I found the service very good with one exception.When I made the appointment I was told it would take 3 hours to complete. It took 5. I had arranged to spend 1.5 hours working out and then be dropped off by my wife to wait. At no point was I given an update although I saw the car on a lift with all wheels removed. Had I been informed at the outset I would have made other arrangements. Please be a little more considerate of your customer’s time.My other issue is the lack of coffee in the coffee machine. A minor detail to be sure, but Audi is supposed to be an upscale manufacturer and I have not encountered this at other dealerships.
Lionel Kinsel always puts me together! He gives you the white glove treatment (sans white gloves of course) and always helps to make sure that your vehicle is taken care of properly. If you need ANYTHING in the MB service department get in touch with Lionel!
Tech sent text with video and walked through everything he completed while in service. Very cool! Washed my car while there. Offered coffee and snacks before I left.
Gave the MB sales manager a call first to discuss my concerns, but he never called back.Recently purchased a beautiful use car...no buyers remorse. The salesman did his best i believe. He even drove 3hrs one way to deliver. Wouldnt take my money. BUT, I repeatedly asked and even emailed regarding the service history. I never got a clear answer. My email addressed my concerns and expectations. All they had to say there are no records and I would have been ok with that. Nothing. So I have to assume the worst and replace everything to bring the maintenance up to date. During the test drive it was noted the tires were bad and all four would be replaced. They only replaced the rear with slightly used tires.I expected more from this dealership. You may too.
So I go in after traveling from my Durango, CO, home 3 1/2 hours away (I rented a hotel room to be there bright and early too, so theres that). I dropped my Sprinter Van (SV) first thing and got it back 4 to 5 hours later, plus a $2,264.35 bill - I dont mind the bill, but I do not think they can be trusted. My van worked fine, until the turbo hose worked loose. Apparently they never re-tightened the hose clamp after removing the hose to get access for service. When the hose did work loose, its effect stranded me on the side of the highway in Boulder, CO, (6 1/2 hours away from my Durango home). With no options but to wait on a tow, I looked under the hood and saw exactly why the van would not run. I borrowed some tools and got it back together and drove to where I was staying. The next morning (Saturday) I called the MB Sprinter Van manager first thing to let them know what happened, and I still have not received a call back. I went to a German auto shop to scan codes since the engine light would not go off. The tech told me there were many codes on - some associated w/ the incident, some not. The MB service should have cleared or checked the codes while servicing I think, since I paid $489 for Job #A (PERFORMED INSPECTIONS AND ROAD TESTED) plus $631 for Job #C (REASSEMBLED AND TEST DROVE TO VERIFY CONCERN IS NO LONGER PRESENT), but they did not. I am out a full tank of gas, time on the road, a hotel room, no interest in my situation from the MB shop, so I think their behavior qualifies as very, very poor. It feels to me like they could care less. I doubt Ill ever be back to let them look at my vehicle again...
This was my service appointment with Audi of Albuquerque. I previously had a Mercedes and also currently have a Cadillac. I have had excellent service appointments for these two vehicles. However, the Audi service was Superlative, they went the extra mile from my first phone call to David until I drove away from my service appointment. I have never had a finer service experience. They met us as we drove up, had all the paperwork ready. We were out the door in the complimentary loaner in 5 minutes with just 5 clicks on a text message, a quick walk around and a signature. They sent a video of the work in progress and delivered our Audi ahead of schedule. The work was done perfectly. David our service agent was extremely professional and courteous and kept us informed every step of the way. Just amazing customer service from every employee we encountered. My highest possible recommendation!
I was using the Mercedes-Benz dealerships EV charger. But I did talk to a salesperson about Mercedes-Benz. He also showed me a few other cars around the back lot. He was a very nice salesman. The sales lobby was very clean and tidy. When I start getting rich Ill probably go shop for Mercedes-Benz. So it definitely go back and check it out again.
Audi of Albuquerque always does an excellent job at taking care of me and my car. For my last visit, Blake was there to greet me, get me a loaner and get me on my way. The car was ready right when he said it would be. They never try to up sell anything and just let me know what I need if there are any issues. I have taken 3 different Audis there over the last 22 years and it is one of the few places I trust to do things right.
Called for some information today on a sprinter van and was very pleased with the professionalism everyone I talked to had. Billy in particular was very helpful and I could tell he really cared about his customers! Thank You for the great customer service!
Starting off with sales man was a good experience. There were a couple times Ray was suppose to call me with info, I ended up having to call him back. We went to finance dept., paid cash after trade in. We are from Texas, so amy told us if we paid taxes we would get our plates quicker. She gave us a buyer agreement and said to take to tax office, we were not told we needed nothing else. Wasted trip to tax office. I also found a mistake on buyer agreement, she agreed and corrected it. But I could not get her to mail me a corrected copy. She told us we needed some paper work from tittle dept. along with the buyer agreement. I sent her two emails, with no kind of response. Also left two messages on her office phone, never got a call back. So, I called salesman and asked him to check on it for me. I was also suppose to receive a check for $599 on the mistake on buyer agreement. After talking to Ray, he told me THAT I WAS NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER they had. Which I expected him to say, I will check into to the title, corrected buyer agreement and getting me the check for $599. Not that I wasn’t the only customer they had. I did receive paper work, after two weeks of trying to get someone to help me. Just to find it contained the bad buyer agreement, instead of the corrected one. So here we go again! I fell like after we bought the car, we were forgotten about. The thing that bothers me the most, is the way our salesman told me that I’m not the only customer they have, instead of just taking time to check on things for me and getting back with me. I will not buy another car from your dealership.
The work on the day of service was terrific, staff was efficient and the work was well done. The courtesy driver represents the business well. The reason for three stars is that it took me three calls to have someone return my call to make the appointment. Since I did not receive a call back I went to another business to have a new windshield installed and that when the problems began. Returning calls is as important as quality work from the service staff.
Incredibly inefficient. Poor customers service. The service advisors give you the run around. Don’t expect them to call you. You will have to call them if you want updates. The turnaround time to get your vehicle fixed is insane. I’m going on 3 weeks. I was told it would be ready by a certain day. Never received a call to pick it up. Called them, only to be told they have to order more parts!!! Parts that are on Hold! Don’t expect them to go out of their way and give you a loaner. Anyone waiting for car in service for over a few days should automatically be given a loaner. Something doesn’t add up. Come on Mercedes-Benz of Albuquerque, you can do better than that.
We saw a vehicle on cars.com that was at this dealership and went to check it out. The girl that helped us either was too young to know what good customer service was or just didnt care. Since it was under $10,000 she asked if we were paying cash. We said no, we were financing. She then went to find the keys and came back and told us that she couldnt get them from service department to try back in a couple if days. Didnt get our names or even acted like she wanted to help.Two days later we called and talked to John Pond (not positive on last name), he got our name and telephone number and said hed call us back in a half hour, which he did. Was able to get the keys from service department and had it ready for us to look at when we got there. Unfortunately mom was too short to get into it, so he looked to see if there was another vehicle in our price range. Offered us water while we waited, and brought out another vehicle for us to see. Mom was too short for that also. So although we werent able to buy anything from them John did give great customer service of which we were thankful.
In making my appointment, I requested that the service be conducted while I waited in store. When I arrived, I was informed that the service should take approximately 1.5 hours. The work was actually done in one hour. I was happily surprise.

