Really poor work takes the cheapest way possible to get it done, I had to JB weld my own bumper back on the next day the job was so bad. promised me a replaced bumper, I tip up with a fresh coat of paint on the existing bumper. the headlight was put in poorly, requiring me to go in again this Monday for them to fix the positioning.Getting defensive when Im just asking a question threatening to kick me out.2500 down the drain for nothing. 🤷

I first heard of this place at work. They have fixed my work vehicle twice. I just got it back from the last incident today. They were fast and my car looks great. Because of the work they did the first time, we took our Durango after we hit a deer. It was beautiful when we got it back. Everything is aligned correctly and the paint is perfect. They do great work. If we end up needing body work in the future, well definitely be back.

They great body shop I would recommend them to anybody five stars they deserve Junior was good helpful.

Very impressed with this outfit. I got rear-ended in my Mazda, and the guy who did it was a jerk. The folks at Reflective were very professional and helpful in dealing with securing payment from the jerk, then they got the parts painted and ready to go so that they only had to have my car for about 3 hours to complete the repairs. And the car looks fabulous! Color matches perfectly and they shined up the whole car for me. Couldnt be happier. Recommended without reservation.

The guys at Reflective did a great job repairing some paint scratches on my Dodge Challenger. They were fast and they went above and beyond to do a great job and even took care of some other minor cosmetic issues that I hadnt even noticed, but that they saw when they were repairing the original blemishes. Ill definitely use them again for any body work on my vehicles.

Rip off!! They charged me to remove and reinstall my front bumper and when I looked at it, the dust had not even been disturbed. They didnt take the fender off or put it back on. It was literally untouched!! When I confronted Junior about this, hes bald faced lied to me. Do not do business with these people. I never will again!

Fixed my sisters car right up no problems just took longer than expected but did good work. I suggest going here for autowork.

I was in an accident and took my Jeep to get fixed. Everything was going smooth at first they were able to repair the cosmetic damages and called me to pick up my vehicle. When I picked it up everything seemed fine, until I drove the Jeep and noticed that it was very shaky. I called the shop and they had me take the Jeep in so they could take a look at it again, so I did and was without my vehicle for another week. I picked up my Jeep when it was ready for the second time, but it was still shaking when I got up to 60 mph and the wheel where the impact hit was still about 1/2 off center. Long story short, after having to take the vehicle back and forth about 4 times I had to take it to another body shop where the owner and his son told me that they would cover the costs if the other shop found anything wrong. The other shop El Compa was able to fully fix the Jeep, but when it came time to pay Reflective would not cover the costs because the insurance would not take a secondary supplement due to already paying for the frame work. This is not the way to do business, they received payment for the work the first time which they did not do, and would not eat the price that the other shop charged because the insurance would not cover it. I would recommend reflective for cosmetic fixes they did a great job with my brothers bumper and the cosmetic aspect, but in the words of the owners son at the end of the day we arent mechanics. Please avoid yourself a headache if your vehicle needs anything more than cosmetic fixes or paint. Due to their poor business practices, I am out $800 for an accident in which I was the victim.

Paint literally peeled off within a year of painting, owner Sr. and Jr. danced around making excuses as to why it wasnt their fault and refused to right the issue. BEWARE!!! These guys are SHADY characters! They tape and rape your car!
