Top notch, professional shop. I have used several other shops in town, and this is by far the best I have been to. Their customer service was above and beyond in my opinion. There was some slight damage to my window tint that I did not notice right away, and they took care of it no questions asked. I highly recommend this shop.

TIM TRUJILLO!!! This shop would be lost without him! He knows what customer service is. I had my Jeep taken there after an accident and the tow yard claimed it was totaled. I spoke with Tim&he told me not2worry, they’d fix my baby&he came thru. He kept in touch with me,answered every question I had promptly,professionally&2the best of his knowledge. He even delivered my car2me! This was a VERY stressful time&Tim handled everything perfectly. When you’re stressed out you need someone who is reassuring and calm&honest!! Tim was all of that. After much research, I chose to have my car fixed at M and M after an accident that occurred out of state. The driver of the other vehicle was at fault, and so, his insurance was covering damages to my car. The estimator at M and M was aware of this situation, and was given all the information to contact the other drivers insurance to ensure that all damages were covered. Of note, every time I had called M and M to get an update, the first question they ask you is What insurance is it through? My vehicle was ready to be picked up; after calling to confirm this fact, I was told that it would be ready within an hour- no other information was given. I was dropped off to pick up my car, only to find out that they would not release my vehicle to me. It turns out that the estimator had not followed up with the other drivers insurance and therefore M and M had not received any confirmation of payment from that insurance company. The estimator admitted to this fact and stated that he was at fault for not following through with the insurance. M and M would not release my vehicle to me without payment. The owner had overheard the conversation and was of no help. He was dismissive, rude, and was unwilling to resolve the payment issue that his employee had admitted fault for. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was told that one bad review wouldnt matter. That day I paid for everything in order to have my vehicle released to me as I needed it for transportation. I was disappointed with the poor customer service here and the lack of accountability that the owner had on behalf of his employees. I will not be using this company again in the future nor recommending them to anyone.

My car was first taken to M & M following a car accident. They not only, repaired all of the extensive damage, but seamlessly worked with my insurance company to make the whole process so much easier. I then added on aesthetic body work and general maintenance work, the car looks better than before the accident! I can’t say enough about the excellent work & incredible customer service M & M provided. Huge shout out to Tim for being great to work with!

My 2 day repair turned into 16 days. They never called me back the entire time after I called multiple times. When I picked up my beautiful convertible, The guy was rude, confrontational and aggressive. He threw my keys. First time there and first time to ever have such a horrible experience like this. They also don’t wear mask inside.

I used this shop on the recommendation of Esurance after my vehicle was hit. The shop called me right away and told me to come by at my convenience.The work was excellent and so was the customer service. They called me every step of the way and were very clear regarding pricing and expected delivery time. At no point did I feel stressed, pressured, confused, or deceived. They made this stressful experience very easy and my repairs were done very quickly! I would recommend this shop to anyone for any service. They really care about your satisfaction and the quality of their work.

They were very nice and did a good job on my vehicle with the fender bender and signal light replacement. I liked the way they called me and let me know the progress. The one small thing that bothered me was the owner or manager ( David Gonzales) was sitting behind a big desk didn’t wear his mask or wore it incorrectly. Maybe he should have his desk in the back somewhere.

Not sure if it was because I came in with a mask on, but I was ignored for 20 minutes while there. Walked away. Apparently they dont need my business.

Well I wish I could give a review but they cant seem to follow through. I took my truck in yesterday for an estimate. I guess I expected one right then. The guy came out took pictures and saidvhes have to get pricing because they needed to order the part. Said hed call me in an hour. No call. Sovi called him. He said he was waiting on the price and would call me first thing am. So no call. I called aroundc1pm. He was away from his desk. No return call. I called again at 330pm. Was put on hold and they never came back. I guess they convened my business. Can I give a zero rating?

We bought a used transmission from these guys and it showed up cracked and not usable. Told us that it must of been damaged in transport. Got back to us a week later and said that they couldnt do anything and that we had caused the damage. We have video feed of it never leaving the spot where transport dropped it off at. Very dishonest company.

David, the owner runs a great family business for 32 years. They will treat you like family. Top quality, service and attention.

