Its been an up an up and down experience, the reason Im leaving 5 stars is because I got resolution and the people that made it happen turned our experience from what could have been awful to positive. My husband and I built our own house and bought all appliances from appliance liquidators. Jacob was AMAZING start to finish . There isnt enough positive words to express my gratitude for his hard work and dedication to making things right for us. Jerry and Dominic who installed our dishwasher were wonderful as well paying attention to detail and staying to see everything through. Mistakes happen but they did everything right by us and I would recommend Jacob, Jerry and Dominic a thousand times over. Jacob, is hands down the best salesman because he does whats right for the customer he is honest and was patient with me even when I was upset he stayed calm, professional and advocated for me. This company is lucky to have him .

After 11 years of heavy usage our washer did its last load. It was time to buy a new matching pair. We first visited Home Depot for delivery dates and price comparisons and they were a couple of weeks out, so we went to Appliacnce Liquidators and met up with Tony Aguirre who walked us through several options and to our surprise we were able to pick up a set from their warehouse the same day and at a better price than the other guy. What a great experience and no high pressure sales. Got the set we wanted at a price we could afford. Tony was outsanding!

I cant say enough about the terrific service I received throughout the sales and installation process. During the sales process, Stephen made several trips back to the main desk to get me information on a number of gas ranges at different price points. At no time did he try to up sell me or make me feel that I didnt know what I wanted. I bought the range on a Monday and they scheduled delivery for Friday. First thing Friday morning Caleb called to give me an ETA for installation of 1:00 to 2:00 pm. He called me a little before 11:00 am to let me know that they could install earlier if I agreed. I said great and they were there within 15 minutes. They removed the old range, gave me time to clean up and installed the new one. Caleb went over the operating instructions answered my questions all within 30 minutes of arrival. I have a galley kitchen and they navigated the small hallway beautifully. Both Caleb and Mike were very polite. Caleb was very professional and friendly. It was an all round super experience for someone who has had not so super experiences elsewhere in the past. Will use them exclusively in the future.

Id like to write two reviews (a five star and a one star) but Ill settle for the middle ground and tell you the story...Purchased a new dishwasher and a scratch and dent fridge (replaced motherboard). Tony helped us pick these out and was very helpful. Get home, self install both. Next day, fridge breaks down. Repair comes out same day and says its DOA - new motherboard needed. We were meant to be leaving that day but had to change plans. Call and speak to manager - Brad who offered no help whatsoever. Load broken fridge on to truck and return. Brad doesnt care once again.Jacob helps us and we explain situation. We need a fridge that day as we are renting our home in 2 days time. He helps us pick out another fridge we can take home that day but no delivery. Jacob comes to our house after work to help us out. Awesome guy! We need more Jacobs in the world and less Brads!!!

Great service. Needed to purchase a refrigerator on short notice. The sales associate guided me through the purchase by asking in-depth questions and giving me some in-stock options. Would buy from them again.Ill warn that you have to first, go to the main location and pickup warehouse paperwork. Then, you can actually drive to a different location to pickup your order. Seems like a cumbersome process simplified by email confirmations.

My wife and I are planning a remodel, and were referred here by a contractor. They have an interesting catalog of goods. Definitely pay them a visit before heading to a big box store, they have lots of mark downs and discontinued stuff (unless youre looking for something particular, a stove is a stove).

Buyer beware! Bought an appliance from Appliance Liquidators 4 months ago. At the time, they said it would be delivered in about three weeks. They have stopped responding to my requests asking when they will give me my appliance. They have all of my money in full. At this point it’s just theft. Completely unacceptable way for any company to do business.

SO DISHONEST!I bought a washer and dryer - they practically shoved the extended warranty down my throat. When it came time to use it, repair guy showed up, said he didnt know what the problem was - warranty company told me that is too bad, closed the claim and stopped returning my emails and calls. My refrigerator decided to die in the middle of August! So I went to the usual places like Lowes and Home Depot. However, all their basic refrigerators were sold out. And even if they did have them the delivery wasnt going to be in till sometime in September. So I wanted to look at a smaller local business and on our way to baillos, we just happened to pass by the appliance Liquidators showroom.( I think thats what it is) We decided to stop and give it a chance! So happy that we did, as me and my mom were going everywhere and calling everyone that day for a refrigerator. I got a very good on a stainless steel refrigerator. Their delivery schedule was like a week out, which wasnt bad at all! Thankfully my stepfather picked up the refrigerator and brought it to my house! Everyone was super nice and very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place! (I already have to my sister) It was super easy to get in and get out. And now I have an awesome brand new refrigerator that actually stays cold yay! Sorry for the long winded review!

We went in to look at refrigerators and a young man named Mark helped us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He knew information about each brand, the ins and outs of each fridge we looked at, including the stove tops and dishwashers. We ended up purchasing a fridge and mattress. Mark has been communicative and stayed in contact throughout the process. After everything was delivered, he checked in with us to ensure we were taken care of.Steven Montoya and Ronnie Baca delivered our refrigerator. They were very professional and make sure everything was satisfactory and worked correctly. They showed us the various settings and how to best use our refrigerator.Manuel and Julian delivered our mattress today. They were also very helpful, and professional.Overall we are extremely happy with our experience with Appliance Liquidators and their staff.

Be very careful when buying anything from this place. They have nice customer service but they only want the sale. They will give out inaccurate information to convince you to make the purchase and when they are confronted, they will claim they do not remember the conversation. Get EVERYTHING in writing!! Even verbal discussions!! They financially ruined me by giving me TOTALLY wrong information and because I signed the paperwork, they do not take responsibility.

Install crew did a great job, was on time, friendly, professional and cleaned up when done. Great selection of all major brands. Will definitely go again when we need other appliances replaced.

