The best customer experience one could hope for. Answered all my questions. Confirmed my order. Very patient and kind. I kept the associate a little past closing time and he remained kind, he even helped me carry out my paint.

After wasting a lot of money on paint at Home Depot, I finally figured out they can never get the colors to match what is on their own cards. I don’t know why this is specifically, but the colors, no matter what I picked out, would be really different from the card and also different from the online images. So, it was a lot of trial and error with the paint until I finally came to Sherwin Williams & they had the right tools to mix the color to be exactly what’s on the Sherwin Williams sample cards. I wish I would have gone here first, would have saved a lot of trouble. Everything turned out great. If you have an outdoor painting project, and you are really counting on a good reliable color match with what’s on the card, go here. Home Depot doesn’t accept paint returns even if you’ve never used the paint and even if the color doesn’t match what you ordered. Just go here instead for peace of mind.

Noah was AMAZING! I went in kind of frustrated and he was so nice and helpful. Changed my mood instantly. He made sure I was happy, gave me paint sticks, boxed up my 3 gallons of paint, AND carried them to my car. What a nice guy he is. We need more people like him. Buy him lunch or something.

I felt like Goldie Locks trying to pick out the perfect shade of beige! This store was extremely helpful with helping me narrow it down through a few trials and errors! The people in there really know the right thing to use for the job.We went in there for floor paint, and they recommended an all-in-one paint product, along with the correct roller for what we were doing. Not only that, but the prices were very reasonable.We will definitely be going there again for our next painting project.

Need to work on your stock more sometimes when you go in they dont have what you need that should not be

I mean only go into this store if you want the HIGHEST level of customer service and expertise. Cody was incredible and helped me with exactly what I needed. Went in looking for paint for our bathroom. Noah was very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting the best paint to use to help with mildew. Also very helpful in helping us pick the right “white” out of the many choices. Definitely recommend this store for anyone needing paint.

Sw has best residential, and solid industrial, paints. This store does well in speed. Employees have better personal skills than other paint stores and big box. Pricing is reasonable and grounded in reality. Now, with hardware store/subway next door.
