Extremely poor service today. I called and the guy seemed annoyed from the start. Ive never had to get a quote for a sign installation and was given limited information by my company.They asked me to get quotes for 2 window clings for 2 panels that are about 7.5 X 4.5. I sent pictures to the email provided by the not so nice gentleman that answered the phone.Now... Im not sure what more information someone would need to give a quote. Picture, material, dimensions. Apparently that is not enough. I requested to have someone look at it and his RUDE response is Im not sending someone out so you can tell them you dont know what they will be putting on the windows.Needless to say, I will be taking my money elsewhere. I can understand frustration about a customer not having all the information available but a lesson in customer service is CLEARLY needed. Try something like I will need _____ to be able to give you a quote. This guy clearly doesnt care about how his tone or lack of helpful information can make his business appear unprofessional and dismissive.
