I went in there for help & I got a boat load of it!I had a huge knot in my hair & this wonderful woman literally took her time to get it out for me, for free! This place is awesome & even more so the staff is excellent & wonderful! Theyre extremely helpful & talented! If you need anything beauty related & you have questions, go here asap! The staff is very experienced & Im 100% positive theyll have an answer for you with some extremely good suggestions!

I have naturally curly hair and decided to come in for some supplies to add blonde highlights. I was approached by Bliss who was incredibly helpful and a joy to converse with. She provided excellent suggestions and went out of her way to make my experience a positive one. Thank you Bliss!

I went in and grabbed two hair dyes from the same shelf, aqua. My hair just faded from the first box. I went to re-dye it with the second box and it’s a completely different color. This is ridiculous now I have two totally different shades of green and blue in my hair!! This was my entire experience at Sally’s. My cashier should have noticed the mistake!! All the hair dye on the shelves were in the wrong spot!!! I spent half an hour just trying to match colors before I could pick one!! If you’re looking for beauty assistance and organization this is not the store!!!! I am so upset right now and I will never return to this store!!! I would’ve had an easier and more efficient visit from going to Walmart. And I can’t even remember the last time I stepped in a Walmart

The first time I went in I was given wrong info so my time and money were wasted. Recently, things have changed and I have been in several times now and the staff is really helpful/informative young ladies so I couldnt be happier.

Nice place.. They all seem to be laid out the same which is nice because if you recall it in one store its likely in others in the same place.

Ask the lady if a kit has everything I need for hair dye and if its for use more than once..opens it later doesnt have delvoper. Bad customer service. Just looks at me like Im stupid everytime I go in there. Calls my boyfriend maam everytime I go in there for some weird reason.

Never opens at 9. What a frustration when you are in a hurry or in a pinch- not professional at all. Lights are on, you can tell they are in there but doors are locked and apparently their opener just cant get their stuff together in the morning ....

Wouldnt let me in before they closed, just to exchange something. Thanks a lot, I needed to dye my hair tonight.
