The Works Auto Center did an awesome job on my 2016 Plum Crazy Challenger Hellcat. The 7 year wheels off ceramic coating package looks better than I ever imagined. Now, the customer service was beyond anything you ever see these days. Constant contact throughout the process, including progress pics. Shelby and her team are above top notch. She even followed up to see how my pick experience was. The shop is immaculate and organized. I will be back for sure and would highly recommend The Works Auto Center. Kory Asher and his team at The Works Auto Center are the best in the area, by far. I have had fairly extensive detailing/cosmetic work done on both my vehicles at this shop. Their PPF/“clear bra” & paint correction skills are second to none. They also maintain my vehicles regularly with maintenance washes and detailing.Kory & the guys are also very personable & patient. They take the time to listen to you, to make sure they understand what you want and deliver that to you. The Works Auto Center did an amazing job applying full body PPF and ceramic coating to my new 2021 Tesla Model Y. The car looks incredible—shines like its newer than new!—and knowing its protected from the elements and accidental dings (self-healing PPF!) gives me peace of mind that the car is well protected. The service isnt cheap, but you get what you pay for, and I consider it part of the total cost of investing in my vehicle.Shelby was great to work with in all of our correspondence. I bought a new 2021 Porsche Cayenne S and brought the car to The Works for an Expel full body wrap with Fusion ceramic coating. Kory and his team took 5 days to complete the work. The car looks better than showroom new! I am so happy that my car is protected, my investment in the finish is noted on CarFax and that I have a luxury vehicle that will continue to look new!

Went to The Works to do a full chrome delete on my truck. I can tell you they did not disappoint. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond. The owner kept me updated with pictures everyday on the progress being made. The work they did makes the truck look like it came blacked out from the factory, even the black powder coated rims look factory. I will gladly go back to The Works for any other car related matters and I look forward to getting the ceramic coating done in the near future

Pretty disappointed to not be able to give more than 5 stars. The team at The Works has surpassed my expectations. I had my G37 wrapped and coated along with some other requests, they came out great. On top of that they did a bunch more work to make sure my car looked and smell fresh. I am already planning to come back for windows tint and possibly more custom work. Got PPF and ceramic coating on my used Tesla and it came out perfect. I really liked the constant communication throughout the process, and regularly got updates on the status of my car. Very efficient place and easy to do business with. Seems they truly care about their customers.

The works auto center was great! I just purchased a brand new truck and made the mistake of getting it in black. Even though it was an expensive truck I plan to work with it so I called the works auto detailing to find out what I could do to preserve the exterior as much as possible/prevent scratches etc. They told me about paint protection film and ceramic coating, it wasn’t cheap but they also did an extensive paint correction on the vehicle to remove all the scratches from the drive through car washes that were on my truck in one month of ownership. After the full paint correction they did the PPF and ceramic coating. Took about five days for everything but when I got my truck back it looked better than when I drove away from the dealership in it. They are very helpful, very careful and very professional Not only will I bring future vehicles to them but I am recommending them to anyone who will listen!!! I am very happy with my Civic vinyl wrap on my roof!Like many 8th gen Civic (2006-2011) owners, the gloss coat was failing creating an unsightly look. I was seeking a repaint when The Works Auto Center suggested a less expensive option to fit my budget. And it comes with a three year warranty so I can rest assured that The Works Auto Center will stand by its work! The owner, Kory, suggested a matching wrap since restoration to its original look was really my top goal. Although I just got my car back today I am thrilled with the job I received. It really was exactly what I wanted and it was within my budget!

Great experience from a veteran owner. I moved from the West Coast and was worried about finding a shop for maintaining my ceramic coating and PPF. Five years ago I had an XPEL paint protecting film applied by a nearby car dealership. At the time, they did not wrap the film around the body panel edges. It looked like garbage but still offered great protection. Fast forward to 2021. After a summer at the beach, I took my SUV in for an interior/exterior detail. The Works did a grate job detailing the SUV and recommended I have the XPEL film removed and redone. After asking for XPEL to cover the material costs, I had The Works remove and reapply the PPF. They did great work and the SUV looks better than new. I am so happy that there is a great detailer in Albany.

