Cant say enough good things about this place. I was able to get a cheap quote for my Mustang. Easy to set up an appointment over the phone and the service was done in two hours just like they tell you. The good thing about them is that they let you inspect their work prior to you paying for the service. Check here first before you go elsewhere.

Great Service Great Price! Traveling from out of town, two chips and a crack in the truck window and another chip in the camper window. Called on Monday, got a great quote and agreed to fix the camper no charge if I came to the shop. Next day waited 20 minutes, pulled right in with the camper, they were done in 40 minutes with new glass and camper fixed. Outstanding!

This is my second review of this place but this time around Im giving them a 4 star. They gave me a fair price to replace one window and were right on time with how long they said it would take as compared to before where it took almost 3 hours. The ladies who helped me were super friendly and very helpful. Good thing with the windows here is they come with a lifetime warranty so if something happens to your windows they fixed they will replace them for free as long as you have your receipt.

Very quick service relative to the time I gave them. I called them and they had the glass and was ready for the install all in the same day. Their staff was delightful and nice. They do not have the corporate glare of shine on everything but personally I prefer that. They were fast easy to deal with and nice both on the phone and in person. Absolutely worth your time and money.

Excellent! This business is very well run and efficient! I was very pleased at their knowledge and customer care for my windshield replacement and I recommend them way above others I called. Called them the day of or the day before to make an appointment and they already had the correct glass for my Scion windshield. Very easy, just dropped my car off and came back a couple hours later when it was ready. I’ve had the new windshield for a few weeks now and no complaints yet. It looks great!

IF you are looking for the lowest price in town for a new windshield this is the place for you. However the price does come with a few issues.1 - they had left black foamy debris in my truck, on the seat and the floor. I do not expect a full vacuum job, but a little tidying up with a brush and dustpan would be expected.2 - I have an alarm sensor attached to the windshield just above the rear view mirror, it is about the size of a Bic lighter. When I picked up the truck the sensor was hanging there by the wires. When I complained to the front desk they told me that they do not have any double sided tape ! I find that hard to believe. I needed to buy a roll of double sided tape, only to use 1 inch of it, and re-attach the sensor myself.3 - most upsetting is that during the windshield replacement they had left a few slice marks and scuffs on the vinyl vertical piece inside the windshield on the passenger side ! I take great care of my interior and this was very disturbing. The office person told me that they are not responsible for anything pretty much. I contacted the Corporate Main office, then got a call from them saying they will get on it. The local office called and had me bring the truck back so their mobile vinyl repair guy can fix it. He did repair the vinyl damage, pretty great repair job too I must say, however that was another few hours I needed to re arrange my schedule and leave the truck there, BUT they did take care of it for me, and the local manager woman was VERY nice and polite about the whole thing.Is saving $50 worth the troubles ? Maybe, times are tough and they offer the best price in town, I just wish they would pay a little more attention to the smaller details. I am giving them 4 stars for the windshield price and install, for the effort to fix the vinyl damage, and for the local manager really trying hard to make me a happy customer.

I could not be happier with this company. My windshield in my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD cracked while on an epic road trip. I called Auto Glass Now and scheduled a morning repair. I dropped off my truck and took an Uber to have breakfast. Less than two hours later they called and said that my truck was ready. And the price...Less than my deductible, under $200, and the work seems perfect. WOW, I can not give this company enough praise.

The receptionist was amazing. She was upfront and honest. The gentleman you fixed my window did an exceptional job. I was missing a lock bolt for the lock on my window and he pointed out exactly what I needed. Service was quick and professional.

Although it got done elsewhere, I called about a broken window on a holiday and they were the only place opened. I scheduled for the next day, but the owner took it elsewhere because it was cheaper. Monica called and said they would meet the price and really fought for our business. I will definitely give them MY business next time.

