I don’t have a Mazda but I did buy a used Nissan Frontier from this dealership and I get all my maintenance done there. There service dept is a 10/10. I have taken my truck over there about 9 times for oil changes and regular maintenance on my truck and even though I live across town I don’t mind one bit because of the caring attitude and professionalism I’m greeted with. Any shop could do the preventative maintenance I’ve had done over the years but I keep going back to Quality Mazda Service Center because of the people that work there. And of course the work is always spot on but it’s the way they treat there customers that makes me go back.
Service department is always great. Very helpful and attentive. Sales team members were not being safe. Three of them had masks on their chins. Not properly being used.
Always speedy and willing to help out! I have purchased multiple vehicles here and the service has always been great! This is my go to place for anything I need. I have had body repair, oil changes, and multiple other repairs here, phenomenal staff as well. You cant go wrong here and just for the record none of my vehicles are Mazda so dont let that be the reason you avoid this place!

Weve brought our vehicles here for all repairs and for intermittent oil changes. Generally we have had good experiences, but I did have one that was bad.I took my car in for diagnosis and repair and while there they broke a door part. They didnt have the part and had to order it, which meant they had to keep the car two extra days. They did cover this at no charge. When I went to pick up the car no one was around and several people came after me and were waiting too. We could see people in the back but they didnt come to help us for about 15 minutes. The manager did contact me after this to apologize. I didnt have a chance to return the call, so thats on me.Other than that, Squid normally helps me and he has always been great. I have been in for service since my one bad experience and it was professional as expected.

Fantastic customer service by people who really care
So we went to Quality Mazda service department when our 2017 CX-5 broke down one night on the side of the freeway. Jack Farley the service manager gave us the worst experience during an already difficult situation. The way he handled our situation really represents the death of the service industry. I guess they just dont care.He came at us aggressively and when we asked why the Mazda doesnt come with the part necessary to tow the vehicle he asked me what my job was. I dont understand why it was necessary to know what my job is to do his. But what I do know is that he never resolved the issue with the vehicle and every time we asked him for any help he was condesinding and rude and just made a bad situation worse.It was a shame because what makes a business good is not only the product they produce; but the help and the service they provide to their customers and this is where they fall completely flat.
Just bought a new car from here. Nice showroom and assortment of vehicles new and used.