I have now used M&M Body to repair two different vehicles and was beyond satisfied with the work that was done to both. In both instances I went through my auto insurance (Allstate) to have work done. David worked with me to no only keep costs down, but to help make sure the work was done in a timely manner at the highest quality. I should pick up my Car today. David has been handling my Allstate Claim. Ray from Allstate recommended M&M Body. Ray is the Claim adjuster for Allstate, and said they were a great company. I am starting a review of this company and there work on my car today. I will come back and edit this review based on their word, their work, and their response to any further issues. I have read all their reviews, and these seems to be some reason for concern. But I will not judge them until we have completed our exchange.UPDATE: This company has been around for over 30 yrs, so this is not so recent transient company. When you enter their office location you see their history of community support and get the feel they have been doing this a long time.David was gracious and gave great customer service. The car had not been wash, so he asked us to wait a few minutes to get it washed, which he did. Obviously this is smart, it will feel good to the customer and highlight their work. I appreciated it....The body work came out perfect, much better than I expected, I couldnt tell it have ever been in an accident.So My experience was great, would use them again. Paul

I highly recommend this body shop for repairs! I had my Fiat 500 worked on a fee weeks ago, I had never had to take any of my cars in for any kind of body work so I was nervous but they made the process so easy for me. Originally I was told about 10 dats for my repair it actually took half that time and was very happy with the results. The insurance adjuster for my Allstate claim kept in touch and kept me informed with the whole process. Highly recommend this shop!

Not a good experience. They came highly recommended but did not deliver. Had our car, literally, for a month! When it was returned there were noticable issues with the work that had been done and so it went right back. That time for another three weeks.

I was in a fender bender and my insurance offered me a discount if I took my car to M & M Auto Body rather than Nissan for the repairs. While my car was in their possession there was a hail storm which damaged my car. When I returned for my car it was apparent my bumper was still not fixed. I was agitated to receive my car in this condition. Naturally I called and complained, Marcos the body technician, said it would be taken care of.I took my car back in for a second time and they fixed some of the hail damage but no all of it. I had also noticed that one of my windows was no longer tinted, which I never received an explanation for. When I requested for them to fix it Marcos told me that was the best it was going to get and that he got into trouble for fixing it the first time. Again, talking to Marcos he assured me that they would order my parts and call me as soon as they were in. In the better half of a month I still have not received a phone call about my repairs. At this point I am extremely disappointed with the service and decide to call and ask for the a supervisor who assures me that they will take care of my car!I returned with my car for a third time and the owner, David, accused me of wreaking my car in the parking lot which is his way of not taking responsibility for lack of service in repairing my car!M & M Auto Body on Edith should not even be in business. No one working there has any shred of integrity!

M&M staff and owner are terrific. They had my car in and out in a few days and even helped me figure out the best way to ensure that I had a rental car paid for. The guy at the rental car place also gave a vote of confidence, saying hed known the owner for years and he is a man of integrity; nice to have when youre trusting someone with your car!!! Yvette

While the front end staff is very courteous and eager to go out of there way to make you happy, it is all in vain when the actual work is unaccepable. M & M will get your vehicle functional but dont waste your time expecting beautiful or professional work. I sent my car back twice because every time they fixed my car the shop scratched or chipped something else, including fenders they just replaced! I ultimately gave up going back fearing the new damage would be worse than the old. There are still deep scratches.

Highly-organized, decent shop that had been recommended by our insurance carrier. Overall, M&M aimed to please throughout all stages and interactions. Undercarriage framework & body repairs performed on a relatively new Prius. Once the work commenced, further adjustments were needed on the estimated finish time for additional parts and labor. Cosmetically speaking, the car looked great at initial discharge. However, the car needed two additional appointments. First was to sort out a dashboard warning code. During the process of getting that matter fixed, yet another sensor became disconnected and required a followup visit. Both secondary issues, while minor and repaired in a jiffy, were nonetheless inconvenient. Wish the vehicles final inspection had been more thorough to avert needing to come back twice.

They do a very good job when you have an oopsie with your vehicle.

The most remarkable thing I found out, beside the history & beauty of the cathedral itself, was the crosses held in an alcove that were sent there during WWII and never returned to churches that were never rebuilt. One is from before 325 A.D. owned by the mother of Constaine the Great and is partially decorated with wood from the cross of Jesus. One of several crosses saved from the Nazis. The cathedral itself is a monument to early Spanish history in a land inhabited by our Native Americans. A long & fraute history. A remarkable cathedral.