The job was done well enough as far as this unknowledgeable person can tell. Their customer service leaves something to be desired however. I made an appointment for 9am. When I make an appointment I expect to have my vehicle taken back to be worked on within a few minutes with all necessary parts available at that time. Not only was the glass NOT there when I arrived, I was not informed that we were waiting for it, nor was I told that the glass delivery was running late. After its arrival, I was told it would be another 15 minutes, but it actually took 40. What I had initially expected to be only 1.5 hours, at most, out of my day ended up being 3.

The team here is completely unprofessional, I had a driver proceed to chase my car after I made a turn in front of him and tell me hes going to kick my a** proceed to drive back to drop his van off and walk to my car to confront me a second time. After contacting the store and talking to a manager I was told that his behavior was completely acceptable because I stopped in front of him. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and borders the line of being illegal. I would not do business with this location they are nothing but toxic, combative, and ill-tempered people with no moral compass. 0/5

I got my Windshield replaced yesterday and couldn’t be happier. It was super fast with great quality and professionalism. They were able to make me an appointment the same day and I they had the best price in town. Installation came with a lifetime warranty and six months of free windshield repairs. Highly recommended.

Dropped our car off for windshield replacement at 9am today and they said it would take until 1pm. I had an appointment and 4hrs seemed like a bit much but ok, I assume theyre just trying to provide a conservative estimate.WRONG...the lady owner calls at 1:30 saying the car is ready. 4.5hrs wow.. thats much. We get there to pick up the vehicle and they make us wait another 90 MINUTES and dont even apologize. The most poorly run, inefficient shop Ive ever witnessed.The icing on the cake? They dont even have a/c and it was 110° today. Worst customer service and communication to exist. Never again. Dont recommend.

I needed a windshield fast.i called to set up an appointment. To my shock I got an appointment a few hours after my call.The service that we received was very good. They were very good not to leave any goop on the A pillar which has happened to me by a different store. I have recommended this place to several of my friends.

Bought a windshield in February, Sunday it cracked. Took it back for warranty service. They concluded that a speck of a chip caused the crack. So I have to buy a new one. They did work with me to get the lowest possible price, which I a thankful.

Cheap good service they did an awesome job

Pros: My total bill was only 176, which I think is pretty great. Driving with a new windshield is life altering! The work seems well done.Cons: I was told it would take 1.5-2 hours, but it took 3. I chose to sit in the lobby and wait, during which time they played The Day After Tomorrow (so terrible!). A customer came in without a mask and, though an employee saw the person, no one said anything. The tech that brought my car out of the shop got out of my car not wearing a mask and came into the lobby not wearing a mask, so I can only assume they installed my windshield not wearing masks (Ill be disinfecting the inside of my car, of course). There was glass on my steering wheel that cut my finger.Overall, not my favorite experience, but also not the worst.

I appreciate the affordability but what was suppose to take an hour took a little more than 2.5 hours and no one seemed to care.

I requested a quote via their online form on the website and got a response about 15 minutes later. I called to make an appointment, and they got me in the same day! The price to replace my windshield was less than half other quotes I’d gotten. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous and I couldn’t be happier with my new windshield. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future if the need arises!

Prices r great communication not so good my husband was told 10am i walk in and they tell me noon ok not a problem go come back they take my keys at noon i walked out at a couple hrs later btw military discount i do appreciate 10 bucks off but the basic discount is 10% of the cost i worked in retail that served our troops and its 10% my husband served our country and alot of my family members was and still to this day is serving top it off the broke my trim to my car n said it was already broken wrong i have pictures

I have been here to fix my windows multiple times and never had a problem with them until recently. They damaged my seats, called and did not leave a message saying my car was ready or letting me know what time their facility closed, and they gave me an attitude for giving me such a hard time and overcharged me! Will never return here again

My windshield replacement was the lowest price out there and I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. They also have a military discount. The installation took about 1.5 hours. The only con is that I found debris in my car after I just had my car cleaned. It would be great if they cleaned up after themselves.

