TT Carlos, owner, GOOD person, HONEST, Sincere about Work/Prices/LIFE-changing events...#RiPs/BiG Bro.SylvesterBBKjones Feb2021!!For me, Carlos never did ANY purchases OR REpair work, but did give ALL Deposit back ($1k cash still on clipboard) after weeks/months in rental fees...politicN&left me hangN!

By far, I have had the worst business experience in my life with this shop/guy called Carlos. I took my car to his shop to fix a minor accident that I had after a winter storm, and he told me he would do it for 450$ at a rate of 60$/hr. He took the car in and fixed it. As he was fixing he started adding some additional money to stuff he told me he would do for that 450$. However,I liked the guy at the beginning, so I did not argue with him and I agreed for that additional 110$. When I went to pick the car up, he added an additional 50$ for something I didn’t ask him to do. So I talked to him for about a minute saying that’s not what we agreed on. He started yelling at the top of his lungs and pushing me out of the shop saying “ if you don’t want to pay the full amount then take me to court, and I’ll lock your car in my yard till we solve this in court.. and by the way, for everyday it’s in here you are going to pay storage fees”. I wanted to end it right there and then so I had to pay the full amount with my arm twisted. Such a professional way to handle business don’t you think ?
