I have used signs by tomorrow, all over the country for years.This has to be the worst experience and customer service to date.Requested a quote on Wednesday.Did not hear anything back for five days.Called back to followup and was told the person working on my quote was out.The sales person then said they would finish the quote and get back to me shortly.It has now been almost a full week since I requested the original quote and still have not heard anything back from either employee.I went ahead and called three other, local Albuquerque sign companies. Each company was able to provide me with a quote over the phone in five minutes or less.I wasnt even interested in shopping around. I was happy to pay whatever price Signs By Tomorrow asked just to get the job done.After not getting a quote, I have gone forward and placed my order with another company. I will most likely never do business with, or refer anyone to this company again.My guess is that I will have the finished products from the other company before Signs By Tomorrow replies to this one star review.----- UPDATE ----I read the response from the owner and am absolutely taken back. They still have not admitted any wrongdoing and have completely disregarded my review.In addition to publishing an outright lie, the attempt to discredit my rating is an especially low tactic.There are plenty of ways to reach out if they really where interested in making things right.Two more reasons to buy your signs from somewhere else that will take accountability for their actions.
