It sucks that the FedEx location I was sent to by a FedEx customer service number. To print off a prepaid shipping label has declined to print it off. Instead they sent me to a location Staples that changes $5 to print it. When did FedEx stop printing out their own labels. If I paid in the store would I still be forced to go to Staples and pay $5 to print it off?

This particular office is horrible with home delivery. I had an item to be delivered to my home. It was in a truck riding around for a week. I could not get anyone to drop it off or meet me to pick it up. In the week they had my package the item was damaged. Item is now 3 weeks late and the warehouse is out of 5he item to send it again. I also had a phone delivered to my home but they just threw the package in the front of my driveway 1/5 mile from my house. I now have a 2 boxes on a truck that have been transfered to another service center so I can pick them up at another local business. I HATE it when any of my packages come Fed Ex due to the negligence of this office!!!!

This has to be the best come up job if you steal. The delivery people NEVER drop your packages off then they put in system delivered. You cant get a direct phone number to them and they NEVER fix the issue. Looks like corporate office needs investigate this.

Honestly, my package was supposed to have been delivered on the 27th, but never came and never did the driver leave a door tag which made needing to go and pick up today the 28th. The young lady at the desk, is not people friendly. When I explained my situation to her, she never once apologized for her co-worker not delivering my package or the door tag. I woul ask next time when ordering something, that it be dropped at my neighbors, that way, Ill have it on time. I posted 1 star only because, I couldnt leave it blank.

FedEx is the most unreliable shipping company there is. They make excuse after excuse on why their packages are ALWAYS late. I have a package with live (well used to be live) fish sitting in Tallahassee Fl because they say.. bad weather in Memphos area causing delays... um I am in Georgia... so how is Memphis situation causing my package to sit still now for over 24 hrs? This happens everytime I use FedEx. Smh...

Poor delivery overall. Latest problem was leaving 2 packages on the ground by our mailbox instead of bringing to our house. We were out of town and, had it not been for the neighbors picking it up for us, no telling what would have happened to our packages. We never have this kind of problem with UPS!!

Expected a package on Monday. Was placed on delivery truck on Monday, Tues, Wed and Thursday. No attempted Delivery on Monday and Tuesday, unknown reason for NO delivery on Wed. This is the SORRIES service I have received. You can not talk to a customer service rep and there is NO local number to call to check on a package. The only information you can get is on the tracking page and that is insufficient information. Today will be 4 days that the package has been in our town and still NO DELIVERY.

The worst delivery service. As with many more my package was on the truck for delivery. Someone was at home all day. I received a text failed delivery attempt. I rolled back video footage from surveillance and no fedex.

Terrible customer service and awful delivery service. Wasted 20 min driving to pick up my package because driver did not indicate on the door slip that he was returning, but indicated that my package was available for pickup. Turns out my package was indeed out for delivery the next day when I went to pick it up. Worst part was the staff put the blame on me, saying most customers just know that he will make another attempt.About two weeks ago, one of their drivers left a Christmas package on the front door where there is no porch or overhang. It rained all day, soaking many of our items. The driver could have used his/her brain and realized that we park around back and deliver to the back door, where there IS a porch with a roof to protect items from the rain. (Pics attached)They may not be owned or run by the government, but they sure could have fooled me.

I was supposed to have a package delivered today.I did not have to be present meaning leave it at the door.I was home by 5pm and watched for this package. I looked at the tracking several time and suddenly found out that an attempt was made at 7:26pm.I was here as well as my wife.No attempt was made.I played footage from my surveillance system from 7 to 7:40 and there was never a FedEx truck on our road or our driveway.This was a two day shipment and I was here regardless.Some driver was just in a hurry to get off.I would rather them say they couldnt find the address than just lie about attempting.

A package that says Out for Delivery (the day before) should be delivered even as late as 9pm, this location where drug deals come first and deliveries come last...