This buisness claims they give you 50% off. Its false advertising! Every estimate I got was the same price around town. When I asked if they do competitive price they said yes and then added on extra disposal fees and molding fees. Costing me more than any price quoted. Then they scratched my car and broke molding. Not to mention the terrible customer service. Do not do buisness here.

This place is not practicing covid-19 restrictions at all. their customer was not wearing masks in the waiting room and many of the employees were not wearing masks either. they dont seem to wipe anything down when theyre finished and they left a mess of pieces of rubber and and water and a dirty used rubber glove was left inside my vehicle. They may have the cheapest prices in town but they are the dirtiest. I will never go there again.

Awesome people! They replaced my window in half the time they said it would and at half the price of the other places I called. They even cleaned the broken glass out of my floorboard that I hadnt had the chance to get. I was a little short for the taxes and they let it slide with the money I had. Talk about great customer service! They would get 10 stars from me if I could. I couldnt possibly be happier!After weeks of trying to get a mobile unit out to me, these guys squeezed me in same-day, and my car was done in a couple of hours, for HALF the amount Ive ever paid for any other windshield.Dont let the looks of the place put you off, the customer service is great, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and their turnaround is really quick. The workmanship has a lifetime warranty, and my new windshield looks great.

I like their work but I was not happy with the waiting time I took my vehicle in at 1:30 and it didnt get done until 5:45 and all they said (Im so sorry.) Thats all no discount no encentive nothing.

This business did great work but main downfall was the time. I drove there and waited because I was told it would only take an hour and a half but my car wasnt even taken back til 1 hour and 45 minutes went by. So from 12pm to 3:30pm I waited for my windshield to be done. I will not be coming back here again.

Got a chip in the windshield on my brand new truck. Called on Saturday and they were able to see me in minutes and repair the chip as soon as I pulled in. Have had work on an older truck as well. Had a windshield replaced somewhere else a few months ago and the new molding came off. Monica was very friendly, accommodating, and very helpful to fix someone elses work when the original installer would not. They got it done fast and correct! So glad this place was recommended to me!

Worst place ever! Had a broken wound replaced. Glass left all over inside of my car. Window scratching as I roll it up. Also rattles. Returned 3 times and no change. They wont remove or refund my money. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. And for the last month they have been unable to get a response from Monica the manager. WATCH OUT

I made an appointment for 1:30, arrived 10 minutes early and they told me it would take about 3 hours. Im not used to a windshield replacement taking that long so asked how long the process takes. They said about 40 minutes once they start. I then asked well if I have an appointment why would it take 3 hours? Well its that long from when we get your keys - they then told me that I need to call in and let them know when Im coming with my car model. If the process takes 40 minutes and I have an appointment I shouldnt be here longer than an hour.

Friendly with quick service.

We called them on a Saturday morning after both of our vehicles had been broken into as we were heading home from a vacation. They got us in quick and were very friendly and helpful! They saved us from a two day drive with a two broken windows. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!

The price is great if you can get them to do the work. I called to set up a time for them to come out and replace my windshield. They were supposed to come on Monday morning, they gave me a time frame of 9 am to 1pm. I waited all morning, no call, no show. I gave them a call and the girl who answered said the guy had a late start, he is on his way and would be calling me soon. Another hour goes by and I finally receive a call from the technician, says hes still at the shop and that there was an issue with the replacement windshield being broken. A courtesy call earlier in the day would have been nice. I told him I wasnt able to wait for him anymore and needed to reschedule. We rescheduled to Wednesday morning. Wednesday comes around and once again, no call, no show. I have now wasted two of my mornings waiting on their technician. I will be going with a different shop even if it means paying more.

I would just like to thank Auto Glass Now. I had a cracked windshield on a 2019 Chrysler 300 they did an amazing job and I would go back to them anytime they did great work. Thank you auto class now for getting me in and out fast and on my way..

