I moved cross-country and was able to set a same-day appointment with Jesse when I arrived in Aiken. I hadn’t bought a mattress in some time and I wasn’t certain what I wanted. He let me take my time trying out all of the mattresses in his showroom and offered great information to determine which was the best fit for me and my budget! Once I found the perfect mattress for me it was loaded onto the truck within 5 minutes and delivered right away so I could enjoy a great night’s sleep my first night in my new home. I’ve always had to add foam or pillow tops to my mattresses in the past, but not with this one! It was by far the easiest mattress buying experience I’ve had. I’ll be going back to Mattress by Appointment Aiken to buy my daughter a new one soon.

Gregs product knowledge and his team exceeded our expectations regarding customer service and a quality product. Their attention to detail and keeping us up to date prior to delivery and resolving a manufacturing defect post delivery was excellent!

Great, friendly staff! I purchased a gel pillow specially designed for people who sleep on their side and love it.
