People are always friendly here and always there to help you out. I think theyre a lot better than all the other auto stores. I usually try to get all my auto parts from Napa.

Had work done at the Machine Shop work was done in a timely manner and friendly staff

Went in to find a starter for my boat,it has a 454 with a merc bell housing,the guy that was helping us didnt even listen to a word, me and my buddy said,and acted like he really didnt want to help us! But the people in front of us got all the help they needed,maybe if I would have spoken Spanish to the guy,instead of English, I would have gotten the part we needed! And trust me,I can speak both!!

They didnt have part I needed. But it was a HUGe store. Must be the main hub. Watch the surrounding streets for one ways! Was kind of busy! Felt a lil neglected and rushed when finally helped. But understandable with as many customers were there. Lil overwhelmed with size. Not ur normal autozone if thats what u are expecting... As far as size! Would def go back.

What should have been a quick 10 minute stop took an hour plus. Ordered pads and shift interlock online. Went roughly 30 minutes later and the young lady at the counter could not find my order. Showed her the email confirming the order. Still took another hour to get my parts at the price I was quoted online.

I think NAPA parts are a higher quality than the average autoparts chain stores and this location seems to have a lot in stock and good counter help.

You have to pull a number for service,even for a simple purchase. Time consuming! I walked out.

I am not normally one to post reviews on social media but i feel it is necessary to let the public know the difficulties my family has encountered with the Napa Machine Shop on 2nd Street in Albuquerque. I chose the Napa affiliated shop with the assumption that a large corporate based entity would have the integrity to honor their service more than a local shop in the event a problem was to occur. I paid The shop back in Mid March of 2017 for the rebuild of a 2004 Chevy Aveo engine. following the install of the rebuilt motor the car appeared to be running well for the first couple of months. On the 18th of May my son was driving with his young baby and his girlfriend on I-40 EB at 10 am for an appt. when the Car suddenly quit running and he coasted through heavy workday traffic to the side of the interstate. stranded on the side of the road with nowhere to go he called me to help retrieve them and the vehicle. upon returning to my home and after disassembly of the motor it was determined that one of the Rod caps was not assembled properly during the rebuild and came apart during operation causing a severe hole in the side of the engine block and forcing a chunk of cast iron to lodge itself between the opposite side of the block and the crank stopping the motor from rotating instantly while travelling 65MPH down I-40. when i approached Glen at the shop he willingly offered to repair the engine under warranty but was unwilling to entertain any potential damage to the transmission as a result of the engine failure. since the motor was not functioning this was understandable as there was no way to ascertain the potential damage without the engine being in the car so i told him that once the motor was reinstalled i would check the transmission for function and contact him with my findings. the motor was finished after nearly 6 weeks in their shop and we reinstalled the week of 9/1/17. it was determined following the install that the transmission has significant noise emitting from it, and has lost its top end gear so it will no longer achieve speeds over 45 mph without the RPMs exceeding higher than acceptable levels. i have made contact with Glen at the Machine shop and he has indicated that they are standing by the position that they are only responsible for the motor and no other damage related to the imploding of the motor they rebuilt. We have not asked for any compensation for the additional expenses that we have encountered if we were able to support it. At this point my son has encountered significant difficulty in obtaining transportation to and from work for his normal daily needs and we have performed all of the removal and reinstall labor ourselves not to mention there were no third party towing expenses as i performed the pick up of the broken vehicle myself. I have attempted to contact Napa corporate via Email on 7/30/17 with no response, and now the General manager Troy with no response. i am now resorting to social media to inform the public of the situation with hopes that the honor and integrity of Napa as an organization will overcome in this situation and they will hold up to their end of the transaction and compensate my son for the repairs needed to return his vehicle to an operating condition as it was before they performed this bad build. If this does not prompt a response in the next few days i will have no other choice but to resort to Legal support and possibly the local TV and radio media sources. they all know how to contact me if they choose to do so.

If they dont have it they go out of their way to help you find it! Thanks for the great service.

Make sure you take a number when you walk into the store. I mainly go for machine shop work which is competitively priced and quick turnaround. The boss of the machine shop is very good at what he does and cares a lot about the community.