Super affordable and great customer service

10/10 would not recommend. I’ve never actually made a bad review about a company. Windshield was replaced - sensor lights immediately came on- they report they would have never disconnected a sensor light (as if I did it on my own.) Now to add 218 dollars to an already expensive windshield, with a 300 dollar recalibration. Attempting to call as the owner requests In the reply with no answer.

I made an appointment three days early and when I showed up they had no record of me. I even had a transaction number and quote. They said they left a voicemail the previous afternoon but I have no record of a phone call from them. No customer service a half a day wasted.

Had a new windshield installed today. Staff was friendly. Price was pretty good. Had to wait a lil longer than I expected but no big deal. All in all I recommend dropping off your vehicle and pick it up when its ready as they were busy today. Probably because of good price.

I have used this company for many years now, including when the building used to be Glass Emporium. This company always provides friendly customer service, and has low prices. I enjoy that they can always get you in even on the same day no matter how busy they are. Your wait is never that long. I was very pleased with the technician that showed up to complete the repair. However I felt the office staff should have explained, after making an appointment, if you dont answer your phone, they will cancel the SET APPOINTMENT!! I waited 7 hours, called them to find that out! which created a 3 day wait. Dissapointed. but the Tech. John was very personable and did a great job. I would use them again.

My only complaint is the wait. 2 and a half hours after my appointment I was done. The guy before me was given a discount for his time and I was excluded.

Horrendous experience. The issue is not resolved, even though I did receive apologies, from both the local manager and corporate office. I politely approached a technician replacing my windshield, to ask a question about how my glass could have been damaged (I woke up with damaged windshield while my car was secured overnight, which could be due to big temperature change). The technician displayed incredible hatred and rudeness, and I was treated like a 2nd class person, insulted and belittled: I believe he mocked my accent and disability. He responded with rude jokes, pretended my English couldnt be understood (I lived in the States for decades and my English is good enough)-while he wouldnt even remove his headphones to hear my question, tried to humiliate me, just laughed at me in my face, and then became threatening. Also, this person was giving out strange long laughs and acting very irrationally, which made me believe something else was involved here. When I 1st approached him, near my car, he was just using his phone, while leaning on my car, by the way, so he wasnt busy. Among various things he said, this goon was at some point laughing wildly in response to my question, and then picked up very big long knife (used to scrape old gasket) and was staring hatefully while telling me You freak me out. You freak me out.. Im a twice older and much smaller person than him, a woman with lots of grey hair, by the way (to make it perfectly clear, he did not pull the knife on me, it was his work tool he took but the situation felt threatening enough considering things he started saying while switching from holding a phone to having big knife in his hand). I became afraid for my safety and for my car and almost called the cops at that point, but the manager showed up. Not only I was put down, disrespected and discriminated against by the tech, I became very concerned about the quality of work due to the mental state and hatefulness of that bigot. Im still very concerned about it and dont want to get killed by the displaced or broken windshield if my car ends up in the accident. The manager did apologize to me, twice, and appeared to be a pleasant person who acted professionally, the front desk staff were also pleasant. Im still very concerned this tech was allowed to proceed with windshield install, after I reported the problem to the manager, it should have been handed off to another tech (when it happened my car had windshield removed and had none, otherwise Id have just left without letting them touch it further). When I approached my car, there were no signs that customers not to approach and the tech didnt tell me anything of that nature, he was just acting way out there, crazily laughing and insulting me. Id called corporate office in Oakland the same day to document what happened as well. I never experienced anything like that in any of the numerous car shops I used in my life; normally, techs are friendly people ready to explain issues they saw. Also, during my 2-hour wait, I heard multiple wild screams coming from the shop, horseplay type of stuff, very unprofessional. I called multiple shops and the only way to inspect the glue work for quality is to remove the glass and reinstall it (and glass can break during removal), so looks like Ill be out of all the money I paid these people, and right now Im forced to do cross-country drive back with potentially unsafe windshield.
