I am exceedingly satisfied with the service Biz provided. I actually enjoyed paying for the phones and things. I wish she could be every where I am with her customer service. Time and money well spent!!!!!

Went in for a phone and received amazing service from Biz. She was knowledgeable and kind and able to answer all the questions I needed for set up. I appreciate all she did and compared to the disaster of a store that was once there, it has grown amazingly into a business where it obviously cares about its patrons. Most definitely because of her.

If i could give more stars i would. i am a 84 year old woman who drives a extra mile just to come to this store because Biz is just so sweet and nice to me. she is so sweet and patient with me. she listens to my problems and solves them with a big bright smile on her face.

The lady who waited on me her name is Grace and she is very good at her job and was very helpful to me

A female salesperson lied to me three different times telling me they had no SIM cards twice when another sales person on a different they told me they always have SIM cards that she lied, then the last time I went in this location before I decided to go to a different location for service I called before I went to the store to make sure they had the Samsung phone I was looking for the guy I talked to confirmed they did. When I got to the store the same girl was working and she said they had no Samsung phones when I told her I called ahead of time and was told they did and she told me they had like 10 sales which is a flat out lie because thats not a busy store at all and they couldnt of made 10 sales that quick she lied and wasnt going to help me for the third time she lied to my face so she didnt have to do her job and help me as a customer shes lazy and rude and I would not recommend this loto anyone.

Biz was very helpful, she even went out of her way to transfer my pictures and contacts to my new phone. The store was very clean.

This store is a absolute nightmare. I bought a new phone Samsung a10e. I woke up 3 weeks after having it and it wouldnt turn on for no rhyme or reason. I went to the store to tell them and they said they would order a new phone for me its been 7 days and I still dont have a phone. I have to waste my time everyday going there because when I can no one answers. I will say I love the metropcs on Cherokee Sam that works there is great. My biggest regret is going to his store in the first place.

Don’t pick up their phones

Have been a MetroPCS customer since 2011. Best wireless company I know of. No contracts, great pricing and an awesome selection of phones to choose from. Also have never had bad service, customer or phone. Get out of your contracts people and save yourselves some money.

There was a short time when service was poor & workers untrained....there was once a young man that was excellent at this location before.. Thank Metro for bringing him back..!! Smart choice. Ask for Spencer...he will definitely be able to provide answers to any of my questions.

Completely unprofessional! This place is a joke for a business. I switched to Metro PCS to take advantage of their free phone offer. You get what you pay for and thats exactly what I got - a cheap phone, cheap customer service, and the worst cell phone reception imaginable. I am finishing up my bill cycle bc its paid for then Im switching. I dont recommend this brand or this location to anyone. Unless you like a bunch of kids tampering with your account. Thats if they can even arrive to work on time. I was so excited about this company when I first switched and after two months I am completely dissatisfied in every aspect. If I were the owner Id be absolutely embarrassed to call this my business. Which is probably why you never see him/her.

Needed a new phone, had looked online and knew what I wanted. Easily purchased, young man transferred all my stuff, and increased my data without increasing my monthly charge. Very happy with Metro.

The Affton store is the best Metro PCS in the St. Louis area. The people are knowledgeable and you get in and out quickly. No trying to sell you stuff you dont want.

Men working at this location tonight are very knowledgeable about the phones and plans. Very polite. Customer forgot their card and i watched as the employees ran out to catch him hefore he left. Great customer service is the reason for this review. #blackfriday

Awesome service way better than At&t. I promise it much better high-speed internet .At&t slows down after u use it for a bit but not this place 100% all the time high speed. Cant believe how much better

NICE WORKERS AND CLEAN STORE AT ALL TIMES

Doesnt keep hours posted on the door. Was there shortly after 6pm today and was suppose to be opened until 7pm. Nothing to indicate an issue other than the person working wanted to knock off an hour early. Completely wasted trip and time for me.

Afton store is really dodgy and employees seem to hate the manager. Go to Fenton or Kingshighway stores instead