This location was actually very very busy. Had lots of coustomers and you have to take a number. The staff was not that freindly or helpful.

It took three trips to get wiper blades. One location said they dont have a listing for my vehicle. A phone search located them at another napa location in Albuquerque where I traveled. That store said we dont have any (even though theyre in stock)but the first store does. Their inventory and product directory software needs to have its 5 1/4 floppy disk buried next to the Atari E.T. gamesThis is why brick and mortar is failing my friends.

Best place to get your auto and truck parts. The dealers RIP you off, the generic auto parts sell you cheap parts that dont last and the junk yards are for glass and fenders only. Napa has good quality parts that are well worth it. Been a customer for 40 years. But it takes forever at counters thats the only set back.

Best NAPA Auto parts there is. This is the place to go if you need anything. These guys are the best and have always helped me out. I was in a rough spot today and a man Stan helped me out and was very knowledgeable. If you need anything Auto even the equipment and supplies to install, fix, or make your car go from off the lot to that thing thats got all in one spot. But no joke, this place is the place to go and I have been to not only all the NAPA locations but have also been to every Auto store in the state and there is no substitute. Thank you Stan, you are a gentleman and a mechanic.

If you are in a hurry or just need to pick up something quick do not come here. This is the slowest auto parts story on the country. I called ahead to hold a part. When I arrived I was next in line and waited 15min to be helped then waited another 10 for them to find the part and finish the transaction. Longest wait with other customers was 45min.

Parts were pre-ordered, but they couldnt find the confirmation code. Service is not very fast.

This is an interesting location for an auto part store. The store from the outside looks like a warehouse and not a store. Once you go in its a pretty big store and the staff are very helpful. I looks like the store gets busy because they have you take a number when you first walk in.

AMAZING Customer Service, came in to buy brakes. I lost my receipt for the lifetime brakes but that didnt stop Brian D. He looked up all the brake orders for my car type for 3 months until he found the transaction and matched my card. He saved me $70 that I was prepared to spend and did it happily. As he said car repairs are already expensive enough. Its nice to trust retailers again.

This is a distribution center and store. Service is great. It can be busy, and you should grab a number ASAP. I drive an Audi, the normal stores dont always have oil, filters....in stock. This location does.

After going to two of tbe larger aftermarket companies and being told that i had the wrong part in my hand I mosied over to NAPA main wearhouse and got the matching part in my hand; a master cylinder for a 1973 Superior RV motorhome. The fact that it was there and like Smithsonian in quality made even better. Then they gave me a VETERANS discount. Most excellent. Peace.

Please note: If I could give this no stars and still write a review, I would. There were numerous issues with my recent trip and purchase at this NAPA location, but I will only list a couple that stuck out to me. Firstly, political opinions should not EVER be discussed, spewed, and announced by the employees to any customer who comes through the door. There are many businesses who have suffered financially because of this exact issue. However, an employee felt the need to spew his political beliefs at me the moment I entered the doors. Secondly, I was on a road trip, stopped at this location on my way, and purchased some items. However, I did not need them, and going out of my way once again, I returned to the store to get a refund. The item in question wasnt opened, but they refused to refund my $150. NAPA has lost my business forever.

Excellent customer service was in and out in 5 minutes had the part I needed in stock very friendly I will be going to this location from now on.

I like that they had everything i needed and my husban fixed my truck in the parking lot so its been a good morning so far

Stopped in for a quart of brake fluid, no checkout available, I had to wait for service at the counter. Painfully slow experience. Otherwise this place is great if you require expert advice on your repair project.

I went in for some parts my mechanic sent me for. They where very helpful got me all the right parts the first time.

They have the help... i have been going to other stores and sick of them ordering the wrong parts...Over the phone the give photos of parts while were pulling them off the car/engine.. they are the best

I bought snow chains at this location and discovered that the box contained two chains. When looking at the owners manual to determine which tires to apply the chains to, I learned that chains are not recommended on my vehicle due to lack of clearance. I tried to return the chains (unused and the plastic packaging still intact) and was told that they dont take returns on snow chains. The issue of clearance and the non-return policy was not mentioned by the staff at the time of purchase.
