I absolutely love my ninja air fryer. It does it all from air fry, hydrates, toasts, bakes, broil, etc. The food comes out exactly how you love it. Easy to follow directions, and easy clean.

I was overcharged $1 for 2 of the 3 products I purchased i showed Mateo a product i couldnt find and said it should be in the area i was in if not they dont have it. I live 45 min away so so its not worth it for me to go back. I will just fo to walmart, same service lower prices...

The store was adequately stocked and fair priced with what they had to offer. There were prices missing on a lot of things that we were interested in but managed. The restroom was kept clean and was serviceable. The staff were all professional and very helpful.

I went to the bed bath & beyond on San Mateo and Cutler. The store looked very clean. The staff is very helpful. The story is very easy to maneuver around in. The check out is very fast. Bed bath & beyond has all kinds of home goods that you could buy from them. All kinds of kitchen tools, all kinds of pillows and bedding. I will go back to this bed bath & beyond again for all my needs.

The store had exactly what we needed at a good price. Picked up a couple of items on the markdown rack. New store very nice.

I needed to return a previous purchase & I entered with no mask which is my American right and 3 employees asked for me to wear a mask. I politely said no and they insisted on badgering me and stated that I can no longer shop in there store in the future without a mask; its ridiculous that we are moving backwards and not forward as a country. For this you will no longer receive my monies and I will shop only at stores that are acting AMERICAN about this and not enforcing this. But the best part was when the exchange was excepted the 3-4 employees badgering me to wear a mask asked me to go to the middle of the store to grab a new one of the merchandise I was exchanging & they stood there talking about how terrible I am 🤦🏻😂🤷🏻‍♂️

I was able to pick my order up quickly and they brought it to my car in no time once I signed in.

Kevin, the so called manager is spiteful, patronizing and unprofessional. He has absolutely no business working in customer service. He has an extremely horrible attitude and runs loyal, high paying customers away. Im 99% sure hes suffering from Napoleon syndrome.

Good store to find just about anything. I went there to get a backrest pillow and they had exactly what I was looking for. Employees are all very nice and helpful.

I order a drawstring laundry duffle bag, They cancelled because they didnt have it. When I called them, they also told me that my refund will take about 7 days to get my money back on the card. Its scam waste of time scam store, DONT ORDER FROM THEM. IT doesnt even deserve, 1 star I dont know why google is protecting from them, the zero rating. Yeah maybe because google it self is taking money from them. For the advertisement.

Very impressive kitchen selection, which is why I was there. Bed and bath selection well above average. Although, not my first visit, I believe pricing to be totally acceptable.

No wipes, no hand sanitizer at the door. When I mentioned this to the cashier she said they were out. Of course, there are shelves of the sanitizer for sale in the store but I guess it would be too much to ask that they crack a bottle open for customers. And they werent even busy!

Very big store with lots to choose from. COVID protocols are practiced but mainly very friendly staff and clean store.

Found the best juicer! I found a 20 percent coupon online and was bummed out that I left the store without remembering to use it. The store just closed amd I called and a lady advised I can come back the next day and they can honor the coupon. I came back and was given the difference in saving. Did a pickup order, arrived to the store. Called to let them know I arrived and they proceeded to help the next three people after myself. It took the staff over 10 minutes to bring out my order. Why? I then had to educate the employee not to to say phrases like thank you for waiting. How sad when the customer has to educate employees on customer service.

Staff was helpful and the store was clean and well kept.

The names suits the place. Employee went to find batteries for me. I know that sounds small, but they did not just point me to some other place in the store. Kindness was on display. Good job guys. Keep up the good work.

I ordered online. I received a email stating that only part of my order was ready and it showed 2 items had been cancelled. So right away I called customer service and spoke with a customer service representative who swore up and down that my entire order was available an shipped. I told her that thats not what this email is stating she again kept insisting that on her side it showed every thing was in stock and fine. I then tell her that they are slippers and so I was just going to have you get the next size up she then reassured me that I would be receiving all 3. So I get to the store and of course only 1 is was there like the email stated. Ok so if that wasnt bad enough they charged me more than the price I had paid for the pair online that came in. So honestly thats just to shady for me. I can spend my money at other companies who train there employees right and have integrity. Oh yes an 1 More thing the 2 pairs that they supposedly didnt have they had 1 of them stocked on the shelf in the store so wow 😲 to many people who dont know what they are doing.

