Janelle was an amazing sales rep. The move to t-mobile was more smooth than I thought. She was very nice and its nice to see people with a genuine personality nowadays.

Tyler, Devon, and Dan are a great team. I came in to switch my SIM card out and upgrade my phone and they made the process so easy. I watched them handle different customers who came through the door with various issues and handle them with great attitudes. Great store, great guys!
My wife and I went in to trade our old iPhones for new ones on a deal. Our first bill after the trade in showed the full price, rather than the discount we traded in for. We have been overcharged for 3 months now, and they keep saying it will be fixed next month. Enough is enough. We want the refund we are owed, and will likely be switching to Verizon because of the lack of urgency on this. This is a textbook bait and switch.

People at this location dont want to work the past 3 times I was told you need to go to another location1st time was to switch my account to a business account.2nd was to replace a phone that broke.3rd was today it was to get a discount for my father in-law.Advise if you need to do anything other then pay a bill save yourself time and avoid this location!

Please don’t shop at this T-Mobile store. The store manager (Tyler) told me that T-Mobile would buy out our phones from sprint. They did not.When our accounts were set up, Devon added a bunch of equipment and services that we did not want or ask for. We have since filed fraud reports with T-Mobile customer service.Edit: just in case you’re reading this review and you see that the store responded. I sent an email as they requested. They did not respond. They lied to me about $160 cost and they have no interest in fixing it.
