I went to the store to question my bill and was approached by Daniel. He was immediately dismissive when I showed him a receipt from an Authorized Verizon wireless store. He said this is a completely different store and that he can’t do anything about it yet the authorized Verizon store told me to go to a corporate store to receive credits for my bill. I have a receipt that shows I paid the activation/setup fee for $35 yet I’m still being charged the $35. He was condescending in front of me and my mother and was interrupting every sentence of mine when I was trying to explain our situation.
The manager at the 119 location was great. Husband and I both needed new phones. His went swimming to the bottom of the lake, mine was 7 years old and crashing. Had to bite the bullet and get 2 new phones, but the manager helped us both get back up and running without too much interruption.
Went in today inquiring about switching over from AT&T and Fred was more than helpful. Usually you come across store associates looking to make a sale and are pushy about it, this wasn’t the case with him. He was efficient and listened to what I was wanting and answered every question I had. Like I said I went in to inquire but ended up switching altogether!
I was never acknowledged and I just had to leave because no one ever spoke to me or ask if I needed help. There were three salesman and they were only helping two people. They could’ve at least told me they will help me as soon as they can. I was just totally ignored. I wanted to buy a brand new phone and spend over $1000.
Now I know why Ryan Reynolds bought his own wireless provider. They are semi-nice in the store but treat you like you don’t know anything but how to dial a number on a phone and are completely helpless if you have a problem. All they can do is tell you to call customer service which is an hour wait if you’re lucky. Definitely will be changing service providers.
My experience here was awful. First they charged us $15 and no one in the store could explain what the charge was for, but we couldnt leave until it was paid. We upgraded 2 phones and never saw either phone because we were trying to save time and mail our old phones in. The phones were placed in the Verizon bag and never opened at the store. They sent us home with the wrong phone and when it was brought back, they tried to charge a 50$ restocking fee. The phone was never turned on or even touched for that matter. Luckily the customer service for Verizon worked with us and gave us a credit. The passive aggressive employees here need some training in how to talk to customers and try to admit when they are in the wrong. I would not recommend anyone upgrade at this store, they will charge you $15 for no reason and then act like they are doing you a favor for crediting you $15.Before you reply owner on how you can get my business back, you can explain to me what this $15 charge was for that no one seems to have an answer for.To add insult to injury, the other corporate store we took our business to, waived the $50 restocking fee.
I paid my Verizon bill in person in the Alabaster Store.A week later my payment has not been posted. Have called several times, talked to a computer. Next call spoke to someone who minimally spoke English. Call today was told would cost me $7.99 to pay. NO! I wanted to know why my payment had not best posted.As usual didn’t get an answer. I have been with Verizon for many years, service is at all time low. I am changing to AT&T.
Incompetent staff.... were more interested in getting me out of the store so they could go to lunch.

Would not let my wife and I in store to discuss hot spot options. We both had mask, only would allow one of us to enter. The store was empty, no other customers were in the store. Close the store if you do not want to service your customers.
I just left the Verizon store in Alabaster, AL where I was assisted by Randall McFall. He provided exemplary service. He was the epitome of professionalism. It was a pleasant visit from entry to exit. I noted that he provided not just myself excellent customer service but provided the same service consistently to others. A company is known by the people it employs. It is no wonder with employees like Mr. Mc Fall that Verizon is recognized as a leader in its field. Please see that he receives recognition for a job well done.

I went in to have a refurbished phone I bought online activated and all my information transferred over because I explained to the guy how important it was that Im not lose text messages or anything off my phone because Im going through a highly contested divorce and a even more contested nasty child custody battle. I get down the road and try to make a call and nothing worked. He tried putting on a military grade screen protector I purchased on Amazon and completely ruined it and now Im out the money because its out of the 30-day window. He managed to get the case on. Two pieces is not too complicated.

Being a Verizon customer for over 15 years I’ve dealt with the stores plenty and usually have no issues. Came to this store with multiple issues, bill went up for no reason and they could not explain it, my phone is less than a year old and went through this same issue of heating and draining of the battery and got a replacement, they said Alabama Verizon does not replace under phone factory warranty, wanted to cancel my service to my iPad and get a new iwatch and activated, again I was told they can’t do that in the store. What’s the point of having a store if all they want to do is tell you to call customer service. Rude tones and telling me what I’ve experienced in the past is not possible, must mean I’m a liar. Save your time and just go online, at least that way you don’t waste your time, gas and aggravation.
I have been traveling for a family emergency for quite a few days. Bought a phone and could not get it to work. I got the run around from a certified dealer....took it in this store today and was helped by a woman who didnt give up until the problem was fixed, and every team mate there was so happy to see and help. Great job guys!! It turned my day around!
Have been a Verizon wireless customer for a long time and never had any problems.. until now when we got a new contract we were promised one thing and given something else and now cant do anything to get it corrected. Not at the fault of Verizon but at the fault of the mgmt at this particular store

This is the absolute worst Verizon store I have been to. If you arent buying a 800$ phone they dont care about you. They brush you aside like you dont matter. Beware the girl with the drawn on eyebrows. She sucks.

Bought a jetpack hotspot 3 days ago and it was a waste. I put $20 for 1gig/1 month. I only went to two websites and it was tapped out. When I came in to the store I explained to the employee that the computer was new, and I did all set up on home internet and I set the WiFi to Not auto connect. And the cad was spent after two websites! His response was the jetpack isnt good with laptops, call Verizon this store is retail only! No help at all. Except to find out I bought a bad product.
