Bad service. Took car here because the payer stated that was their preferred. The guy is friendly but they do not keep you updated on the progress. I have had to call and every time he says, “I was just going to call you”. Then you get yeah not all the parts arrived. My car was there for almost two weeks.I let you know how the work is when I do get it back

Terrible at communicating with customers. They had my car for 5weeks and kept giving me the runaround. Will not go back. Then they tell you to rate them a 10, why???

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I had the pleasure of working with Sascha. He is very knowledgeable, professional, kind & constantly kept in touch to let me know what the status was. My vehicle is in better condition than before the accident even happened. Customer service is top notch, Sascha is a true asset to Reliable Chevrolet and I know if I ever need work done I will be in good hands here! Thanks a million Sascha!

I had my 10,000 mile 2017 vehicle repaired at Reliable Chevy Collision Collision Center. I am very pleased with the quality of service I recieved at this dealership. The gentlemen who took care of my repair file was very professional and directed all my customer needs. The process was seamless from start to finish. I only shop Chevy when it comes to vehicle parts and service. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle knowing it would be in good hands and handled with care. I can now rest a sure that genuine GM parts, quality, and pride were used in the repair of my equinox. Thank you Reliable Chevy for making my vehicle look new again.

Aaron Lang was my service rep. He was great at keeping in contact with me. They were able to diagnose in 2 hours a problem that a competitor couldnt diagnose in a whole day. They took great care of me all through the two week engine tear down and rebuild.

Terrible customer service. No one even greeted me when I brought my car in for an insurance claim service. I finally called after they had my car for two weeks and they said it was finished last week and ready for pick up. Said they sent a text message of which I never received. Left them two contact numbers and no one ever called or left a message. I will never be back for anything and I will be telling everyone about this horrible experience.Kyle was my contact person so avoid him at all costs.

We bought a 2012 Chrysler minivan from them in June. It has since spent over 3 weeks in the shop even though they supposedly did a thorough million point (hyperbole) independently triple checked inspection. The first time it was there for two weeks because the air conditioner wasnt cold. Now its been back for a week and they still cant figure out the problem. They promise to call you and they NEVER do. Its like they spend all day chasing their tails. We bought a warranty so we are stuck with however they treat us until the vehicle dies. Yay.

I dropped my car off with the recommendation of my insurance on 5/20, and after a few days of calling on the phone, I ended up going physically to the location to ensure that all the paperwork for the repair to begin was in process. The repair itself was for a intermediate-damage accident, no engine damage, but a complete replacement of the front fender, headlight, and some other panels. The repair took three weeks, which was good, however, when I picked up the car the air conditioning was not working, the hood was a centimeter misaligned, and the alarm did not sound when the car was locked.I brought it back twice the following week for the air conditioning to be repaired, hood properly aligned, and alarm to be fixed. The first day I came the alarm was fixed, however, after the air conditioning was fixed the alarm had stopped working again. The rep claimed the alarm was not working as I did not have a door closed, but when I returned two weeks later to have it fixed, it turned out that the horn was not plugged in. While cars are complex beasts to repair, having a thorough inspection of the vehicle before returning it to the customer I would expect be standard. (Yet somehow the car was returned to me without AC working on a 100 degree day)They did manage to do most of the repair work honestly and with good time, and made an effort for me to bring my car in back to be fixed, but the quality assurance is still a bit lackluster.

The collision and service departments are horrible. They kept our truck for over a month and we had to return it twice for shoddy work. Do not use them even if they are approved by your insurance. There are much better options.

I had an appt for Friday but brought my car in early on Thursday evening. They didnt even look at my car until Tuesday. Why make an appointment?? The service rep never once called me or returned my calls. I had to keep going in to see what was going on. Awful. I will never go there again.
