Great place good people really helped me out first time using them bc.
We used UPS to ship a $1k+ supercharger back to the manufacturer, and we insured it for $800 in case anything happened to it. When we originally brought the supercharger to the store to be shipped, they told us they didnt have any boxes big enough to fit our package so we have to pack it ourselves and bring it back to the store. We purchased a box that could handle the weight of the 70+ lb supercharger and then proceeded to encase the supercharger in spray foam insulation to help prevent it from being damaged in transit (see photo attached). Upon the manufacturer receiving the supercharger, they discovered that it was dropped and damaged during transit (see photo of how damaged our box was and the subsequent damage to one of the four corners of the supercharger, which is not the only damaged area). We went through the process of filling a claim with UPS (which was a major pain since we werent allowed to file a claim online because we shipped it in store and when I called to file a claim I was redirected 4 times before I finally found someone who could help us since the only thing the local store could do was give us a number to call) only to be told that because the supercharger was packaged by us, they were not responsible for the package and they denied our claim. There is no process to dispute their claim. Long story short, they wouldnt pack our supercharger for us and because of that they denied our damage claim. Their insurance isnt worth the $100+ that we paid and Im so glad we didnt pay for the coverage that covered the actual cost of the supercharger. Please be aware that they do not take responsibility for damages they caused unless theyre the ones that packaged the product.

Extremely unprofessional. After questioning a fee for emailing a document to be printed, it was made apparent after I stated it was fine that they wanted to close and not do it. It was five mins before close I did stress this was an emergency. I have not been to this store in almost a year but did conduct business for 2 years on a regular basis. I have never ever been charged an email fee nor am I at other UPS stores. If thats their charges that is their perogative but I said I would pay it and the one girl keeps on and on. Then the other states Im sorry you are having a bad day. Why because I inquire about charges that I find unecessaryou. You are already charging me for labels, the print per page! I took my business to Office Max I will not conduct business again. I am so sorry I asked them to turn on their equipment and cause an inconvenience