The last two deliveries that Fed Ex has supposed to deliver to my home were left at someone elses residence. They were not even left at neighbors close to me. I have not found either of my orders. One was a cell phone battery that needed a signature and it showed someone signed for it that does not live at my home, nor next to me. I even have directions to my house on my Fed Ex acct and there is my phone number but they still leave them somewhere else. I am highly upset with fed ex

My package (which is a CAR PART I really need!) originally was supposed to come on a Friday and I knew it may push to Saturday so I was prepared for that. Well then it got changed to being delivered on Monday when I was back at work so I adjusted the shipment to be delivered to the nearest Fedex drop site. So now it is Wednesday and everyday tracking has told me it was out for delivery but then every morning its back at the ship center! I am getting extremely frustrated with FedEx and there is NO local number to get in touch with them. I do not understand why they keep skipping dropping it off at the location I set!!!

Cant complain. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They could have additional people in store, especially during the holiday. The line tends to get long. The parking lot is very small and hard to get in and out of. I always think I broke their front door because it closes on its own. I would recommend this site for your package needs

I had to send a perishable items package and Dominique was extremely helpful and accomodating. She was personable and I appreciated her help immensely. I recommend this drop site as I have never had a problem here.

Worst customer service. My package has been on the truck for 4 days in this town and no estimated delivery on tracking number. You cant speak to anyone in Albany over the phone to ask what they did with your package

This distribution center is the absolute worst. Everytime we have a package scheduled for delivery on Saturday, we wait all day and nothing. We received excuse after excuse. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service.

After receiving a notification that my package was unable to be delivered due to no one available to sign for the package, I wondered how that could be when I was home the entire time and no one came to deliver. Then after having to drive to the office to pick up my package, I was informed the driver hasnt finished the drive, and waited in the lobby with 2 other people who says this happens regularly. Needless to say, if I had my options all the time, I would never choose FedEx. To try and shorten your route while having others spend their day in a small office is downright wrong.

Had a package shipped to me that was supposed to be delivered to my mailing address which is a UPS mailbox. Package was left with another business. Filed a claim and it was denied even though it was their drivers fault.

Very rude customer service! You will be better off saving your gas money and kicking your Package into the street. Will never go into another FedEx location. If I could give negative stars I would.

They really need to work on their professionalism and there should be no reason whatsoever why the employees should be parking in main parking lot. I went in last week and there was nowhere to park. I expected the store to be full of customers and there were none in there. The girl working said it was all employees. Thats ridiculous. I started to leave just because I thought they were super busy.

My perishable overnight package was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. Today is Saturday. Evidently the driver was hungry or inept. Doubt I’ll ever see my now rock-hard bagels. Promised delivery Thursday when no show Wednesday, then Friday- still didn’t show. If they do show today- which is doubtful- they will be too hard even for my goats. Shame on express driver. Our daily driver (who comes to my house regularly) does a great job.

Driver said order refused,I had been there since 7am, my 4 coworkers knew I was expecting package, never came. Now they are fine with me coming to pick it up from their office tomorrow instead of making sure they have a successful delivery first thing in the morning. Oh, did I mention these are meds I should have started today to fight cancer in my liver. Thats why it was overnighted.

Their drivers are the absolute worst! Twice they have falsified the signature for my packages. Once they signed for it and left it at another house in my neighborhood. The other they signed for it and put that it was delivered two hours before they actually showed up that way the delivery wouldnt be considered late. You can not trust these people.

They could care less about their customers. I called the home office to tell them to leave the package if I was not there and even left a note for the driver to leave the package on the front doorstep and they still did not leave it. And all I got from customer service was a crappy attitude.

Scheduled a pick up and was at home all day ( I work from home). No one ever showed, my husband gets an email saying they came by and would reschedule to the next day. I called the facility and the lady sent a FedEx Express ( She was suppose to send Fed Ex Ground) so of course my package pickup was denied, I called back to get then to send the right person out and to file a complaint a d the lady was saying the only thing she could do was send someone the next day or offer for me to pay 20.00 + for priority over night, um no maam ot was yalls mistake twice yall should have to take care of it. We will no longer be using FedEx to ship packages, at this point I dont trust them with it.

The posted hours are not correct. As I approached the door, a worker told me they were closing for lunch; come back in one hour. I did because I needed to mail my package, however, if they close for lunch, post it on the front door and on the website. This is the Albany, GA location on W. Gordon Ave