The owner, whose name I did not receive, appeared to be professional and coordinated. He organized the whole operation, and got me in immediately.However, in waiting for the initial diagnosis of issues, my assigned mechanic (Paul) personally informed me he did not want to work on my vehicle, and I watched him loudly mingle with a friend for twenty of the thirty minutes I waited, before giving me a vague description of what was wrong. Incredibly unprofessional conduct, to the point I was certain I was not going to use their services. Paul finished our correspondence with a weak handshake and one second glance.

If you have a choice work with David he is absolutely amazing. 2nd time dealing with M&M and although the second time was not as good as the first, David made it right and he was not even my point of contact in this claim. My car looks great! Hopefully i dont have to come back any time soon but if I do I know David will take great care of me! Thank you David and M&M body!

I went to M & M to get a quote on how much it would be to fix it and they popped the dent out and adjusted the door in 10 minutes and didnt charge me anything. I am so grateful for their help!!!! I had taken it to Car Crafters and they said it would be 2,000 to replace the door. THANK YOU M & M!!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWAREThis place is completely unprofessional. My car was brang to them in the beginning of the year. Over 4 months later they tried to give me my car back damaged. They put aftermarket parts after charging my insurance. They stole items from my trunk. They gave my car back with scratches, even on new parts they painted. Left cuts in things like my glove compartment and the roof of my car. Dented my roof. Scratched and damaged my window molding. Stuffed garbage under my front grill. They cracked my stereo and then when they tried to replace it, they damaged the replacement worse and then blamed me. All while they were the only ones with access. They threw my keys at me and refused to finish their work or repair what they had damaged. They ripped my lighting out to replace it with something far inferior to what was originally there. They broke a cover under my seats. The seatbelts were installed incorrectly. They broke the cover of my charger outlet. Left market paint in areas that were supposed to be fixed but didnt. Broke my roserie I had hanging in my rear view mirror. Didnt replace my protective guard on my front end. Paint job was extremely shotty. I have photos and a video of them disrespecting me, as well as blaming me for the damages they caused even after admitting I had no access to do so. Also telling me that because they had to fix their mistakes, they were unwilling to continue working on my car. Yet they want almost 24k for their unfinished low quality job.

My family has been taking our cars to M&M for 10 years. Theyve worked on my Aston Martin, our SL 500, Saleen, Audis and Tundra. Their customer service is always efficient, friendly and professional. They do great body work and I can never tell that there was any damage when I get the car back. I highly recommend them.

Do not go here! Awful work. Got my truck back covered in grease on the interior. Nothing was put together right, and the paint wasn’t matched correctly. The “lifetime warranty means nothing. They won’t even fix what they did wrong.

With a few accidents under my belt, I have used a few body shops around the city. M&M has made the top of the list. The best customer service Ive ever experienced at a business. They made sure I was not inconvenienced one bit due to my latest accident. The big name guys sideways made me feel like an inconvenience. M&M delivered what they promised (on time) and then some. With a teenage daughter just beginning to drive, in sure Ill see again....

Nice people fixed my car when it was wrecked. I had to take it back to them my air conditioning wasnt working and my water tank for radiator had a hole in it. They did fix it and even put me a door handle for free.

Came to M&M Body from CarCrafters, to have them work on my hyundai sonata, they estimated 7-10 days for repairs and the repairs were done on the 5th day. Marcos and David are amazing and care about their customers needs and concerns. i would definitely come back for future vehicles and service. i highly recommend them.

Im with esurance and needed repair to our Prius after my wife ran off the road and took out a tree or 4. We live in Santa Fe and esurance didnt have a local body shop, so we chose to have our work done at M&M. We couldnt be happier with the level of service we received. We worked with Marcos who was very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to keep us up to date on the repairs by calling twice weekly. Our car was done on time and looks amazing. When we went to pick up our car, I showed Marcos a little scratch on my FJ cruiser and he said he could buff it out. 15 minutes later, they had buffed out a scratch on my FJ. My hats off to Marcos and the M&M body crew. There was a lot of damage to our car and they did an amazing job putting everything back together, like new!

Disappointed. Just finished hail damage repair. Truck was dusty, dirty headliner, overspray and glues from dirty hands, missing parts, molding not re attached properly and falling off, headliner not reinstalled properly. Nice people, but unprofessional work.

Very slow, took 4 hours longer than they said to replace a part for the A/C. After they replaced it then the heater would not work or the CD player was not working, but of course that was not their fault according to them. Retuned for replacement again it took them 5 hours to do a 30 minute job & have to take to someplace else to fix the CD player because again its not their fault! Well see!