Kory and the guys absolutely hit a grand slam with my van. This wasn’t my first visit and certainly not the last!! Between baseball and dog rescue transport I gave them quite a challenge and they nailed it. My van looks better now ( 5 years old) then it did when I took delivery at brand new!! Once my summer ride comes out of hibernation I will be back at the shop soon!!

I heard about this place through a coworker, since I had been looking for a place to detail my car. It was easy to an appointment, drop off my car and they called when they were done. The atmosphere in there was great, and welcoming which is rare when woman walks into anything to do with cars. The owner Kory came out talked to me about my car and was so friendly. When I got back into my car it felt brand new again. I’ve gone back every season for just that feeling and even gotten my family’s cars done for the holidays/ change in seasons. My family is always amazed on the great job they do on them, considering my entire family works in construction and there cars are usually a heaping pile of ground in dirt and who knows what else. So long story short this place is amazing and would recommend it to anyone if you want quality work done with people you can trust.

I brought my car seats to The Works to have them cleaned up after mice had gotten into my car and made everything smell. The guys were able to get them cleaned up in a day, got all the stains out and they smell brand new. Definitely recommend.

I had my vehicle taken care of at The Works Auto Center and was blown away by the results, I sprung for an exterior paint correction and film protectant application to keep the paint looking nice after a respray. The time and effort spent on my vehicle speaks for itself. I was treated very professionally, and my car was treated as if it was the owners own! Kory and the crew at the works auto center killed it on my 2016 ram 2500. They did a one step paint correction, ceramicoat, polished my aluminum wheels and my custom aluminum cummins logo shields on grill and bumper. Kory has done excellent work on my previous BMW 340i, starting when we met after an unfortunate overspray of paint by a line crew on the highway. I had heard about him through the BMW local car club, so I went to him and he removed all of the overspray followed by applying a ceramic coat the vehicle. He detailed the car to maintain it during the subsequent few years that followed.Fast forward - I knew I wanted to have the experience of driving a full on M vehicle, and though I thought that would be an M3 or maybe M4, I wasnt fond of the front end changes. I was in the fortunate position to order a 2022 X3M Competition in July when 2021 orders were no longer being taken. I immediately contacted Kory knowing I had to have ppf on this vehicles front end fresh out of the factory given my previous experience of seeing what rocks had done to my previous front end. Seeing new chips every few weeks was painful considering how well I try to keep my vehicles looking good! Of course, being pretty OCD, our interactions evolved from a front end ppf to a full body ppf including windshield ppf and of course ceramic coating. Being my first M vehicle, I found it worthy to invest in the enjoyment of the vehicle for the time I will have it because as pointed out, I noticed every chip, swirl, or scratch, especially coming from the previous black 340i.So, this was the perfect car to go all out and make more mint than it was when it left South Carolina. Kory picked it up at the dealership while I was working in another state, sending me photos to keep me updated on the process. He would continue doing so throughout the process of prepping, filming, and coating the vehicle. Im a bit neurotic with the OCD I alluded to earlier, so this was a great touch while he remained open to my texts and calls throughout the week without making me feel like I was being inconvenient as I know how customer service is, and Im probably that customer in some ways that anyone is happy to complete service with. Never an issue for him however. Anyway, the real delivery took place when I picked up the vehicle at his shop and I couldnt be happier with all of the service exceeding my wildest expectations. I trust him with my vehicles the way one should trust a surgeon performing open heart surgery. Kory and his team are meticulous, work ethic-driven, and competent in all aspects of detailing. Theres a reason why you dont let a dealer pretend to be your detailer just as you dont go to an orthopedic surgeon for a heart surgery. You go to the appropriate specialist. At first I was hestitating getting ceramic coating done last year, I didnt know what to think of it, until I did more research, saved up a bit, and went ahead and purchased the silver 5 year ceramic coating.Best decision Ive ever done with my Escape. Kory Asher of The Works Auto Center not only coated my finish and removed my swirl marks, he treated my calipers and restored my plastic trim around the car that needed it.Kory was very very communicative with me sending me pictures throughout the project, I loved that.The end results are so incredible! XPEL PPF Film and Ceramic Coating

