Where to begin. I will give credit when credit is due. I am HIGHLY UPSET THOUGH. We purchased a mattress and we’re told NOT to take the plastic off, we didn’t. Me being a female I don’t have a lot of strength, so when we were bringing it in the house the plastic ripped there is a blue piece that rips it open and that’s what I grabbed and before my husband could stop me it was to late. It wasn’t what we thought it was and kept in constant contact with the store from day one cause it’s not what we wanted. They did however return the mattress after only agreeing to take it if we left our brand new $45 mattress cover on it. We had already talked to Joy and told her what happened and told us to put the mattress cover on it. When we got there to exchange it, the Store Manager looked at me and my husband both when we told him what happened and said “I’m trying to help y’all out just be straight with me” basically accusing us of lying to him. I don’t know what he knows about customers and customer service but the customer is ALWAYS right and the one thing you don’t do to keep business is accuse the customers of lying to you. This is not the first bad experience we’ve had with them but their payments are good. However after this I will pay thousands of dollars instead of hundreds and do business else ware. I DO NOT recommend this store.

I did not go in, this visit was for my mom and brother. But, they do want to go back and check out Farmers merchandise when they have more time. The 🏪 store is easy to see from the street.

I was very disappointed with this store, I came in on a friday and paid cash for a sectional set and I was told it be delivered the following monday well when Monday came I waited till that evening but nothing I call the store they tell me I gotta wait 3 weeks for I can get my funiture delivered i was pretty much shocked and all i got was thats what we told you which was not true so i had to go pick it up myself from the store then it took forever to get it loaded so Im warning you to make sure when you go to this Farmer Furniture store you get the delivery part decuss on because 3weeks is a longtime to wait on a delivery when we in the same town maybe 10mins away.

Willie went above and beyond to make sure my wife and i where taken care of. He personally went to another location to pick up the items and even dropped it off at our house. This guy is amazing! Yall need to go see him for anything you need

The carry a lot of things that I would like to purchase. The pricing is decent, depending on what you buying. Customer service is great and staff is friendly (the ones I have seen).
