking the camera over a return item that was 6.99$ made me stay in line for almost 20 minutes just to be told ok looks like your receipt is right. I couldn’t believe it! Honestly i felt super discriminated i swear this only happened just cause I was wearing sweats as I just gotta out the gym. Never going here again. 😡