I bought an Audi A5 Sportback 2021 on June 30. Awesome customer service. I had a couple of things wrong with my car. It just needed to be updated with the system so it could stop glitching and the passenger door led light was not all the way connected. They were able to get me back in really quick to address my concerns. Cassandra Was my sales person she is very nice and really cares to ensure you have the best experience possible. Not bad for my first luxury car ever.

Contacted this department, spoke to DARLA asked a question and was RUDELY cold transferred WITHOUT EXPLANATION. The line immediately went silent when I began asking my question about my vehicle. I work customer service so I know this does not meet employee expectations. If I did this where I was employed I would definitely be FIRED.This was my first interaction with this location, as I recently just got a vehicle and simply needed some assistance with the service department.

Great service. Only mismatch was being told the wait for the 10k service would only be an hour when I scheduled the appointment on the phone, but then being told 1 hour and 45 minutes when I arrived at the shop. It was indeed an hour and 45 minute wait, but I hadnt expected to be waiting that long when I set up the appt.
Fantastic service all around. I actually live in Austin, and just had to get an oil change and updates. The whole team was amazing from start to finish; even though I dont live in the area; they are top notch! Could not be more impressed.

I took our van, an Airstream Interstate RV, to MB of ABQ as I felt the battery was dying. They analyzed it in detail and the battery was fine, I was just not properly isolating the vehicle battery from the coach loads when camping without shore power or running the generator. Now I know better. Thanks!