Outstanding experience from introduction to pick-up. Setting up the service, which included ceramic coating and a protective film, was quick and easy while Kory was still very thorough. I could not have been more impressed with how the car looked when I picked it up. I was even more surprised when I was informed that my bumper was not the original bumper. I recently purchased the vehicle and the car dealership didnt mention this nor was it in the Carfax. The team then was able to figure out which bumper I had and custom cut new protective film for it. In addition to eating the cost of having to do that they went the extra mile by covering the B pillar (which has the model imprinted on the outside) with protective film, which was not in the original plans. They did all of this for no extra charge! Finally, because of a last minute scheduling conflict I was unable to pick up the car on the scheduled day. They were happy to hold onto the car, taking up available bay space, for an extra day until I could get there. It was raining heavily the day I could pick-up and they would have been completely within their rights to park it outside but didnt, so that there wouldnt be any water marks on pick-up. I could not have been more impressed and recommend them without reservation. I will definitely be going back with my wifes car and with any future detailing needs I have.

Brought in my Tesla Model 3 to get a Ceramic Pro coat and to blackout the chrome. From recent body work there were some pretty nasty scratches on my front end. Kory took great care of getting my Tesla looking better than new! If youre looking to put money into protecting your car, The Works Auto is the place to go!

I purchased my 2020 Tesla Model 3 in July. Immediately, I was concerned about the paint as it contained swirl marks, tiny paint chips and bubbles! About 2 months later, one of those bubbles popped open and the paint just peeled away! Tesla was ZERO help. They told me that it was my responsibility to protect my investment. I realized that I needed to seek an alternative solution. I made an appointment with The Works to have my car covered in PPF. Shelby called as soon as the car was cleaned and prepped because there were more surprises. She shared pictures and offered suggestions on what work should be done to remedy the situation. I was blown away by her customer service and compassion! After delivering the news, she even told me to take my time to make my final decision!In short, the car came out better than I expected! It looks gorgeous! I even received a comment on the car on my way home! :) I can not say enough good things about this company and their customer service! They are the best around!!!!!

15 months after I did ceramic pro silver package. Car was exploded under the sun in Florida, still in good shape and easy to wash. Kory did an awesome job, I will come back for ceramic pro coating my Model S.

I had initially been reluctant about protective paint films as sort of a gimmick, but after having my car for almost 3 years decided to protect my car (a fair weather vehicle) before it got too marked up. I had researched various films and paint coatings and ultimately decided on Xpel for the front surfaces and Ceramic Pro coating for everything, intending to protect the most threatened parts of the car from chips and bugs, and overall protection and ease of care everywhere.The Works Auto Center was responsive to my inquiries about application of the materials and considered the various options I was considering for my car. Responses were fast, and the schedule was realistic. I was pleased with the care and attention provided to my car in applying the Xpel and CeramicPro, including the wheels off treatment for my wheels and brake calipers. The car really shined when finished. I have two other vehicles that Im considering for either CeramicPro and/or Xpel and will return to The Works Auto Center when Im ready.

Kory and his team are excellent. One of the few pros in the area that deals with Ceramic Pro coatings. I brought my Model 3 into these guys to get some scratches repaired. They are fast, reasonable, and the quality is excellent. I also happened to see some wrap jobs they were working on while I was there and I was blown away. Some of the best and careful work Id ever seen. They really know what theyre doing. Id absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to keep their car looking its best.

Great shop, great employees that always stand by their work. I started with tints and have gone back for a CeramicPro coating, chrome delete and debadging. The CeramicPro is even covered by insurance. Ive had two people hit my car while parked and both times the reapply after paint was taken care of by insurance. Korey and his staff performed a 2 step paint correction and a 5-year ceramic coating on a used 2014 black BMW 5 series I purchased. Recently got my car detailed, interior and exterior, by the works auto center and it honestly looks exactly how it did when I drove it off the lot new. The Works auto center did an amazing job and were beyond professional and very thorough. I had scuff marks on the side of my car that I thought I would never be able to get off and now they are no where to be found. Very reasonable and professional work. I will definitely be returning.

I went in with a ton of microscratches from a car wash, and they where removed better then a body shop. The price was excellent and the value amazing. The staff were excellent to deal with and quick to answer questions and address any of my concerns. I could not recommend them enough. I full intend on taking more of my vehicles here.

