The owner is rude especially on the phone and this wasnt the first time. I had my car stereo system installed by them maybe 5 or 6 years ago, on my 2010 Lexus 350RX. Everything was alright (as far as the audio system was concerned) except they broke a few plastic components on my interior.

Ive taken two of my cars to Bill and Ill take every future car there too for only one (and the most important) reason: he really cares about your satisfaction and will do what it takes to make sure youre happy. Custom installations are always complicated and depending on how weird your car is, theres no straight line to getting what you want. You need a guy like Bill that cares enough to get you where you want to go. As long as hes in business Ill only go to him.

Great experience. I was in and out in 10 minutes.The salesman was super friendly, I told him what I was looking for (a steering wheel interface), he told me what they had in stock, showed me how to configure it properly, and I was on my way. I would definitely come to them with further audio questions/products.

I had to go here in order to get a breathalyzer installed in my BMW and the manager was very helpful and made sure that I had all of the info I needed prior to its installation. The installation was successful. The only problem I had was that the device along with my aftermarket car stereo took a toll on my alternator and battery a couple of months later, but thats neither here nor there given that if I didnt get in trouble I wouldnt have had to worry about that thing in the first place. Anyway, anytime I go to get the breathalyzer serviced the staff is always helpful, efficient and understanding of my situation.Couldnt give a good impression on their car audio skills, but other than that these guys are good.

The absolute best. Bill is completely fantastic to work with and hours follow on care is unbeatable (yay phone updates suddenly making your phone no longer want to talk to your head unit! No problem, he crawled the web and found a fix for me in an afternoon!). The quality of work is truly great and I cant wait to have him install a system in my next car. They even uninstall super easy and fast if you want to sell your car but want to keep what you bought to move into your new car. 1. Bad call service, I asked for pricing but they said there apparently had to much customers and did not want to talk to me about pricing. so then he rudely hung up. I would like to know the products and prices before I drive from my place. Dont like the attitude. Just because of that I do not reccomend going to his shop. I recommend going to a better place like Professional car audio!