A decent enough location. You can spot it if youre headed south on San Mateo towards the freeway just past Menaul. Its nestled in a lot just off Prospect. The store runs itself, its clean and organized. Health and safety is prioritized. If you know what you want, finding it is not a chore. Because of the free-spirited nature of the store however, there is a lackadaisical quality to the customer service.Each time I go, the security guard is always flirting with the cashier. Bed Bath & Beyond is doing an exceptional job keeping their customers safe at this location. They have a security guard posted at the front door to make sure all customers are wearing masks. You see staff clean after each customer as well. I felt very safe shopping there today. Their stock is a little low right now but they are clearly working to get re-stocked. One thing they do have right now is disinfectant wipes with 99% germ killing formula. They are by the register and only$2.99 a pack. They also carry Fresh Wave lavender spray and it is heavenly!

I heard tell that Bed Bath & Beyond is closing 120 stores nationwide.Well I went shopping to buy a vacuum. I was looking all around because . Ive never been in the store before.As I was looking all around I could tell by looking at the prices everything was overpriced. Some of the same exact items I can get at Walmart a bit cheaper than what they had their Bed Bath & Beyond.The only reason I bought anything in the store is because I had a 20% off coupon the gave me.

I will never shop at Bed Bath & Beyond ever again. I bought an air fryer, Kitchenaide KCO124BM, for Christmas, it worked for just a short time, then died. Took it back well within the return/exchange time and was told if I wanted to do an EQUAL EXCHANGE for the exact same item - I would have to pay an extra $50 as it was not on sale. What???I have done equal exchanges for years for things that were defective or the wrong size, and I bet you have too - with no issues!! I had my receipt and a manager was called to the register - corporate policy I was told! So sad! So beware of BBB - would hate to see somebody else lose out like this!

We found what we wanted here that we could not get at Ross or Burlington on the same day. We wanted chair cushions and place mats to match. A great selection and plenty of each kind (we needed 8 of each) though you will also pay a bit more. The store employees are great, but the nicest surprise was the lady next to us that offered up her coupons because we didnt have any. VERY nice of her to be so gracious.

I called the store on San Mateo we live 2 hours away and asked if my order can be pulled since I was in need for individual bedding for our Semi since my husband sleeps in it during this pandemic ... the first girl was so nice and helpful so I called back and Eric put me on hold then disconnected me once he heard what I needed then called back and I ordered 1-twin Xl fitted, 1-queen flat and 2 standard pillow cases any dark color as long as it was all the same .... My card was charged 151.63 !!! My son pickup my order -and I got pure beach jersey knit XL twin SET, wamsutta brand queen fitted sheet and stranded pillow cases all different colors. Unable to use it !! So disappointed! Now have to make another trip !!

Everybody is always telling me how I need to check this place out. I have been to this establishment three times now, and I will never go back again. They are always constantly messing up my order. They have constantly messed up my coupons. I have often had times where the individual assisting me was less than Pleasant. I do try to make sure that my dispossession is in check even when I am having a bad day. This individual made it very impossible for me to enjoy my shopping experience. I can deal with the things being extremely overpriced at this place if the customer service was just a little better. The level of incompetence with which this place operates was rather overwhelming. I cannot believe that a place of business is able to function with such a level of incompetence...

Ive shopped this store for many years and I love all their products they sell. This trip I came in for some bath towels and used my coupon that they send thru email. Towels are excellent quality and dont have a funny smell like most stores. Wash well and last a long time. And I like that they have many items that you see on TV. Love BBB 👍♥

When I was ready for personal attention I got it! Theyve really updated the store and products! Bonus that I saved 36$ from my 20% off entire-purchase membership. This membership has more than paid for itself! I recommend they bring in more glass storage options. They have a great selection of Pyrex but need more sizes as well as Quattro glass jars! Forcing me to make an extra trip to Walmart or Target!

Cashier, Leah, is less than friendly—accusing customers of cutting lines—line signs are unclear and then the staff has the audacity of making customers feel bad about standing at the wrong spot. Two of us customers were amazed of how they handled a simple situation. Staff are very arrogant— amazing the store has any customers that return to shop there.

High end products for fair prices, and one of the only stores with discount areas worth checking out. Lots of variety for basics like towels, to even the most bizarre kitchen appliances. High end bedding easy to shop for here. And keep an eye out for coupons. I recommend shopping here.