They did an absolute amazing job on my 2018 sti, it looks absolutely flawless and they were able to go above and beyond my expectations. I thought I would just do a ceramic coating (which we did) and we ended up doing a couple installations of parts I had as well as an awesome gloss black color change for the rims. He spent a good amount of time with me going over all my options and every detail of the process. He patiently answered every question I had and did not pressure me at all. Most people do not understand that even new vehicles have flaws in the paint. Kory did great paint correction before applying Ceramic Pro which now provides hydrophobic capabilities to the entire exterior (paint, plastic, glass and wheels), besides enhancing the beauty of the vehicle. The ceramic coating allows the water to bead and roll off, as the product is like a layer of glass on top of the surface of the vehicle.The Works does other detailing (washing/waxing/etc) work also on cars, besides ceramic coating. The place is absolutely amazing i brought my Durango in that was supposedly “detailed” by the dealer and Kory and his team made it look better than when it rolled out of the factory. The car is absolutely beautiful now. The shine and finish is breathtaking, the finish is like a mirror after the bronze package and interior detail it’s like looking at a completely different car. Did some wonderful work with the PPF and Ceramic Clear coat. Were very accommodating when I couldnt pick up the car straight away after the work was done. Also took some really awesome pictures and videos of the work. Wouldnt go anywhere else for my vehicle care.

I brought my truck in for a CeramicPro 9H application and the results are stunning. Due to the weather, they asked to delay my pickup of the finished vehicle to allow more time to cure rather than risk reducing the quality of the finished product, and met with me on a Saturday when they are normally closed to take delivery. High marks for both the quality of work and professionalism.

Dropped off my 2019 Ram Laramie last week because there was “spiderweb/swirling” in the black paint from dealer. Got the Ceramic Silver package which has about a 5-6 year life on it. Left some manufacturer paint with them for rock chips also. Dropped the truck off Wednesday night, it was ready by Friday afternoon. Truck looked mint!!! Exactly how it should have looked when I first bought it. The guys at the shop answered all of my questions and were really easy to deal with.Told them I found some more rock chips they might have missed when I did the walk around and they came right out and patched everything on the spot. You can tell these guys are passionate about the work they do. Professional all around...will absolutely come back.

Had my 22 boat detailed and coated with Ceramic Pro. Kory and his team did a great job and really paid close attention to detail. They did the interior and exterior of the boat. Looks better than new and has a protective coating!

I needed to get an old application of xpel removed, as well as, a new one installed with ceramic coating and paint correction. It was easy and COVID safe enough to get an estimate and an appointment. It was about 2-3 week later when I dropped the car off. Three days later the car was done on time. Pick up was smooth.The car looks beautiful. The car had been scratched by an idot, prompting my visit to The Works. They were able to render it almost undetectable. Their methods and products have turned my 5 year old car into near new condition. It is show car smooth and glossy. Their application of the xpel has been spot on as far as the edges.They did a great job on the wheels, the calipers and the paintless dent removal was the finishing touch.Cost is fair for the labor. This is never a cheap affair, but they made it totally a worthwhile purchase. The team is pleasant to work with and communicative. You wont go wrong and Ill be dropping off my other car in the fall.

Kory,You and your team did an amazing job on my Scat Pack Challenger. The vinyl wrapped hood is exactly what I was expecting. The Xpel and gold package ceramic coating look amazing and will protect my car for years to come. The car definitely looks better than the day I picked it up from the dealership. Kory and his employee, Landon, did a fantastic job on my 2019 Z06! Their paint correction work and attention to detail was unbelievable!! Kory kept me informed with pictures and information updates throughout the entire process. I opted for the Gold Package and the Xpel Protection Film for the front bumper. They were really helpful in answering any doubts and concerns I had with coating my vehicle. The team did a fantastic job with the ceramic coating and were able to work with my schedule.The coating applied to my car has made it look newer than when I originally purchased it, but also protects against the environment.

I recently bought a brand new RS3 that I had paint corrected and ceramic coated by a private detailer. He completely destroyed the car with swirls and scratches. I was recommended by a friend to Kory at The Works Auto Center and was not disappointed. Kory fixed all the defects that were left in the paint, ceramic coated it, and applied PPF to the piano black trim. The work was flawless, and I’m completely crazy with how every inch of the car has to be perfect. I will never go to anyone else again. Thanks again for making my car perfect.

Cory and team did a great job cleaning the interior of my car. He managed to get in every nook and cranny and the car is spotless and looks fabulous.

Kory- I am very happy with the vehicle protection package and I do see the results as the color of the vehicle is really brought out to the full extent and the water rolls off of the car.
