Called about my range which would not unlock the door after cleaning cycle. Received a call back within 5 minutes, was told what to do and oven door unlocked. Appreciated the support and saving a house call.
I found that during our initial conversation the individual had a noticeably unpleasant demeanor. Upon reflection and checking Google Reviews, I called back about 15 minutes later to cancel the appointment. Received a contemptuous response. Glad I followed my gut feelings here. Would not recommend.
I disagree with the other lower ratings. Kim is a little rough and ready, but he knows his stuff and was prompt and gave good advice...and he had a sense of humor.
He did not return our calls to confirm the appointment until an hour before the 4 hour window, and then to say he doesnt work on those days. When he called the following week he was rude and when we said we are working with someone else he said well see if its a machine problem or *your* problem!
Frigidaire set up an appointment the next day which was great, until I went to confirm. I left a message in the morning, when I did not hear back in the early afternoon I called again and someone on a cell phone picked up. The gentleman was extremely rude to me saying he had no appointments available. I could not get thru to him that I thought I already had an appointment for the time between 6am and 8am and I was just confirming and he said he doesnt even have 6 am appointments. I ended up calling Frigidaire back declining the appointment and that I will not go thru this company. They set me up with a different one I have worked with in the past. Zero stars for me..
JC Penny made an appointment with these folks and provided me with their phone number. I called the day before the appointment and left a message for confirmation. They never called me back and never showed up for the appointment. I called again leaving my cell number for easier contact, they called me back at 5pm the next day and left a message, Give me a shout back. I called again, very frustrated and I get a call back and the fellow tells me, I dont want the jobI am in the process of making a complaint to JC Penny regarding All Brands unprofessional behavior, and lack of consideration for JC Penny customers.
