When I declined the purchase of a case for the purchase of a new phone, the owner or manager, Jennifer.. Decided to be sneaky and just nonchalantly put an over priced screen protector on and charge me for it without asking... Is this how you make your living..?? Distract me by telling me my mother is a nice or sweet lady..?! While you sit behind you mask being a pathetic thief. Hopefully she can handle my refund properly and my bank account reflects it in a timely manner. I most certainly will warn people about her when they want to know about Metro PCS.

Excellent service from the 2 ladies that work there, and they were so helpful. Get great reception here in Adrian, had Sprint before and Sprint sucks! They drop calls or have no service in much of Adrian. Have had Metro for 6 months now.

I went in to pay my bill and because i was doing that at the store location it would cost 3 more dollars. That is totally ridiculous!! I am not going to pay extra just for paying the bill at your store.

If you want reception this phone sucks and this company in Adrian at least Lambertville is pretty good but Adrian sucks

Cant ever get through to business and when I did...left me on hold till it timed out and they hung up...litterly pick up and hung up..click.....dialtone!! Pissed

Any accessories you buy you can not return or exchange. Even if it came out of the box broken. Waisted my time trying to get item to work. Said they would not exchange item. All sales final regardless if it works or not.
