Walked in, guy behind counter barked what company you with? I said Im not with a company. He said: we only sell to plumbers. They dont notify you of that online, with a sign in front of the store, nothing. You drive all the way over Dont bother to try this place! Ferguson and Bob Garrett Supply were happy to serve me. Garrett is the go to place for Delta parts. Both were very friendly and helpful.
