Someone in charge should really inspect the work, and make sure everything is done. They did do a detailed clean of my car though.

Impressive! They went out of their way, without an appointment, to look at a door trim problem. Rather than schedule shop time and materials, they just fixed the problem on the spot, and without a fee. They will always have my business in this town. Super friendly and attentive.

Ryan was straightforward and I got my damage repair done well. I appreciated that he took the time to have a legitimate conversation and answered all of my questions.

Took my truck in staff was friendly. Made arrangements for car rental . Paint on truck matched perfectly. You would of never known it was in an accident. Cleaned my whole vehicle sparking clean. Price was really good. It wasnt to busy. In and out. Loved the whole atmosphere.

We had a fairly good-sized dent on the back fender of our Subaru Outback. Because we were going to be selling the car to our daughter, I wanted to remove the dent, but I didnt want the area repainted because there was only a small blemish there. I had gone to two other autobody places for quotes for removal of the dent, but they both insisted that painting was mandatory, and the quotes were well over $1000.When I showed up at Harolds, I was impressed with the friendliness of the receptionist and the person who looked at the car and gave me the quote. The gentleman said that he thought he could remove the dent without much trouble, but he wouldnt know until he actually tried. He said he would let me know once he started the project if it didnt look like he could, and we could then decided what we needed/wanted to do. He gave me a quote of $200, and I was very pleased.The morning of my appointment, we arrived at 8:30 and dropped the car off, figuring that we would be in ABQ waiting on the car most of the day. At 9:30, we got a call saying the car was done! When we pulled into the parking lot and looked at the car, it was impossible to tell that it had ever been dented! And the charge was $200 plus tax.Needless to say, Harolds receives my highest recommendation!!

Friendly service! They did a great job on my car and even returned it cleaner than it went in. I am thrilled it only took 11 days, pretty great considering the time it takes to get the parts, paint them, and install them with quality workmanship.