Very unhappy, the service department absolutely has no concern about you not one bit only the money that you have !!! I love my car but hopefully you never have to go to the service department. Especially Lionel the gentleman that is in charge of supposedly helping me, he needs to be retrained in customer service.
If I could give zero stars I would. A simple misunderstanding with a client giving an incorrect email address has resulted in about 8 follow up emails despite unsubscribing and calling reception to have the email address changed. It seems staff walks a fine line, balancing between incompetence and stupidity. The problem is still not fixed despite a conversation with some mindless drone at the front desk. If they cant handle a simple task like this, how do you think they will deal with your luxury vehicle?

Buying a new car can be a bit overwhelming, but our salesperson Annette Zuziela was absolutely AMAZING!!! You think taking a 20 year old girl shopping for a prom dress was tiring....think about letting her pick out a new car. Annette was patient and made the experience fun. She showed her car after car after car. Endless test drives. We even had to leave for the night so she could think about it and Annette did not pressure us at all. She happily agreed to meet us the next morning and let her come back with a decision. The financing was super easy and went fast and smooth. Annette showered us with so much personal attention, Im not sure how my daughter could ever expect anything less in buying her next vehicle. From the moment we arrived at the Service Department onTuesday, February 2, we received a nice welcome and proceeded in to talk to Leland Hahn. He was gracious as always and promptly checked us in for our appointment. After a thorough look under our E320 with the mechanic the problem we had encountered was fixed. He also brought to our attention concerns we may run into later on. He advised us to contact him immediately when that occurs and he will get us in for service ASAP.

Fast, accurate and complete service on a 20-year old Audi S4. No problems encountered and the new video review of the car, including suspension and other hard-to-view parts, was well done and greatly appreciated. Although the reviewer didn’t know this when he said “Awesome ... Beautiful car”, they have taken care of this car since it was new; this is one reason the car remains in excellent condition.

Excellent experience, worked with a sales rep named Isaiah Trujillo who took great care of me, including multiple long test drives- he even drove me to the bank to get a last minute cashiers check when my original form of payment was going to delay the purchase a day. The receptionist there was so so so rude, I can’t even describe how bad she made me feel. Mercedes Albuquerque just lost my Busines, I won’t be buying from them ever again. We’re giving our money to them, our Busines and all I expect is to be treated with respect. Same thing about the service people, they were literally laughing and not taking me serious. I’m sorry, but I have better places to spend my money at.
This activity was to establish a new lease for a 2022 Audi SQ5. I worked with Terry Maness, whom I have worked with many times before, including leasing my previous SQ5. I very much appreciate Terry having smoothly taken care of all the complex details involved in leasing a new Audi. He successfully ordered this 2022 model exactly according to the detailed specs I requested, even though the availability was limited at this time. He also made all the arrangements for me to easily turn in my previous lease, which would have been much more demanding had I not had him to handle it. Terry also clearly guided me in the operation of the new SQ5, including taking full advantage of the new control and driving features it has. My new SQ5 is a most enjoyable automobile, and I give Terry a great deal of credit for making it that way. He continues to be an extremely competent and enjoyable person to work with!!
We purchased a 2018 GLS450 on Friday Feb. 26. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Ray Sisneros was my salesman and helped make everything seamless.We want to give a special shout out to Tatyana Mooney (technology specialist). I was having difficulty properly setting up a second iPhone correctly and couldnt get Home Link to pair to my Gene garage door opener. She came out to our house; got on the phone with Home Link and resolved the problem quickly. She then took the time to help me set up the second phone so that they both worked correctly. We received absolutely great customer service!

Purchase process was fine, other than the pushy finance guy. I ended up buying an extended warranty knowing I could cancel for a full refund just to shut the guy up because I was running late. I came back a few days later (March) to cancel the service contract, and contacted the warranty company about a month later only to find out the dealer never sent it in. After some discussion about them having no record of ever receiving the cancellation request which I gave them by hand and had a copy of, they re-sent it (May). The warranty company was very quick to respond and issued the refund to the dealers account on the next months (June) statement. It is now August and still no refund, not to mention the finance department will not return my phone calls, emails or messages. Love the car, but not a fan of the dealership. Will revise review if they ever decide to give me the money they owe me.Edit: Refund was finally paid out after ~6 months and they agreed to pay the penalty for non-payment per the contract without any issues. Increased to 4 stars since once I was finally able to talk to someone they were quick to resolve the issue.

