Good MN staple wife had to stop there on our trip to MN and we enjoyed it. Good coffee but their pastries are not the greatest.

Omg how many times do you have to tell the lady your order for them to get it right? I said it 6-8 times in the drive thru and she still didn’t get it. Then there was radio silence for about 5 minutes… like… what? Six dollars for a medium coffee is way out of line. This is why dunkin is taking over.

I would say 3/4 of the time my drink is incorrect or just tastes off. They also regularly forget to apply perks, such as a free size upgrade, etc, even if I remind them.

They are always fast with your order. Staff is friendly and dont hesitate to make your order the way you want. They never forget to check you in so you get the points on the app. Highly recommended!

It was busy. But still got my coffee in a timely manner.

Its too bad its the only Caribou in Albert Lea Because every time we stopped in We either get handed the wrong persons coffee and or have to wait at least 10 min...the girls are consumed on how nails and hair look versus getting people out fast with the right order.

I absolutely love Caribou! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lady that took our drive thru order Sunday morning was snotty, seemed like she was very annoyed with us placing our order.

Just what you need at your visit to Mayo Clinic. Great staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast.

Horrible customer service by the manager. As a manager you should know how to deal with customer calmly and respectfully, but instead she would talk to me like Im stupid and ruined her while day.

Help could be friendlier sometimes, but they do a pretty good job. I don’t like their coffee. It always tastes burned. Its too sweet if I get a latte.

We come a lot and most times everything is fine. The baristas need brush up on their customer service skills at times. We came with friends and were hoping to sit at the large table. The staff had it taken. They were sitting there between customers and chatting with an off duty employee that was on her computer.

Great coffee and Im glad that theyre open 7 days a week till 8 pm.

This Caribou is a regular stop for me when I travel from Omaha to Minneapolis. My go to drinks are the Cold Pressed Mule in the summer and the Spicy Mocha in the winter.

Reliable for a decent cup of coffee that ISNT the other chain! More of a family friendly atmosphere! Love their slogans and their cute merchandise!

LOVE Caribou! This particular Caribou has served my will many times. The employees are helpful and the environment is nice. The drive-thru is also very convenient!

Loyal Caribou customer for a long time, but this particular location, staff is incredibly rude. My advice-skip this store and go to a different one, few miles away.

Really, really disappointed! Called the day before to order a canteen of coffee to bring to a client in Blue Earth. Specifically, drove out of my way from the Twin Cities to pick this up at 7 am. Was told by the woman working this morning that the pick up time was not written down so she could start brewing it now. I know that I left my name, phone number and the pick up time with the person I spoke to the day before. A call would have been nice because now I have nothing to bring to my client. Wont be going back to this location again.

Fast coffee thats not too bad and its a nice place to get work done. Good space for groups as well.

I love the malted mocha they just came out with, if they take it off the menu, I will complain to corporate. Just a heads up. Hehe

Coffee is good but the service was slow and the Barista forgot our order (they filled orders for two other customers that were after us and only filled ours when we reminded them). I like Caribou and would still again as Im hoping this was just a fluke.

Carribou Coffee is good but Battista was horribly rude and kept saying bad things about South Dakota where I had stated I am from. Would not givw me her name but had corded hair and turquoise lipstick.
