I arrived to the discount tire they were waiting outside to make appointments to check out your tires or whatever you need done to your vehicle. They looked at my tires I only bought two tires from this discount tires. They treated me with respect they listen to me very carefully they did a very good job on selling me some tires. My car got into the garage and they took a very good care of my tires that I bought & my car. The waiting room was very clean. I definitely go back to this discount tire.

Outstanding customer service, my boyfriend and I were stranded in Kingman Arizona on route from CA to CO. We called a dozen plus stores on our route to get 2 oversized tires (none of them had in stock and due to the holiday, we were looking at 4 more days) Tyler was able to get them at another tire shop and have them for us when we arrived. We drove from Kingman AZ on a smaller sized spare and was so happy when we arrived! With the help of Tyler and his team and shout out to Andrew.. they got us in and taken care of so we could get back on the road ASAP!Thank you to the team for all your help! 🙏🏼

I normally dont post reviews, but this place has infuriated me so much I feel I have toMy car had a screw in one of its tire and I had just bought two new tires for my car I call I was told they would replace the tire ....I when I arrive I was told they no longer had my tire in stock but I could buy another one only having 3 functional tire I had no choiceI was told it would be a bit of a wait. That was at 245 it is currently 515 and they are barely working on my car to replace one wheel .....save your money and time find another tire place......this is what happens when people except mediocrity is common ground.

I love discount tire. I started coming here because I had a flat tire one day and discount patched my tire for free sent me on my way in about an hour. They said they will always patch a tire as long as it isnt in the side wall because they want people to be safe. Well now I get my tires from discount over every other tire shop. On my recent visit I bought 4 new tires and 4 rims. I made an appointment and they had me in and out within an hour. There was a slight hiccup while getting my tires done but the guys at discount took care of me as always. This place is always busy and the employees work hard to get everyone in and out. I havent been to this location for 4 years but wanted to leave a review after a less than thrilling experience at the south valley location. This location has always been great to me. Once had a flat tire and was going out of town. Showed up before they opened to wait, was the first there waiting and even though a man tried to jump in front of me and a few others the employee told him he saw me there first and helped me right away. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes from what I remember. FAST and friendly.

Great customer service. We had a flat on I25 and they were able to get us new tires fast. If you have to wait, try the nearby Nexus Brewery Restaurant, as we got recommended by the customer service. We were happy and time flew by and soon we were able to continue our trip.

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment to bring in my truck yesterday because I had a slow flat on one tire and they were getting worn. I agreed to replace all four tires plus the spare. I had discussed with the salesman that I was planning to leave town on Monday. I wanted to go up one tire size, which they said they had in stock. Issac told me that they would be done a little after 4:00 and that he would call me if they were done sooner. I Ubered home at 1:30. I heard nothing from discount tire and returned at 4:15. Issac told me that he had bad news. They only had 2 tires in the larger size, but they had many in my current size. I asked if we could instead put the current size on the truck? He replied yes, but not today, it would have to wait until Monday. I asked if we could patch the slow leak in the tire? He stated yes, but not until Monday. They asked for my phone number 3 times and I never received a call to discuss the problems they encountered. A phone call could have led to an acceptable solution and a happy customer. Issacs excuse was that I didnt get a phone call because He went to lunch. He went to lunch for 3 hours?! I re-arranged my whole day, took 2 uber rides and then left the shop with the same flat tire that I drove in on. Now my trip on Monday is likely off so that I can take care of this mess. Never going back.

Mega blow out!! Drove in on my donut. Bought tire online via my cell, though they were packed, my wait was much shorter, due to being expedited from the online ordering. Tip: select store location, tire, pay and be on your way to store. Front of the line type service. A-1 customer service!!

After going to another discount tire in area where I purchased my tires they wanted me to wait two days for tire rotation and balance for an RV well I went to this store and only had to wait an hour tire work was completed quickly and showed how back inside tires had not been balanced correctly which was why I had a high speed shaking I highly recommended this location thank you

Very helpful staff and courteous and fast. I have been a customer for quite a few years, and this is one place Ive been impressed at the service. AMAZING service!!!! I always get nervous going to auto shops of any kind because I’ve been pushed around, up-sold, over charged and lied to by mechanics in the past. My experience at Discount has almost always been good. Probably the only issue has been how busy they get. With this new updates through text this is perfect as I could leave and come back. Plus, got a free tire repair with nail in it. Great experience.

Bought a set of tires here, car never drove right, always shaking. It took them 3 times to get the balancing correct on my car. Then the TPMS light came on... Asked the store manager to call me and never heard from anyone.

Took hours to get a couple of tires dismounted/mounted. Sales rep ultimately saved the day by being communicative and in the end doing the tire work himself. All said and done never returning to this location again.

I love this store. My tires are great and work well still. I get to go get free Air checks in my tires too at anytime and they do free tire rotations. (I bought tires here) Great Location

They told me it would be a 45 minute wait to fix my tire that was already off the car when I took it in. Went back a hour later for the tire and they told me it was going to be another hour. I took my tire back and he was more then happy that he wasn’t getting my service. Every time I go it just seems like they work on the cars they want to first.

Service is kinda hit or miss. Bought new wheels/tires, expelled what/how I wanted it done (industry standard practices) nothing out of the ordinary. Inside guy told me that is how they do it. Kids assembling the wheels and tires did whatever they wanted to. Had to go back multiple times to get tires balanced properly without having 5oz of weight (all in 1/4oz weights, thats 20 individual weights) in one long continuous strip....