Cannot recommend Ray enough! We had to replace a vehicle recently, and Ray was patient, informative, and super efficient. We made an inquiry about a listing online and he responded immediately, so we were about to set a time to go to the dealership that day. We will definitely contact Ray for our next car!

Super easy to schedule my appointment. My appointment was for routine maintenance, so I didnt have to wait long. They also have a very nice waiting room, well stocked with refreshments! Great experience as always!
We have a 2020 Sprinter Van that had issues while in Pagosa Springs, CO. The van went in limp mode, no ABS, no traction control and no airbags. I had my wife and 3 young kids with me so this wasnt a great situation. We couldnt believe what was going on with it as it only had 4000 miles. The nearest dealer was in Albuquerque. I called in a spoke with a service advisor named Tony. He was able to get us in same day and check it out. So 4 hrs later we arrived and they took a look. They found the driver side speed sensor connector had broken due to ice build up. I crawled up under the vehicle and found that it was the cheesiest little connector Ive ever seen in a really bad place near the wheel. I can definitely tell how ice build up in that area could have lead to its failure. Tony ordered the parts and scheduled them to ship NDA for a Friday delivery. We went to a nearby hotel to just wait. Where I get cross ways with this dealership is they instantly discredited a warranty saying it was an outside factor that caused the failure. I say, yes I understand however I feel like this connector is not robust and in a very precarious spot. We were driving on the road in normal winter mountain conditions so why is this my problem. I asked Tony if his service manager would atleast bring this up with Mercedes and see what they say. Tony said that his service manager would not do it. I think this is absolutely ridiculous to not even ask Mercedes what that think but instead he, the service manager, said no and proceeded to charge me over about $800. He dismissed me and never even tried to reach out to me to hear me out. He pushed his agenda through Tony and that was it. Total laziness and poor customer service. Fast forward a day, the parts didnt arrive b/c of the winter storm in TX (parts were coming out of Dallas). I was faced with either sitting in Albuquerque til Monday or limping home or towards the next nearest dealer on my route which was in Midland. Just before we set off to Texas, I decided to look under the car and see exactly what was going on rather than taking their word for it. Come to find out, I was able to simply push the broken plug back over the prongs on the sensor. Instant fix!! The connector was still broke but it easily slipped back on and got us going. We drove all the way back with no problems. SO...my final thoughts are that the service manager is a lazy closed minded person and no one from the technician to Tony realized that this plug could simply be pushed back together. This service dept is a sleep at the wheel. I expect more out of a Mercedes dealer. Oh, I almost forgot the best part of the story! I contacted Mercedes directly and guess what? They warrantied the part and labor at my local dealer.

Great phone and online service in scheduling appointment, car was ready in timely manner my only comment is the service agents were not ever at their desks and it took some time to get the paperwork handled or finished up. The agent was prompt in follow up calls to let me know car was complete but it took a while for him to show up to complete return paperwork. A sales agent walking through did help to greet and make sure I get helped-which was nice.
Kudos to Leigh Chapman. He had to improvise to make a part work, that couldn’t be ordered. Thanks to him, we made it safely home to California. Five stars hands down 😁👍😊
Quick to sale you a car but when it comes to temporary tags and floor mats you have to tell Ray the salesman and Adam the finance manager over 3 times to get you what you need. You call them with no answer and wait over two months for mats ( that I ended up buying myself for 360 dollars with supposedly reimbursement yeah right...). Also I had to call 5 times in a week with no answer or reply to emails to get temp tags. Maybe its because I bought the car online and I am out of town in El Paso, Tx. Nice cars but horrible customer service.

M-B of Abq treated me really well and got me in a van the day I showed up. The one I wanted sold the day before but they pulled many of options and worked hard to get me at the right APR. The salesman John Pond was very kind and did all the leg work to get me rolling quickly. Service techs were great! Service was a little pricier than I expected, but overall a good experience. I had a small crack in the windshield that got very big after the service (perhaps from an interior window cleaning?), and I still can’t use the MB garage door openers!

Im guessing if your at Mercedes-Benz of Albuquerque you must have I Mercedes Benz and I do. No, for real though. I just had my first A service done on my E350 Sport Benz and was treated like a king. The waiting area was very nice and the leather chairs were plush I must say. They had coffee from Starbucks, danishes, cookies, granola bars and cheese nips for snacks. Mind you this was all complimentary. No charge to you. Fancy fancy I say. No, but for real I would recommend anybody needing service for their Mercedes Benz to go to Mercedes Benz of Albuquerque.
