We ordered 2 5x5 aluminum signs. A petite young lady with health problems went to pick them up. She asked for help loading them and Lorena said everyone was too busy and she was too short. The person picking up had to call her dad to come load the signs. When I called to discuss the issue management was unavailable and Lorenas response was oh ok. However, manager did call back and the issue was resolved. The signs do look great.

I had 3 windows decals put on my new truck. I am a veteran so being able to show my pride of the Marine Corps on my truck meant alot. when I ordered the decals I was told that they had a warranty and not to worry if something happened. I took my truck back because I noticed some things wrong with my decals, they fixed the one on my side but the back one they wouldnt do because it wasnt covered under warranty. I am very upset because if I would of known paying all I did and nothing being done about it I would have never gone to them. being told one thing just to get me as a customer was not ok. The fix isnt even my fault and I have no idea how it happened but being told we stand by what we do 100% then dont help the customer is no customer service at all.

Ive been a customer for really long time. Im in charge of ordering signage and supplies for the company I work for. Its my responsibility to find the cheapest prices as well as a good product.I appreciate the service, because Im the one that has to deal with vendors. As always Fastsigns did a great job for us. We use several magnetic signs and had some changes to make. They made the changes, presented us with the proofs, which were perfect the first time, and we had our signs in just a few days. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME! ORDERED A SIMPLE BATMAN DECAL FOR THE BACK OF A TRUCK IN NOVEMBER..PAID ALMOST $200 FOR IT AND FIRST IT TOOK 2 WEEKS JUST FOR THEM TO EMAIL ME THE PROOF WHICH WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! THEN WHEN THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED IT WENT IN TO HAVE IT INSTALLED AND THEY HAD NO CLUE WHAT I WAS THERE FOR OR EVEN TALKING ABOUT! THEN THEY RE ORDERED IT AND 2 MONTHS LATER PUT ON THE WRONG STICKER! SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT AND 3 MONTHS LATER AFTER I DECIDED TO GO BACK TO THE STORE THEY SAID THAT BECAUSE OF THE REMODEL THEY DID IN THEIR STORE THAT THEY LOST SOME OF THEIR INVENTORY! 2 WEEKS AFTER THAT WENT IN AGAIN AND THE STICKER THEY HAD WAS EVEN MORE WRONG THEN THE FIRST ONE. I TOLD THEM I WANTED MY MONEY BACK AND THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE I KEPT CHANGING MY MIND WHAT!? NOT ONCE DID THE DESIGN CHANGE FROM DAY ONE WHEN WE WENT IN THERE! 7 MONTHS AND $200 LATER I STILL DONT HAVE THE BATMAN STICKR ON THE TRUCK! PICKING THIS COMPANY WAS THE WORST DECISION! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

All facts and documented!!! Fast Signs (1529 Eubank) Trying to avoid several pieces of vinyl on my sign. Store promised solid that their machine would print on my lexan and in specific, not to use vinyl. told them, I think about it during the wknd, returned monday am, told same promise.paid in full in advance, for a 48 hr or about work turn around, turned out a complete negation of what they promised, asked for money back, instead many emails back and forth, to get the job done the way they could, and not refund me the money, ended up with 3 layers of vinyl overlapping each other with numerous imperfection around the edges. took about 2 weeks, made them to agree to 3 years warranty for their mistake of promise of specifics of work order that i had clearly demanded. well see how its going to last. dont like the job. a bad experience. if you absolutely and positively must do a job with them, make sure min money up front and record your communications!!!but, why going thru all that hassle!?