We bought the washer new, and the dryer with small scratch (saved about $100 on the dryer). The difference is professional sales staff, and not a big box store! We purchased a beautiful Whirlpool french door refrigerator on August 23rd, 2017. We also purchased a Maytag washer and dryer. The washer and dryer were delivered without issue. Over a $5000 total purchase.The refrigerator however was the last one they had, so we agreed to purchase the show room model. The salesperson and us went over the doors and there were no scratches or dents. We were not purchasing a scratch and dent item!When the items were all delivered on 8/23, the delivery staff had not wrapped the refrigerator correctly and it arrived dented on the front panels. We agreed to take possession of the refrigerator since we were assured by AL that they would order in new doors and replace them at no charge.Today is 2/13/2018. After months and months of broken promises, we still do not have new french doors. Again, we did not purchase a scratch and dent item.No matter how many times we speak with AL, all they do is promise that its on back order. I am sick and tired of waiting for my new doors for my new refrigerator!I have bought my last several appliances from AL and have had no issues. But this is ridiculous. Honor your promises.My daughter, during the same week in August, that I made my purchases, also bought a full suite of kitchen appliances, based solely on my recommendation. I will no longer recommend this business to anyone!I plan to open a complaint with the Attorney General and with the Better Business Bureau

Mark Springer was my salesperson. I explained my situation to Mark when I was purchasing a dishwasher. Recently lost my husband and I know nothing about dishwasher. Now I am stuck with a dishwasher I hate because Mark Springer was not upfront with me on dimensions. He kept walking away and sending different salesman to help me. I am in need of a washing machine and I can tell you, I will be going elsewhere to purchase a washer. I will be telling everyone I know about Mary Springer and the way I was treated.

Bought a dishwasher and installers dented and scratched my front door (after my having told them to be careful). Took nearly a month, multiple calls, and unkept appointments (to assess damage) to finally get them to reimburse for the damage. Will not shop here again.

Everything was fine on the appliances purchased, but getting the appliances delivered was another problem. I COULD NOT TAKE THE DAY OFF OF WORK to be there to wait for the delivery. So I had to pay someone to be there for me after 2 attempts were made outside of the delivery times I had requested. This is so wrong. And then my friend went and purchased a new washer from Appliance Liquidators and again...delivery attempts were made outside of the time limitations he gave. After the 3rd attempt, he is wanting to cancel the sale. I dont understand why a company would place their reputation on the line with these delivery people. People have to WORK and this delivery company that is used gives NO consideration towards that!

NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICEI purchased a new discontinued GE washer and dryer set from AL on June 15, 2018.Soon after delivery and installation the washer was found to be defective following a service visit and was replace with another unit. After delivery and installation of the second unit approximately several weeks later, I discovered scratches on the top panel as well as a poor install on my pedestals which cause an annoying vibration during the spin cycle. I made call to AL and a new top was ordered and installed two weeks later, but It would cost me approximately $20-30 for them to come out and address the pedestal issue.Upon the installation of the new top panel (which was damaged with a dent when installed) the service technician moved the washer for the installation and to both of our horror we discovered several Hugh gouges down the side of the so call new washer that were not revealed to me by the delivery personal.The service Technician called the sale person who informed him that there were no scratches, dents or gouges on the unit before it was delivered but did indicate that it was a floor model. I was shocked and disgruntled that I was getting a floor model. I agreed to a discontinued new unit from the get go not a floor model replacement.So, either way the gouges were either there before or the delivery personal damaged it during loading and unloading and did not informed me upon the install, not sure who to believe at this point. All I know is that I didn’t agree to a scratch and dent purchase.After several back and forth phone calls the sales person inform me that his boss/owner would offer me a $75.00 credit, what a ridiculous offer. Just in the last two months I have lost ten hrs. of wages for a unwillingness to work around my schedule let alone a damaged product. the $75.00 doesn’t even come close to my loss and inconvenience since this purchase.I am a very dissatisfied customer who would not recommend or purchase any further products from this company ever again, they don’t believe in customer service, satisfaction or accountability. I believe that a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and formal letter of complaint to the Attorney General is in order at this point, future AL Buyers Beware.

Loved the experience of working with this company. my under the cabinet fridge wasn’t cooling and I took it in and they gave me an estimate to fix. the cost was over half of new so I decided to purchase a new one from them. it was in stock to boot. they applied 1/2 the service and diagnostic fee to the purchase of a new one and I couldn’t have been happier. Ms. dalton was extremely helpful in my choosing a replacement unit. then when I went to pick it up a young lady(can’t remember her name) was so helpful and friendly. she processed my order on friday at 4:45pm before a big holiday weekend. I was shocked she wasn’t making me feel awful for coming in a few minutes before closing. overall I was amazed at the great customer service of this place. I went back to my business and raved about how much much help I was given. I wish google had 6 stars because this whole company deserves it.

I hope the product is better than the customer service. I purchased a dishwasher on 8/22/16 and am still waiting for it to be installed properly. When they installed it originally, it was missing a part. When they came back 3 weeks later, they didnt have the correct part. Now Im waiting another 5-7 days for the part to arrive and then the scheduling of installation - again. This has not been a positive experience.

Why cant anything last anymore? My 2014 Ford Fusion blew its engine 2 years after purchase, my top of the line $1400 GE washing machine has also burnt the motor and two bearings are just lose inside the drum! This is so unacceptable. Cheap American crap and burns me inside when people criticize the boats full of Japanese products coming to our country - it is because they know how to make a great product! DO NOT BUY AMERICAN PRODUCTS! Until American companies learn honor as they know in Japan and stop ripping us off!
