Came in 3 minutes before the store closed to make a purchase for my son’s birthday. Told the guys a quick summary of what my son likes & in less than a minute they made 2 suggestions that were right within my budget one was on sale & the other got a discount. Wish I had gotten their names, but they had me rung up & ready to roll very quickly.I am extremely pleased with this location, and will definitely be back!Thanks guys!

Keith and Corey make that store awesome. They both hold a good conversation with me as well. It’s awesome to walk into the store and hear Keith say, “hey, we have this awesome Assassins Creed box on sale, and I know how much you like AC!” I’m a huge assassins creed fan.

Never has any decent inventory in stock and if they do its always extremely over priced! Especially consoles or any outdated tech or game, theyre over priced to a ridiculous amount and ESPEIALLY to be used products, anything need is never in stock to order anyway. I can walk down the parking lot sidewalk to Walmart in the same shopping plaza and find all the items consoles and games that GameStop doesnt have and for half the price AND being NEW items at that so just go to Walmart or shop online

I sent Mom 11-year-old son and alone with my debit card which usually means bad bad things but he is a very wonderful responsible child. He wanted some symbol movie that had like a couple places for people kissed and they made it rated r and I had just had my back surgery not too long before that and Peyton told them my mama says its okay but she cant come in because shes got her dog and she had back surgery so the cashier came out to my car and I gave the okay and initialed the receipt that it was okay to let buy it Peyton by the game.

Staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing is competitive.

Every time I walk through the door there is someone there eager to help me. The prices are fairly low. If its a game you cant find any more they give you the lowest price they can make some profit off of. Always stocked on multiple selections. Never had a problem with this game stop at all.

What an awesome staff they had in there today. I had an issue with syncing my controller to my xbox 360 and without acting like I was a moron for not knowing they showed me step by step how to do it. Thank you guys. Great customer service.

Horrible experience. We always go to gamestop with the intent to spend about $100 on video games and collectibles. It’s an active hobby. Upon entering this game-stop earlier this morning, we were actively ignored by the employee until we accidentally dropped something. The employee shouted at us “You break it you buy it”. We thought she was joking and continued shopping, as we were browsing we accidentally dropped something again and she shouted the same phrase. We apologized and tried to joke back but then she proceeded to demand that we pay for the things we accidentally dropped and that all customers must pay for these things; meanwhile smirking and joking with her friend the entire time.

My favorite game- stop. No pun intended! Lol They always clear up info I get from other sources. Now if they would offer multiple game deals GREAT!!

The guys&girls at the Alabaster store are so Friendly. They dont mind having a conversation about your needs for a gift for a gamer if you dont know. Lots of Rick & Morty, Video Game Apperal, Toys, Great toys for Chrismas. I wanted them and Im 42.

Good selection but difficult to get around in if there are more than a couple customers because it is just poorly arranged. Id suggest shopping on the website first to avoid the claustrophobic conditions. Sometimes I go to the 2 Hoover locations to browse/burn time... but then end up buying here after they discover the Alabaster location has what I wanted & they dont. I guess that is the benefit of their business model? They can check the stock at other locations & get what you want. Plus, I love their membership & the return/exchange policy.

Good selection for multiple platforms. Usually the staff is both courteous and knowledgeable.

This store sucks. They never update their online inventory and when it shows they have a product online they more oft than not are actually out of stock because theyre too lazy to update the status. Would not recommend to anyone unless absolutely necessary.

Been going to this location for 10 years. Game stop should look into having stores with more room. Youre practically walking into displays and other customers while shopping. Everything is clumped together. The store never has the same employee that long. Everytime you turn around it is someone new that doesnt know anything. It is also very rare that you can get in and out in a fast manner. Unless youre the 1st person in. 2 employees but no system to have one person getting customers that are bringing in games for credit and one for customers just trying to make a quick purchase.

The staff is very knowledgeable, polite, and quick. Theres a wide variety of merchandise to choose from and the store stays clean & organized.

It was very busy due to the sales, however the workers had great attitudes and awesome customer service.

Never know what kind of service youll get, from good to awful any day of the week. Dont bother trading anything in, you probably wont get enough to cover the gas you used getting there. Good sales on occasion.

You know... its a Gamestop. It used to be a different place, Ill tell you that much. When under different management, the team was friendlier and much happier to help you out. Im not sure whos in charge now... and I know corporate has a lot to do with how unhappy the employees are... but they need to toss the employees some incentives to boost morale.Prices for peripherals, used games and new are unfortunately high, even being a member of their paid-for rewards club. And theyre a key factor to why pre-ordering is an issue among gamers.

Ive kinda become a regular over the past few weeks with all the big releases. Kyle in particular is always really cool and helpful.

I went to this Gamestop to purchase a PS4 controller. The employee laughed about how he hadnt sold one of these in a while and it wasnt til later that I found out that it was almost 20 dollars overpriced. He never made an attempt to help me make an informed purchase. Upon further research, most of there used games and other accessories were also overpriced. Bad prices, terrible service. Do not shop here.

Terrible exchange policy,even when you buy from there,i tried returning my Xbox one i had for a few days, and they offered the full refund in store credit or $160 cash . Why the hell would I want store credit when Im bringing the only thing I play games on.
