Felt bad rating one star because they dont even deserve that. The communication here is horrible. They say they will Call back / email back with updates and they dont. Ive been looking to get a new forklift for my company since December 2018 and fast forward to March 21 2019 and still no forklift. We had received one in January but it was not what we asked for at all it was a used one I admit, but the hoses on the forklift kept breaking so they sent someone down to replace them but a few days later they broke again...this happened a few times... so we decided to ask for our money back..... they came and picked up their forklift and We were told that a check was going to be sent to us within the week and we didnt receive nothing..... I called THREE weeks later after not receiving anything in the mail and thats when I was told that I might not get my full refund because of the condition of the forklift which in my defense, the only reason why it was so muddy is because of the rain storms that were occurring in CA.... but anyways, a heads up would of been nice instead of me waiting for a check..... we wanted to make sure we didnt loose a penny from the refund so we decided to purchase a brand new one through them and apply the refund to the new one this seemed like the only thing to do...… weeks later and still nothing..... our patience ran thin a long time ago. If we would have received the check at the time they told us we would, believe me we would not have continued our business with pape material..... save yourself a headache and days/MONTHS of frustration and go somewhere else that values customer service.
