Every time I go into that particular store, the woman that works there is so rude to me. When I was there during my last visit, I was interrupting her cell phone time. I wanted help with some stain colors, and I felt like I was being rushed to make a decision. She handed me a color pallet and walked away to give her cell phone some love. I felt like I was wasting her time, so I only purchased part of what I needed for my project. Ive been to this store in the past and this same woman was working there and I was treated rudely then as well. I use Sherwin Williams because I feel the quality of the products you sell are very good. I may have to revisit that notion, and shop elsewhere. If I want to be treated like a bother, Ill go to Walmart. I spent around $25.00 for a quart of stain. I should have been treated like my $25.00 was appreciated. Me shopping there pays wages, doesnt it?It might be a good idea to tell your associates, that they can find work elsewhere if they dont like working there. I hear McDonalds is hiring. If I were the manager, especially during times where business is slim to none, fire the deadbeats and pick up more hours to keep the business going and keeping the customers happy. Make people feel like their money is going to a good cause. Not to an entitled employee whose only interest is what is going on with their cell phone and the customer is interrupting her fun.
