They’re selling cyberpunk 2077 games that have major glitches and poor performance issues which was announced this week. Even after PlayStation announced removing from their store, GameStop won’t give refunds since it’s the 8th day and they only return to the 7th day. Will never buy or preorder again. This could be part of the reason many stores are closing. Customers keep your stores open

My memory of when might be off but about a year ago the store got a new manager. Many of the staff did not like this change or the new manager so much that they quit. And ever since then there staff and atmosphere of the store just has not been the same. Its still a great place to go get games or information. I have nothing else to say.Power to the players

Never had a complaint with them. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Go out of their way to understand what you are saying or trying to do and then work with you for the best solution for you (not necessarily for themselves).

Good prices on used games and systems

This store really put the cherry on top when I moved to Adrian. So far everyone working there has been so sweet. Theyre very quick to answer whatever questions you have, or at least willing to help you find an answer. Their stock is in great condition, as well as a fine selection of everything relevant to todays gaming world. This is by far the best Gamestop Ive ever been to. :)

The have preowned games and consoles along with new, plus a good rewards program. I go here for all my video game needs. Fast and friendly service and the employees are very knowledgeable! I recommend this place to all gamers or even the casual gamer, they have it all and if not they can get it. Trade in values are good too.

Great gamestop! looks small from the outside but its pretty big on the outside. always has what i need, but i wish it had more older wii/3ds games. quite a bit pricey though.

The 2 young women that were working today were so sweet. They answered all our questions w/a smile. Honestly I cant remember ever having any problems there& we go alot lol we spend so much money there🤑 it kinda kills me inside😵 hahaha but its all for my 9yo son &if this is where he wants to spend him allowance that hes earned I guess thats his decision. We all do love &look forward to coming to game stop as often has we can.💜

They offer pennies on the dollars for games and it can be a bit discouraging, but all in all a pretty decent place. Most of the employees are on point and helpful, every now and then I get one who is disinterested in helping.

This is the best GameStop that my family has ever been to!! We have been to so many in the downriver area for many years. Dearborn, Dearborn heights, Southgate, Taylor, Allen park, Lincoln park, Monroe, Westland.... And many more. None have ever help me and my kids as much as the associates in the Adrian GameStop! They took time to listen, get online and make phone calls on my behalf to resolve an issue that I have been having for months!!! Its was so frustrating not getting answers and finally with the help of the associates here, we were able to get the help we needed for so long! I wont go anywhere else for ALL my families gaming entertainment needs. Thank you so much Adrian GameStop for taking the time and truly caring about your customers!!!

Purchased a used PS3 controller - $45.00. opened the package and it looked like it crawled out of some Third World dumpster. Had nasty, sticky bits of god only knows what stuck all over it. the buttons were slimy and crusty. Called the store - they only told me that they visually inspect the items they receive but due to the high volume, are unable to clean the controllers. All I can say is hey, douches, if you cant keep up with the volume and cant make sure you provide me - the customer - with quality product, DONT TAKE IN SO MUCH INVENTORY!!!! didnt feel up to catching some nasty disease, so packed this thing back up and will be returning it to the store. Hopefully it didnt contaminate my household too back and hopefully I wont become a real time extra for the Walking Dead ... GameStop - you suck!
