This AutoZone is the best one in the area! The employees are super friendly with great attitudes. They are also very knowledgeable. I have an AutoZone that slightly closer but I travel the extra 3 miles to this one because Im always satisfied. Even if I have an issue I know that I can go back and they will fix it no questions asked. They are diligent and making sure I have the correct parts to solve my issues

After a long day of errands, I got in the car to go home only to have my car not start. After getting the car jumped, the only place to go at 4:30 on a Sunday was Autozone. Jerome tested the battery, replaced the battery, and helped with a suddenly faulty door all within 45 minutes. I’m so grateful for the friendly, speedy service that I’ll definitely go back the next time I need anything car related. I highly recommend this location!

DJ and Jamie were super friendly. They refilled my wash fluid and replaced my wipers, they answered all my questions and it was one of the most pleasant interactions I’ve had in awhile. I highly recommend this location, they have genuine people and a clean store.

I went in to have a code read and was taken care of in a matter of minutes. The read was accurate and got my car back on the road. Unfortunately the part I needed was only available from the dealer but they looked high and low for it.

I always get awesome customer service at this location. They are very helpful even if they didnt have the part that I needed. They found the closes one, made a phone call to a different one asked if they had it, and gave me a piece of paper with the information in it. The workers are great!

I cannot say enough about the gentlemen that work at this location. Everytime I need help they are there in a jiffy to answer questions about my car and help me install whatever parts needing change. They are knowledgeable and helpful. This is my place to go.

Great customer service, went in to see if someone would be able to change my headlight. Very wonderful young man (taller guy, dark very short hair, muscular build) came out and worked with it till he got it changed (had to take battery out to get to it to avoid damaging seal on front). Got all back in and unfortunately the headlight wouldnt work. Even though it was a disappointing outcome, the young man knew it wasnt a fuse problem as the other light is working so he suggested taking my van to a shop and checking it for a wiring issue. He was able to discount the light some for me and gave me a couple of suggestions if I would get pulled over for the headlight being out. Thank you so much for having such amazing individuals who work at the Gravois Road store!!

They are extremely helpful with putting bulbs and wipers on. It also helped that the weather was nice as well. Friendly employees as well. I was just in this location... They helped me with getting the correct part as well.

I went there thinking that I needed a certain part. I explained the problem to the clerk and told him what I needed. He asked me for the vin number to the vehicle. After giving him the wrong one he got into his computer. A few questions later, we were outside looking under the hood. He determined that I was incorrect on the part that I thought I needed. I needed something completely different, plus another one on top of that! Unfortunately, they only had one in stock. He told me to call in the morning and we could order the parts. I did just that. At 9:30 the next morning I had the parts in hand. It was a good experience!

Usually i love autozoners, the people are usually great, but this kid couldnt find a part on the computer, so he claimed it didnt exist..it was the serpentine belt from a mid 90s Toyota Camry, that i had just taken apart 15 minutes earlier, other than that, i really love autozone and most of there people are top notch, and very knowledgeable, and helpful

I bought a rebuilt engine and within the first year it failed on a 3year warranty, the only way i can get a refund is to take them to court, they dont standbby there own warranty damn shame!
