Very professional staff and was greeted as soon as i walked through the door. Very good people working in that store. If you ever want to shop for furniture somewhere where you feel comfortable and welcome this is definitely the place to go. The prices are very fair so you are able to pay it off in the 6 months easily.

I love this place this is excellent

This was my first time at this location. The store had a good selection of items. If you wanted something in particular, you could order it from their online website right from their store or go to another location they suggest. Customer service was excellent. We asked a lot of questions and were met with satisfying answers. In particular, I am looking for furniture to fit my new studio apartment and decided to go with a table and couch/loveseat set I saw in the store rather than what I saw on their online website. Prices are reasonable within the 6 Month Cash Price. I suggest using this option.

Love the furniture I purchased from them but the sales calls, on a near weekly basis, were so annoying! Very happy with my purchase, the price, payment plans but those awful phone calls for nearly 2 years were enough to make me think twice from buying from them again. Even after I requested to be taken off the call list I still regularly received them. Had it not been for the unrelenting push for further sales, while I was still paying off my debt, it would easily be a 5 star experience and 5 start quality furniture.

We were happy until it came to delivery day! Imagine my surprise when our washer dryer set didn’t come! No call from the store, we had to call them. Then they told us we had to go to a store closer to us, our house is 7.2 miles from this store. Since when does a company tell you what store you have to shop at? So long story short we paid the first payment signed all paperwork (legally binding agreement) we don’t have a washer or dryer and a manager has yet to call me. I have been a sales manager for more than 15 years and can not believe that your company operates like this! A sale turned down? Absolutely ridiculous

I walked in looking for a cash admins carry and was greeted by the most unprofessional person ever. She was not focused acted as if I were bothering her so I quickly left and went to the one by Delaware ave. I ended up actually purchasing a lot of mercha side because Ty at the other location was excellent. I would not go to the one in Westgate that was my second time visiting first time same thing I have it another shot and same thing...DONT GO TO THE WESTGATE LOCATION...!!!
