Fast and very nice workers in the shop. I can tell they care about their customers. Thanks Wall mart.
They were very professional and they did the oil change really fast.
Went to tire service due to a flat/blow out on way to work. Several people were ahead of me, but serviced quickly. Staff courteous and knowledgeable as well. Will return soon for 2 more tires.
I would never recommend Walmart Auto to anyone. They stripped the oil pan plug, and tried to seal it with blue glue. Once we realized what they did, they claimed there was nothing they can do and refused to fix it. Terrible customer service and more money out of my pocket for their mistake.
Technically they did most of what I asked for only slightly more than the listed price.But, they were out of the oil I needed so they upcharged me to take some from the shelf, and they didnt have my air filter in stock. I dont have an exotic car or anything, just a common Ford sedan, they need to do a better job of making sure they have what they need.
We had a great experience with the service center at Walmart in Alabaster they immediately brought our vehicle in solved our problem. They were really easy to work with! We liked them so much we brought another truck in for service!
I would say on 1-10 . I say a 5. And i prefer to go somewhere else. Where employees have a respectful attitudes.
This has to be the slowest Wal-Mart to get your car worked on. I’ve been getting my tires done here for over two years now. It is always a slow process to just get them rotated and balanced. Today, walked in, stood around for over 5 minutes before the manager walks out and says something to me. I told him it’s always a slow process to get my tires done. His smart@$$ wants to smile at me and say,”Well that’s good. That means we are busy.” You got 3 ladies working your desk. One is out looking under the hood of a car, probably doesn’t have the first clue about what the guy is telling her. Another lady is pulling a car in, one that she had been looking at since before I pulled up. And then you got the third lady, who knows. 2 bays are empty, only three cars outside that could be waiting. But why are they waiting if the bays are empty? And this manger wants to tell me this. And then continue to try and explain himself when he told me he wasn’t going to argue with me. Old Wal-Mart manger about made me turn into the old me real quick. I use to tell people about how great of deal the tires were here. Not anymore. Good to buy cheap tires but don’t get work done there. I think I saw more guys waking with tire center shirts on in the store after my little conversation with the manager then they had working in the bays. Sad excuse for a manager! Guess I’ll have to get my tires done somewhere else where I can get it done without having to wait an hour for a simple balance and rotate.
9/7/18. Terrible Bad experience. Will never go back to the Auto&Tire Care Center. I bought tires a couple of months ago with the road hazard and free rotation.The Automotive Manager Vernon proceeded to tell me he could not find me in the computer after only looking one time and tells me to look in my car for the receipt.I had the amount and date on my account when i purchased the tires.He kept asking was i sure it was from there or could it be in someone else name.After about 30 min of back and forth a nice lady named Ms Ann knew how to check the computer and found my information.howecer,someone misspelled my name and put in wrong zipcode.It had me with a Tampa Florida zipcode.We were then able to priceed with getting to the oil change and tire rotation and balance.After about 1 1/2-2hrs i wen to check to see if my car was ready it was not.I waited back there for another 15 mins or so and the tech brought the service ticket up.I paid for my service along with some groceries.Only to return to my car and notice my exhaust noticeably hanging lower than it was or should be and not looking the same as when i brought it in.I stop one of the techs that was in the service bay and he checked it and stated that the customer service manager could pull the tape to check the time and service and he would get some one for me.While waiting by my car in the parking lot. Vernon the Automotive Manager pulls up in his personal truck and proceeds to tell me that his guys didnt so anything and they are going tobsay the same thing he is says However,he was the one up front at the register taking my information and other customers.He wasnt in the back wtih them,so he didnt know what was going on back there.He pulls off in his truck and goes to lunch.I go back inside and ask for a customer service manager They tell me Cedric was not there and send someone to me name Matt.He proceeds to tell me that the only thing he can do is take pictures file a complaint with the insurance,take my information and they wiill get in touch with me.I fill out the form that he provided thinking thats what he was going to do.He then has the same person Vernon call me back that got very sarcastic with me that i specifically told him i did not want to speak to ever harrass me on the phone and continue to antagonize me.Wonderful customer service.So, again Im not sure why Matt share my personal information with someone i told him I did not wish to speak.They are tell me over the phone,we are looking at the tapes.As if i trusted anything either of them were saying.They could have been watching Oprah for all I know.
