So here it goes, I’m from Los Angeles, we drove our RV to Elkhart Indiana, we were camping at Elkhart Campground until our custom trailer was ready. Well we had to run alot of Errons so we had to use the RV because that was our only transportation, what a hassle opening and closing RV just to do errons. We decided to buy a tiny car, we wanted a Smart 🚗 car. My husband looked and called many places and we even drove miles out to two other dealers before we came across this dealer. They had a Smart car, it was just what we wanted 😁. We were so happy we drove from Elkhart to Michigan to see and possibly purchase the car. So guess what the car was awesome, the dealer was awesome, everyone was so polite and took care of us like family and not like strangers from out of town. They were so welcoming. Took my 2018 Charger AWD in for engine RPM flaring in first and second gear shift and between third and fourth gear shift when cold. They checked fluid and did a quick learn and said that was fixed. Took the car home and started doing it again and talked to Tom the manger, and he said he would call the Chrysler representative and should hear back in couple days. Week later no call. Called Dodge Customer Care service, who said that Tom did not hear back from the Chrysler Representative and would call me back that day, Tom did not call. Called Customer Care next day and Tom had told them there was no issue with the transmission. Customer career said they couldnt do anything unless the dealer said something was wrong. I had a 2015 Charger did not shift like this. Very disappointing.

Had a bad experience, emailed and called about a certain vehicle on Friday, showed up on Monday with no response to call or email, drove the vehicle, and the owner and general manager snubbed me as I was getting insurance quotes for said vehicle. Gentlemen in the back office (assuming it was the owner of the dealer ship) Sold it to a couple who walked in saying. someone just took it for a test drive, everything works great. Thanks guy...No, I really cant compare it to another let down in my car buying life.

Just bought a 2014 Rubicon with 28k miles on it (still covered under warranty), the vehicle would not start after 4 days. While looking at the starter, the plastic connector for the starter has broken free from the Solenoid so pretty obvious its the starter. I called the service department and they tell me that I will have to get it towed in, they will evaluate and decide if its covered, but unlikely they will get to it today. I guess I will pay the $90 dollars for the new one from the parts store as it sounds like its going to be cheaper (only takes 30 minutes to remove). Its not like I am asking to have the transmission replaced. If you are looking for service on a vehicle and need something simple replaced and quickly, this may not be the place you want to go to.

In 2016 I purchased a Ram 1500. Worked with Fred. Best customer service you could ask for. He told me if anything ever happened to my truck and it needed service, to call him and he would come get it and resolve it and bring it back. Approx 2 months later, I had an engine light. Sure enough, he kept his word. I told co workers about this experience and they also purchased a car from Fred. In NOV 2017, I purchased a 2018 Durnago from Fred. And again, best service you could ask for. I can honestly say, there is no way this type of customer service can be matched by any other dealer around. I have always purchased my cars from Extreme Dodge. But when they gave me the run around in 2016, I decided they would not get my money ever again.

I ordered a custom 2017 Ram 1500 from Tom Vann of Albion Motors and it has exceeded my expectations. Every experience with the Albion staff was positive do to their decorum and integrity. During the six weeks it took for my truck to be built, Tom answered each and every question I had in a timely and polite manner. As for my trade in, Tom honored me with more than double what the competition offered.

We buy a truck from Albion Motors annually. Ive been to at least 30 dealerships in my lifetime and I wont go anywhere else because they have spoiled us. Albion motors is more like family and they treat you that way. Mike and Fred are honest and caring and spend as much time working with me as it takes. Hands down best customer service anywhere!

WORST place ever! Do not buy a car from here, I bought a 2011 Buick Regal, 88,000 miles and car looked great, test drove it as well. Cadillac converters, brake problems you name it, 2,000 of work put into the car after I already paid the 8,000 for the car. Called Tom only to hear he wont pay it. Engine light was on during test drive but he said he would fix it and when we bought the car it was fixed. If I could give this 0 stars I would. They are the ones who have to sleep with that knowing they ripped someone off. Court here we come.

Bad on getting pricing around, Ive had to replace a ridiculous amount of parts on my car. Brakes, spark plugs, rotors, tires, water pump, power steering pump, battery, AC. We test drove it, and it had the engine light on. They just cleared off the engine light, which came back on a few days later, put the wrong type of oil in. When asked about how many repairs Ive made they only replied it has to do with the way you drive but cant find the service paperwork. Never calls back about a vehicle, unless it has to do with the payment for the car, wont get you any needed paper work when you ask. Would not recommend. Will advise everyone to go to Jackson. Love my vehicle, hate the service from the dealership. Didnt fix anything before selling the used vehicle.

Had my truck three times and the door hinge still not right. When i told them was having a hard time believing it was changed at all. Service manager told me to take it elsewhere. Very professional will not buy a dodge again. Guess at least if i take it elsewhere it will be fixed right.
