A wonderful buying experience! Lewis is very knowledgeable about the products they sale in store and was more than willing to explain the difference in all the styles and options of mattresses, as there is a plethora out there to choose from. He listened to all our likes and dislikes, taking the time to listen, in order to help us make the right purchase. I was looking for someone who deliver to the Ridge Spring, SC area that didn’t have a long turnaround wait. My mattress set was delivered within a week and could of been sooner but my work schedule is crazy. Lewis work it out so I can get my order ASAP. Got a bed in a box because...why not I can return it and they ship it to my house.. Didnt like it....Sleeping in y guest room while I wait for them to pick it up...AND they said my refund would be 4 to 6 weeks after pickup! My experience here was wonderful! I came in just to look around and ended up finding a great deal! Scott Anthony was one of the kindest and most patient people Ive dealt with! He never tried to pressure you into a deal and guided you to which mattresses to try next without standing over you and pressuring you. Everything was relaxed and comfortable. He also gave us a deal which included the bed, box springs, and bed stand for a great price! I would like to brag on Scott just a little more though. Me and my fiance are new to the area and instead of just trying to sell a mattress, he took time out of his day to discuss nice restaurants in the area and several events that go on in Aiken. He was incredibly nice and inviting and has given me a great impression of himself but also Aiken as a whole. Scott is an awesome guy who cares about more than selling mattresses. Scott and Louis (I think thats how he spells it... sorry if not) were the guys who helped us a couple days ago. They were super friendly, answered all of our questions, and gave us contact information if we needed anything else. They also made sure the bed was delivered the same day. When our new bedroom set arrived, the bed was too tall to use the adjustable base. We were dismayed, but Lewis and Scott refunded the cost of the base and delivered the mattress we desired. I was about to order a Tempurpedic online but figured I should lay on one first.. Thank goodness I did! The saleperson told me that it was fine, but that it would take a couple of weeks to get it.. and they wouldnt remove the old bed....Also if I didnt like it I would have to pick another Tempurpedic... But if I bought it at MattressMan Id have it MUCH faster, theyd remove my old mattress, and if I didnt like it I could reselect from all the brands they had in store...Thank you so much for the information and my new mattress!

Scott is the man, hands down and bar none. I told him what I was looking for and he matched me with the available options. I was able to take my time and mull the options over, my ultimate decision was not his initial recommendation but he didnt try to sell me he was only concerned with what made me happy/comfortable. I was going to order a bed online but when I saw that the return policy was to donate or throw it away.. I knew they must have a lot of markup. Id like to say I have never been treated nicer than I was at Matressman at 417 Fabian Drive in Aiken by Scott and Lester. Scott came to my home and evaluated the mattress I was having trouble with and both of them helped me select a replacement. I got the Simmons Beautyrest Black Hope Plush in the queen size and it was promptly delivered with capable men. I must add that this mattress is not as soft as I would like but the fault was not Scotts or Lesters as I selected it from the many dozens on display.

You must read this whole article or dont read it at all. My name is Ron Korey, Im 69 years old, Im 98% blind and dont have much money. Getting my wife to do research on mattresses on the internet and In person, I knew everything there was a bout mattresses right. Wong! Not going into details about what myself inflected problem was, Scott Anthony at Mattress Man corrected me at a later date. Scott doesnt care period about who you are or what you are. He treated me respectfully, compassionately, and made me feel like I was a millionaire. One example, although there are many, one of our trips to the store, he saw us in the parking lot, he then came out and guided me into the store. If you are looking for professional ism, he is partially professional. Knowledge about his business or trade is outstanding, but he treated me and my wife as family. I no longer feel as I know a salesman over at MattressMan, I feel as though Scott is a valued friend or family member. My suggestion to anyone looking for a mattress is to contact or go see Scott at MattrssMan. Tell him what you want then open your ears and shut your mouth.

Waited 2 weeks for delivery which was promised next day. *Weather was only a factor for 3 days. Guy showed up in a pick up with no help and expected me to help him. Will not shop here again.
