Vehicle body was totalled. Due to buying back from insurance, Aaron modified the cost so we didnt have any cost out of pocket, then when the job was done, the cost was even less than quoted! You know a company has integrity when they dont charge their full quoted price when not warranted! Grateful!

This was a great family business that are very professional. They are reasonably priced. They do excellent work and are quick.. They dont lie theyre honest. I will always come back to them for my repairs in the future.

Stopped in to McClintons to have the hood of my wifes 4Runner looked at as the clear coat was badly faded and not correctable by a detail shop. I was concerned with painting it but after discussing the job with Aaron he made me feel confident that that was the right choice. Surprisingly we were only without the vehicle for maybe a day and a half and couldnt be more pleased with the result. It was refreshing to find a local business with such professionalism! thank you Aaron and the McClinton team!

The owner did not listen when I dropped off my car. I specifically stated the damage to my car. The next day I called them for an update. We discussed the issues being repaired. He forgot the sunroof needed repair/replacement. I was unimpressed and not polite and voiced my disgust. He argued he was unaware of the sunroof damage. Which is not likely because I told him, and the insurance agent emailed him a list of items approved to be repaired. He decided not to work on the car, because I hurt his feelings. I was concerned the job would not be done right the first time. I had to come pick up my vehicle. This was inconvenient and expensive with my time and travel to get the car there. When I got there his mother interrogated me and was argumentative. I asked them to repay my taxi bill and the mother stated she should charge me for storing the car. I am very disappointed. If you need auto body or glass work done I would go somewhere else to avoid this nonsense.

I had some aftermarket parts I wanted installed on my car, I called around and nobody wanted to do it because of all the potential complications. Then I called McClinton and they installed them professionally with no problems and at a fair price too. Would recommend.

Someone was kind enough to side swipe my daughters car and drive away without telling us. So we asked around and McClinton Auto Body was highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Friendly and professional service. I am completely happy with their work. They installed a new roof on my Hyundai sonata and it looks better then it did before! They matched the paint perfectly as well as washed the whole thing, which I wasnt at all expecting. I highly recommend them, especially over Free Bird Body and Paint on highway 34 who told me they would have to break my front and possibly my back window and then charge me for that and the the new roof plus labor... uh what?! Lol needless to say Ill never go back there again. McClinton al the way any day!!

I recently took my Jeep in to get the door fixed after it was damaged in a massive wind storm. The wind tore the door out of my hand and slammed it open, bending all kinds of stuff. I took it in and they had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. They werent even going to charge me. I bought coffee instead, but the service was fast, efficient and super friendly. If you need something done on your vehicle, this is where you take it. You wont be disappointed.

After a too close encounter with a parking lot curb, my front bumper was barely hanging on, and I had a 600 mile road trip in front of me. This occurred on a late Friday. Not being from Albany, I Googled auto body shops, found McClinton, and gave them a call asking if I could bring my car in to see if they could somehow fasten my bumper enough to finish my trip, and Aaron, the owner, said, sure, come on over. When I arrived, I explained what happened, and Aaron said no problem, he would get the bumper road worthy. 20 minutes later, he was done, and you could barely tell anything happened. He was so kind, he didnt even charge me anything, even though I was strongly insisting. I love small town service, and if my experience is any indication, you will receive top notch customer service, and expert craftsmanship. Thank you, Aaron!

McClinton’s Auto produces high quality work. Our car had $10,000 worth of damage when we took it there. We got the car back and you cannot tell that there was anything wrong with the car. Aaron kept us in the loop the entire time with updates. Highly recommend this company!

Drew and Aaron were awesome. Went in to have bumper cap looked at (recommended by Toyota to have body shop look at) because driver side fender piece not secure. Could have had me order part and spend unnecessary $$$ but Drew gave her a quick fix that solved the problem. They even aligned my hood better for me as was off a bit. These guys did such an amazing job, gave me a great deal, saved my truck from being totaled, and did such a masterful job. I would use these guys again any day. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and worked very well with my insurance company which is very difficult to deal with.

I had some front end damage on my Toyota Highlander repaired back in June. The work seemed sufficient after a quick look over, but since then the area that was repaired has buckled on itself and looks as though there may still be damage. I’m disappointed to say the least.

I did not have a preferred body shop before, but I do now. They were awesome, great customer service, good attention to detail, and fast turn around. I would highly recommend them.

I sent my car here when I was rear ended and was impressed immensely with the service I received. The work they did was great; but what really got me was the exceptional customer service I received from them at every turn. Where everyone else involved seemed to drop the ball, they gladly lended their knowledge in the industry, as well as a helping hand.Although I can only hope I won’t need their services again any time soon, I wouldn’t have a second thought taking it here again to get fixed up.

A deer took out the passenger light and left a pretty nice hole in my car. Left my car with them for a week or so and picked it up looking absolutely fantastic! You cant even tell what happened, it looks amazing. Everyone was super helpful and they kept me up to date on what was going on.

Would not recommend these arrogant people, not even to a complete stranger! They are only interested in projects that they are interested in, their words exactly. Apparently making money and having business is not apart of their business! Wouldnt of wrote this review if they hadnt misled me like they did from the get go. They told me they could definitely help me with what I called about and then in two seconds of finding out more on the vehicle in question, changed their minds and stated that they have reconsidered and are no longer interested in this project?!?

Awesome experience. All the other local, decently rated shops were booked out 2+ weeks and i needed my car back asap. Had to have a quarterpanel and bumper fixed as well as a tail light replaced. Called on a friday, Aaron told me they could get started on it monday. Took it in and had it back by thursday good as new.

Aaron at McClintons repaired by VW Beetle as good as new after being rear ended by a non-insured motorist. There were some delays in getting parts, but in the end I am 100% satisfied.08/28/20I just had another repair done to my Beetle and I am again, 100% satisfied with how hard they worked at getting my car back to me and in excellent shape. A couple months ago I decide to get help retrieving something I had dropped into that little hole that appears when you pull up your emergency brake. I had tried and scraped my hand up pretty good. I didnt want to pull apart my console in fear of breaking it. Thats how I ended up at McClinton, being down the street from my work. I stopped in and told them of my situation and they said no problem, it will probably take only a few minutes. I walked into their nicely decorated waiting room, (I was expecting a typical dirty guys shop area) and before I could pick up a magazine..they appeared with my previously lost item. They were polite, the shop and waiting area were clean and they were very professional. Should I need collision repair in the future, they certainly earned my business.
