I called to inquire about a used washing machine after mine stopped working. They had one available, held it for me, and then delivered it to me the same day. They also hooked it up and took my old one with them. It’s nicer than the one that broke and works great. Great price and delivery cost. Very professional and polite as well. Highly recommend.

Needed an ignitor on our gas oven/stove. They didnt have it in stock when he came to check out my oven. They got it in the next day and installed it immediately, at a fantastic price! Highly recommend!

I called this business hoping for a way to fix my 3 1/2 year old dryer. He said hed order the part and let me know when it came in. I had to call him, he told me that he had to order the part from a different vendor... okay fair enough. He gave a timeframe of when that would ship in and he never bothered to call me back. I hate playing phone tag and it seems as though they dont want to do business. I ended up getting a new dryer from somewhere else after waiting weeks for an answer from this place.

I have purchased 3 appliances from TnT in Downtown Albert Lea (Gas stove, washing machine and dishwasher). All three were purchased in the same year and all under a One Year Warranty. Before the Warranty expired on the Stove, it began having serious issues. I called the owner/manager. He eventually came to look at it, twice. Ordered the part. And then tried fixing the stove with the part. No luck. He said he would replace the stove. I have called numerous times, shown up at his store a couple of times. And after almost 3 months, still nothing has changed with my stove.

I am happy about the prices of the appliances. Brock does a good job of getting the appliances delivered. The issue I have with him is I feel he lacks honesty when he says he is going to call to schedule an appointment to make repairs. I felt he was avoiding me when he promised to repair the top of the dryer. I waited 2 1/2 months and felt he made no attempt to make things right. I feel this is hurting his business and reputation. I felt it was a shame of him of losing a good customer who had plans of purchasing more appliances but I plan to go elsewhere.

I’ve called a few times to get my washer fixed, the gentleman said he would come over and call me; it’s been 3 weeks now that I’ve been waiting. Wouldn’t recommend service, too busy and does not communicate well if or when they can come over to take a look at my washer. Days he said he’d come over, I waited all day.

I called this business 3 times over a period of two weeks trying to make an appointment for repair the nice lady that answers the phone kept telling me that the owner would call me back but he never did. I gave them one more shot today and called for a part so I could repair the unit myself, again I was told the owner would call me back but I never received the call. I then called an appliance repair business in Austin they were very helpful and ordered my part immediately. I will not likely be giving TNT a third chance.

We bought a real nice front load washer and dryer after 4 years we had a couple simple repairs but for the price well worth it and my mom and dad goes to them also I recommend every one go to tnt

Beware. I bought a gas stove. It was full of cockroaches.The owner, Brock, twice said he would come out and take it apart and spray it with bug spray. He never showed up or called either time.