Last week, I ran over a screw. Went to @discount_tire for the repair and they found a crack in the rim. I ended up ordering another set there - the employee was sooo patient browsing rims with me online while maintaining social distancing and constantly sanitizing everything. It was a really painless experience. They were all very nice and professional. Thank you!

Three times now I have gone to both the Juan Tabo and the Menaul locations because the locations are more convenient. Three times I have ended up at Pan American because of the speed of service and how friendly they are. Honestly mostly the speed of service being a factor as well as their attentiveness and communication. If I have to wait 2 hours for my car I can count on it bring 2 hours or less. I can count on driving up and being greeted and directed exactly where to go and what the next step is in a timely manner. Whether it is an air check or a tire repair I know I can count on them to take care of my cars and make sure I’m aware of what to expect and how long I will be there. For these reasons this is now my store and will continue to be my store no matter how convenient or inconvenient the location is. I’m not trying to talk bad about the other locations. I know that they all get busy and that things are especially trying in a Covid world, but the Pan American location has their systems and communication down pat and for those reasons it is my store.

My daughter and I visited the store on Pan American on monday. We spoke with a very nice sales rep by the name of Brandon. She picked out some rims and tires that she thought shed like on her maxima. Unfortunately after they were put on she just didnt like them... AT ALL. So tuesday morning I called Brandon and explained the situation and told him she just doesnt like them. There was nothing wrong with tires or rims she just wasnt happy. So Without any hesitation Brandon ask what can he do to make her happy, I asked him to exchange rims and tires for totally different ones and he made it happen. Both our visits were after 5pm and Brandon and the crew made sure my daughter was happy with her purchase. I would recommend Discount Tire Pan American location and Brandon to all my family and friends with pleasure. 5 stars for Brandon and his crew. Thanks again guys!! Great Job!!!

I needed a flat tire fixed and we were waiting for at least 30 minutes for them to come and tell us it would be an extra 2 hours. They could have told us the very beginning when they first checked us in instead of wasting our time. If you need something done in a hurry dont waste your time going there

We shredded a tire on an I25 pothole coming in to Albuquerque. The Volkswagen dealer didnt carry a matching tire on our 2019 vehicle. What? We pulled into Discount Tire, were politely and efficiently checked in, half an hour later we drove away with the exact match expertly mounted. Thanks Discount Tire! You saved the day!

Had appointment at 2:15 to get 6 new tires on my rv, showed up at 2 just to give them a little extra time if they didnt have any other vehicles. I parked at back if shop where told to. About 2:30 a couple pulled up in a 2 axle trailer and didnt have appointment as we talked before they went in. 1 of the guys came out and looked at their trailer and they went back in. A few minutes later the couple came back out and we talked about hoping that they didnt have to wait as long and I had already been. So right at 3 pm guy comes out and says they are going to get my trailer and the other one also, then he disappeared back into shop. A few minutes later another guy came dragging a jack and went to other trailer and started taking off tires. So, needless to say I started up and started leaving. I called them just to let them know I wasnt staying, so then the guy I was on phone with asked if I would pull back around and they would have me done in about 30mins, but after seeing multiple cars get pulled in that showed up after I did, and this being the 2nd time they set appointment with me for 1 of my other vehicles that they did same thing of not keeping appointment time and getting other vehicles in first. I have been customer for many years with many vehicles including dually trucks and such. They should not set appointments if they dont keep them and care for their return customers, or work first come first serve. DR

I came today to get a free air check. Unfortunately, my tire was too flat and needed to be changed. Unable to pay for a new or even used tire, I tried to leave. But, the employee assisting me insisted that I stay and they paid for my new tire. After so much stress, and struggle from this pandemic, Im so humble to see people still care about helping those in need. I highly recommend this place! The service is amazing and the employees are so nice and friendly. Ill definitely be coming back for a replacement on my other tires, of course when I have money to pay for them.

Definitely worth making an appointment if youre in a rush, but overall it was a good experience. Everyone I spoke to was super awesome and professional.

This place can get super busy so I understand when some people on here get frustrated with time but I sat and watched them. They work very hard and diligently the entire team with state of the art equipment and great customer service and a great price with zero cost service for flats and tire rotation if you purchase the tires there. I have no complaints Im a lifelong customer.

Free air pressure check -- very busy, off I-25 (w/ COVID safe measures followed). Got all the tires including the inner dual rear tires requiring an additional device -- attendants generally grimace when I drive up, but Arthur graciously checked & filled low tires -- he was the most positive, friendliest, and most customer oriented individual ever encountered ... THX AGAIN ARTHUR.

They replaced a brand new tire with another new tire because the road force wasnt where it was supposed to be then the other tire wasnt doung so hot either so they put a band aid on it meaning a double layer of weights. I need this fixed or you have lost a customer

Lucas helped me from the second I walked in the door till the second I got back in my car. I went in knowing I was going to need three new tires and wasn’t financially prepared to drop the $500 needed. He helped me get it all worked out and I am now safely driving again! I lost trust in them today, at last at this location. I went in for a blow out on 1 tire, I was helped by the only sales guy that didnt have a name on his shirt, he lied to me telling me that 2 of my tires were at 3/32 and need changed, after I watched him check them and could see no yellow. So I went home and double checked and sure enough both the lowest tires are at 6/32. Dont trust them they are con artists. They used to be honest.
