Great people own this place. Was able to get a part for the car within 24 hours. With the backlog on freight these days that was no easy task because it was a special part. Highly recommend.

After I Had my Vans engine rebuilt my Transmission was slipping and shifting rough to keep up with new motor. I made appt. for transmission tune up (replaced screen, adjust bands, change fluid).1and half hrs later and a very reasonable price I was on the road again.

My transmission fluid got to hit because their mechanic put too much transmission fluid in my car!!!! Now they’re not trying or we’ll to help fix the problems it caused

I havnt personally used them, but a buddy of mine has and he let me know that although they are small and have a mom and pop kinda feel they are very good at what they do and are extremely friendly. If he recommends it then so do I.

This place is family owned. Honest auto car. Reasonable prices. If they find something that needs to be fixed, they take you back to the car and show you first hand. They are very courteous. They are extremely busy so you actually have to book an appointment unless it is an emergency. They are worth the wait, as you know, they will not milk you for every dime.

I stopped in to this shop because my Mothers (new) used car threw out a check engine code. This, after I paid another shop to inspect the car before she purchased it. That shop apparently didnt take the time to look at the transmission.While the news my mom got today wasnt what she was hoping for, the silver lining is that I found a trustworthy and competent shop in Auto Clinic & Transmissions to work on my familys vehicles. The owners took the time to show my mother what was wrong, and explain exactly why they recommended the action they did. I appreciate the level of humanity, decency, and professionalism the owners displayed while we were in their shop.

Scheduled a transmission fluid service for my moms vehicle. They did not only do a great job with the transmission service, but went above and beyond to help re-calibrate the windshield wipers of the vehicle. This issue caused a lot of headaches for my mom and they resolved it without requiring further charges. The owners of this repair shop are kind and make your experience very seamless. Reasonable prices and highly recommended!

I called this garage & asked for an estimate for replacing a lower trans line. The gentleman on the phone was very nice, and gave me a good quote, so I scheduled an appointment. When I came in, I was given excellent customer service, and the repair was fixed relatively quickly. However, once they handed me back my keys, I started my car, and my check engine light came on. Ive owned this car since 1999, and have driven it daily since 2001. I keep it regularly maintained, and the second anything begins to leak/go out on it, it is taken in to be repaired. The check engine light has only ever come on one other time; when the oil sending unit went out. So, I went back inside to inform them that my check engine light was now on, and they seemed to not really care. I was then told that the mechanic noticed it was on when you came in, but must have forgotten to make note of it in the paperwork. Um, no. It was NOT on when I drove over! I freak out when any idiot light comes on, and I never ignore them when they do come on. I originally went in to get my trans line replaced, but all they did was add a new fitting, and an O ring. For $110! They said they would have a mechanic look at why the engine light was on, and he proceeded to hook it up to a bunch of machines, and then told me he was going to reset it. When that didnt work, he told me he didnt know why it was on but was going to go to lunch. When I went to leave, the owner told me the engine light must have come on because my brake booster was going out. I call BS. It has a BRAKE idiot light for anything brake related. Why would my brakes have anything to do with my engine? The owner then told me that they were all going to lunch, and I could bring my car back in later in the day. At first, I was very impressed with this shop, but I left feeling screwed over. Unfortunately, I will not be bringing my car back to these guys. Best of luck to them.

I arrived to put in a job application and the first thing i notice is this woman came up to us right away. She had a very cocky attitude and was quite unpleasant. i decided to leave right then and there. Every feeling i got from her was negative, and my intuition told me to leave. i do not recommend this place.i think you are mistaking me for another person. i did not even get an application from you because the whole attitude was nasty. i was dressed in full black, collard shirt, very nice appearance. and i have lived here my whole life. you cant assume the first bad rating is the guy you didnt like. another point. assumptionjust dont go here, too many problems and the people are vengeful.

A week ago I took my car to auto clinic bc I was having battery issues, the car would not start, battery was draining over night. Previously I took my car to the dealership and they had my car for a week and was given the car back after replacing a car part that took a week to get. Three days later my car started to have the same issue, the car battery drained over night.At this Auto clinic they at first hesitated and recommended I go back to the service manager and ask that they ck my car again because I had spent so much money. The receptionist/ owner then saw my frustration and told me they would check the battery, starter, and the basics just to verify thosethings were not the problem. Well, the young mechanic was asked to postpone his lunch and look into it right away. Turned out to be a terminal that easily jiggled loose andwouldnt stay tightened. Furthermore, the battery was replaced bc it was 3 yearsold. Got it back within the hour. The car has started ever since wout problems, evenafter not driving it for 2 days.! I’ve taken several vehicles to the Auto Clinic for transmission service and I’ve always had a good experience. My most recent visit was with my 2015 Ram 2500. Several weeks after getting my transmission serviced I noticed a small leak coming from the transmission pan, I called the AC and they explained to me the 68RFE automatic transmission pan is notorious for leaking because they’re a poor design from the factory and the standard gasket sometimes isn’t enough to seal it. After some research I found that a lot of people have this same issue with the 68RFE. The AC had me take the truck back to them and pulled the pan, resealed it with RTV and let it dry overnight before adding any fluid. I picked it up the next day and the minor leak was gone. They fixed the issue at no additional charge which was a nice surprise.

GREAT SHOP WORKED ME IN WHEN THEY DIDNT HAVE TOO. THE MECHANICS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE THE WORK IS. ON TIME AND ESTIMATES ARE WHERE THEY NEED TO BE.

The lady quoted me 300 to 500 dallars to service transmission on 2014 jeep Cherokee I have transmissions serviced by Jim and never has been ridicules on prices so I went to their compedeter and had it serviced for 175 dallars sorry Jim you lost my buissnes

Very rude. the people are just there to put bread on the table and nothing more. they cared not about anything outside of their standard practice. they seem to go the quickest easiest route. not to mention, one of the ladies working there was especially improper. your better off going to some mexican shop around zuni area. not joking. they will do it better and cheaper.

Love this place very friendly staff and took good care of my jeep asked if it was repair or preventative maintenance which was preventative but showed me what was replaced and the condition items that were replaced were in a little high but worth the price

Great transmission service but no ac recharging I will never come back to pay for Ac recharge they Dont inspect first the ac system if has a leaking or not, the just put the recharge and tell you is a leak on a line so you have to pay for the service y they gives the warranty only if they change the line They dont care if you can afford it or not in that case I lost my money and my ac recharge!

I wouldn’t recommend taking your care here had my transmission serviced went back a week later they did brake work on my car the owner told me a price of 252$ over the phone I went to pick up my car when the work was completed and the bill was $511.00 that is ridiculous after that they lost my business I’m better off doing the work myself instead of getting ripped off especially in this rough time everyone is going through it’s to bad there’s people like that out there they did me wrong and it’s not right and the owner tells me oh I will make it up next time your car needs work it’s like why don’t you honor your price
