We had an accident in ABQ while traveling home. The car needed to be left for repair and was left at this establishment. They did a more than excellent job on the repair of our vehicle. When the vehicle was completed and we picked it up, we could see they were very proud of their work in a very good way; they deserved to be so in the quality of work they did for us. They were also very accommodating of us in the time it took for the repair to be completed by taking our many phone calls and cordially answering our questions. I couldnt have ask for more. Thanks to Shea who was the primary person who took care of us. I highly recommend this body shop!

It took 7 weeks for the repair to be completed. I understand the parts are difficult to receive in a timely manner, but no explanation for the unusually long delay was given, I would have been eager to work with them had they given me some reasonable explanation up front, Also, a wiper blade was missing off the car when they were finished. Seems very minor, but now its something I have to take care of. They replaced single strut on a car that has 85k on it. Again, a little communication would have been great. I would have been willing to pay for replacing the other strut as well. Those things should be replaced in pairs. They know that surely. Again, this is something I will have to take care of.

Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else! I bought a truck at the dealership associated with this body shop. It was taken into the bodyshop to address a loose bed trim piece and poor fender alignment. I got it back with no resolution on the fender but they added a paint chip on the fender and a dent in my tailgate. My 50 thousand dollar truck came out looking worse than when it went in. I pointed out the damage and they put a blob of mismatched paint on the Fender chip. Absolutely ridiculous. These guys are incompetent AND destructive.

I just moved here from Washington state, and after a few weeks of living here someone rear ended me. After exchanging info, they started a claim with their insurance to cover the damage. Id called a few other car dealerships in the area and they either dont do body work or they were busy until next week and said I had to make an appointment just to get an estimate. Lol. I called quality collision and spoke to Esteban. He said i didnt need to make any appointment, and I could bring my car whenever during their hours. I brought my car today, and he made my chore for the day quick and easy. He took lots of pictures of my damage and then told me he would let the insurance know the estimate, and send them pictures. I was expecting to do all that myself. Great customer service! Only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is because the whole process isnt done yet, and im fixing the damage myself. This is just a really good first impression!

After stumbling around town to other body shops that made me nervous, Quality was a wonderful delight. I had a small job and every other place I went tried to make it into a bigger job. Rebecca walked out with me, looked at my car, accurately understood my need and assured me Quality could make it happen. And they did. The most important thing about my experience was that I was not a big customer and yet I was treated like a VIP with prompt call backs and timely work and delivery. If anyone is looking for a place you can trust, go here. You’ll be made to feel like a member of a nice Albuquerque community.

I had my car fixed at Quality Collision Repair Center in October 2018 and thought they fixed it properly but last week when I took my car for pre-inspection at BMW (Leased Vehicle) they pointed out that the headlight and the fog light were misaligned. When I took it to Quality Collision, they blamed it on few scratches that one normally gets under the bumper while parking, especially if cars bumper is low and matches the height of the parking concrete block. There is no way the force from those parking blocks could have caused the headlight misaligned. Mr. Mike Rojas and his supervisor refused to honor the lifetime warranty they give when you get the car fixed. Their warranty is worth nothing since they will find any excuse to not honor their warranty.I would never give them business again, let alone refer anyone to them. I am also filing complaint with BBB and will urge State Farm insurance group to delete them from their preferred repair center.

A few years after I purchased my truck, the paint started to flake off. I took it to quality GMC to be repainted because thats where I purchased the vehicle. I was disappointed because when I picked up my truck there was swirls/burns from buffing which they never fixed. They also failed to replace the break light on the cab correctly so whenever it rained or I ran the truck through a carwash water would get into the cab and stained the headliner. Now a few years later the paint has come off around the windshield which has started to rust and small chips have started to rust! They say their warranty is only 12 month 12000 miles. Most places Ive talked to offer lifetime. Very poor quality of work and customer service! I have taken it to a few other body shops and was told by all of them that Quality did not strip it and seal it properly. That is why it peeled and is rusting! When I took the truck back for them to repair it,I was told it was out of warranty .

This is a good I dont even know where to start... Hopefully I can make this very long story short. My car was involved in a bad accident in another state, and I moved out here to NM about 4 days after picking it up. After driving the car here in the move, I started having problems. I was referred to Quality and I am so glad I did because the story could have gone very differently for me and the previous shop. The staff at Quality has been amazing - honest, forthright, helpful and kind. I always felt they were on the right side of everything - they always did the right thing when it came to me and my car. If they committed to something, it was completed and timely. Communication was always open. My experience with Quality will bring me back to them if I am ever to need work done again. While I hope I dont need them, I would not hesitate for a second to return to this shop. Theyll get any referral I can give them. I highly recommend them. Thanks Quality! I have always taken my vehicles when repairs were needed to Quality Collision and this time was no different. They went far beyond what they should have. They did things that I did not ask them to and when I picked up my truck I was amazed at how nice it looked inside and out. It is a work truck and I did not have time to clean up the inside before I took it. It was pretty dirty. When I picked it up it was immaculate. They made an old work truck look almost brand new. Great job staff of Quality Collision you should be commended for a job well done. Ron you are great and I will keep coming back.

I was called to pick up my car after it was repaired, good job on that but when I opened the door I noticed a white powdery residue all over my beautiful black interior. Immediately put me in a bad mood since the car had been fully detailed the same morning of the accident. They had the interior cleaned over the weekend and I went back again to pick up the car that following Monday. As I drove away it started raining. About an hour later I noticed that the lining inside the roof of my car was wet and leeking inside so I took it back for them to check it out and the first thing the repair guy said was they didnt touch the top of the car, they only repaired the left quarter panel. I literally had to point out to him that the left quarter panel is attached to the outter door arm that goes accross the top of the door window of my Challenger, its one pc, exactly where the rain water was coming in @! They had to replace that whole pc and weld it back to the frame. He said OK and It was a half hour fix and havent leeked since...but, Whoever went into my glove box to put all my stuff in a plastic bag and put that bag into the trunk for them to fully clean that white powdery over spray or whatever it was lost my Owners Manuel smdh! I called about it and weve been going back and forth ever since, and they still havent offered to replace it yet! I would never give so called Quality Collision any type of referral to any of my associates, but I will share this link to all my FB family, friends and followers!

Prices were too high for my needs

I wouldnt recommend this place for repairing/steriliazation of stolen/recovery vehicle. They waited 5 days to do a drug test. The car smelled like Meth after we got it back because they put back the same floor mats, we trashed them right away. There was still a blood spot noticeable on the inside ceiling, I believe our car should have been considered a total loss/hazmat. They did great on the scratches but sloppy work on the inside/detailing. Thought they were suppose to replace all fluids turned out no gas, barely got to the gas station. Took us 3 weeks to get our car back. Look elsewhere for quality service.

Horrible experience! I went to pick up my car at closing time, and they had placed my car outside the gates so I could pick it up. Upon pickup I noticed a crack in my windshield that grew as I was driving home. I immediately called the shop and was told to take it back to them on Monday since it was Friday when I picked up my car. On Monday the shop manager stated that it was not their fault because it occurred outside their shop and refused to fix my windshield which was damaged under their care, they are the ones who parked my car outside their shop! I wish I could give a negative star because they dont even deserve one star .

Had my vehicle for almost a month - all they did was pull a dent and misdiagnose mechanical issues. They also put over 200 miles on my vehicle - with no explanation. When I called because the original mechanical issues weren’t resolved or even diagnosed right; and they said they did repairs that they didn’t do - they had nothing to say. Do NOT bring your vehicle here for ANY reason.
