Due to supply chain issues, Power Honda was the closest dealer to my home in Ashland that had the car I wanted. I contacted them Friday afternoon but wasn’t going to be able to make it there after work so Jennifer helped me do as much as she could to get all the paperwork taken care of and we were easily able to get everything finalized the next day when I had to make the 3 1/2 hour drive. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly nice and I would definitely recommend them and Jennifer.

Bought a car a few months ago. I noticed when I bought it that there was some work done to fix paint on the car. It was used and I knew that was to be expected. After a month the patch work started falling off and there was huge gauges in the car. The trimming on the inside must of been glued on which wore off and random parts started falling off or sticking out. The car it’s self is great. I was just disappointed by a lot of hidden cosmetic issues that were temporary patched up for the sale.

Went into Power Honda “just to look” but shortly after talking with one of their sales consultants Brian Rosenbalm, we went from looking; to filling out paperwork. No pressure whatsoever from Brian. We simply just explained to him what we were looking for along with our budget. Brian was great with us and as well with our two teenage daughters. We really felt comfortable and part of the family as Brian put it. Our financial guy Randy Paxton was also amazing, he was quick but not “rushy” in a manner to where we didn’t understand everything that he had for us. Thank you Power Honda for getting us into a beautiful newer car.

We really enjoyed our experience at Power Honda. Our sales person Mo Mohammad was cordial and easy to work with. He did not approach us in an overly pushy manner that we have experienced with car sales persons in the past. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the car we purchased and the intricacies of its many features.The process seemed a bit long but Mo and the rest of the sales staff made sure we were comfortable and made the stay pleasant. It was the third time (over a long period of time) that we have purchased from Power and we feel we were treated professionally and courteously and even with a little extra effort on the part of the sales staff.

Parts and service dept are wonderful, and polite. I trailered in an Accord with no transponder key. They had 3 keys cut and programmed within half and hour. Only $108 for 3 chipped keys! Very pleased with the service, Thank you!

Purchased a used vehicle this week from Power Honda. Salesperson (Jose) was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. No pressure at all. Whole process was smooth and I would say one of the best car buying experiences I have had. On the finance end, Jordan was helpful and informative. Am totally satisfied with our purchase. Let me start out German is the sweetest man we had originally gone in to find my brother his first car and we got amazing guidance & advice. Then I came back in because I decided I was ready for a new car! Helpful from start to finish. I was so excited when I saw the car I wanted online, I went down and same day he had it brought over from a different dealership. The car is used, but let me tell you they detailed it and repaired the few small notes I had like a button here, a latch there & a windshield. All repaired & seeing the before and after of this car it’s stunning! Germans team there at Honda including Randy, & Laurie all were amazing & totally guided me through this process. I felt very comfortable with it all of their guidance and they turned an overwhelming & anxiety riddling experience into a smooth & easy transaction. They had to keep the car to make the adjustments and repairs I requested, they gave me a loaner/ rental for the mean time. During the time where I couldn’t yet have the car German and Mario both kept me informed I would recommend them for any first time buyers of new or new to you vehicles. I didn’t feel pressure or any over promises, there was nothing but open honesty about the cars they had in my price range & I know when it’s time I’ll be back in the future to work with them again! And even when some processes took some time German was able to offer my 7 month pregnant girlfriend some fruit and water when she was in need. I worked with Jennifer. Let me say that she is just a wonderful person to work with. She was very patient with my lengthy financing fun. Later in the day after taking my car home, I discovered the TPMS warnings and a brake sensor code. I called to request them be repaired at not cost, and they immediately made me an appointment and were very friendly about it. I want to give Power Honda an A+ for customer service and integrity. I was on the hunt for a Honda Pilot. I searched a couple places in Salem, the first the salesman had no interest in selling me a car, or finding me what I was looking for. Second lot I went to the salesman gave off that creepy vibe, he was at my car before we even got out to park. Also, didnt have what I wanted and tried talking me into cars that had some cosmetic damage. Almost gave up car shopping for the day, but decided to pop into Power Honda in Albany. Kyle came out and was easy going, helpful, not pushy and fun to talk to. He made the experience super easy, as I didnt have a lot of time and did most the papery without me even there, just through text.
