I had my great uncles Lounge chair recovered and didover the trim on my paneling. They had a great selection and very reasonable pricing.

I visited five star fabric in October 2016. I took a sample of fabric from there back to Alaska, where I live. I decided on the fabric, contacted five Star Fabric and spoke with the owner and sent him a picture of the fabric sample.. He said yes, they had the fabric, and I ordered 38 yards and had it sent directly to my upholstery shop. The shop receive the fabric folded up in a box rather than rolled on a tube, as professionals do it. They had to iron the fabric before putting it on the couches .My couches were covered and return to me. I was dumbfounded when I saw that it was the wrong fabric.I went back to Five Star Fabric and approach the the owner and explain the situation to him. He argued with me that it was October 3 years ago when I came in there, which was untrue. He refused to look up the invoice of the transaction to verify the date.I had chosen another fabric before speaking with him. I was willing to make an exchange. He was unwilling to accommodate me. and said I should have contacted him as soon as I realized the fabric was wrong. He made the mistake, not me. I could not contact him because the fabric was in the hands of the upholstery shop, and I had no idea it was the wrong fabric, nor did they. He would make no adjustments and threaten to take a picture of me and called me a crook. I would not shop there again. He made the mistake and should have been willing to compensate in some manner. Be aware!

THEY GIVE YOU THE PRICE OF THE BASIC SERVICE AND MAKE THE DEAL FOR THE FULL SERVICE AND WHEN THING COMES OUT WRONG, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA FROM $600 TO $1000 AND MUST PAY IN CASH. YOU NEED TO BE REALLY BE CAREFUL IF YOU WANT TO DO THE SERVICE WITH THEM OTHERWISE YOU WILL GET UNSATISFIED SERVICE, DEAL WITH THEIR NONSENSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET THE PHONE HANG UP IN YOU FACE

Ordered and paid for a sample in November, and never received it. Called, emailed, and received no response for 6 months. Finally got a response at the end of February from them saying they dont charge for samples - I sent them a copy of their invoice and still no response. This is a hateful owner and refuses to respond, send my sample, or refund my money. Wouldnt order fabric from them for my dog, and will post reviews everywhere I find them so other folks are warned.
